Abstract

Case method and team-based learning is one of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia number 3/M/2021. Case method and team-based project learning is a learning that is charged to students to improve students' critical thinking skills, solve problems, find solutions, and foster communication skills. This learning is also useful for lecturers as teaching staff to improve higher abilities and skills. These learning methods need to be accompanied by an increase in digital literacy by students, whose application certainly cannot be separated from technology. Technology can make classroom learning more effective and efficient. To answer this challenge, the researcher is interested in developing a prototype of a TPACK-based team-based project learning module. This research has the following objectives: (1) Developing the design of a TPACK-based team-based project learning module in the form of a module prototype, (2) testing the feasibility of the module prototype, (3) testing the effectiveness of the module in improving students' digital literacy. The final result of this study is a prototype of a team-based learning design module that is feasible and effective so that it can be used as a guideline for the implementation of learning for the improvement of key performance indicators.

Abstract

Background: Education plays a crucial role in improving a country's economy, particularly through entrepreneurship education. With rapid technological advancements, the traditional entrepreneurship model has evolved into technopreneurship, which focuses on digitalization and industrial transformation. However, many educational institutions lack a clear and adequate understanding of this concept, necessitating effective learning methods that enable students to grasp and apply the principles of technopreneurialism. Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a multimodal-based learning model in technopreneurship education to enhance entrepreneurial creativity among equality education students. Research Method: The research employs a qualitative case study method. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews with 10 participants, consisting of students and teachers from an equality education school. Research Findings: The findings indicate that the multimodal-based learning model successfully created a more interactive, communicative, and active learning environment. In the context of technopreneurship, this model was shown to increase students' confidence and communication skills, allowing them to engage in discussions and interact effectively. Research Conclusion: Multimodal-based learning effectively enhances students' creativity and multimodal literacy, which has a positive impact on the innovation, development of ideas, and products with high commercial value. The curriculum for technology-based entrepreneurship education must continuously adapt to the needs of the business market to fully leverage this potential. Research Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the application of a multimodal-based learning model within the specific context of technopreneurship education in equality schools. This study demonstrates that this method not only improves technological literacy but also significantly boosts students' creativity and self-confidence in developing innovative business ideas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the equality program at PKMB Tunas Mualia Semarang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach research design. This study uses the evaluation of the CIPP model including aspects (Context) related to the analysis of program needs and program objectives, (Input) related to the characteristics of trainees, instructor qualifications, training curriculum, funding, and training facilities and infrastructure, (Process) related to training schedules, trainee activities, instructor activities, learning strategies, and obstacles in implementation, and (Product) related to the results and benefits as well as graduation of trainees. Research data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity technique used in this study is triangulation of methods and sources. Based on the results of the study, the evaluation of the CIPP program in the Equality Education Program at PKBM Tunas Mulia Semarang showed significant effectiveness. Context evaluation reveals that the establishment of PKBM is based on the low level of education of the community. This program has succeeded in increasing educational awareness through the approach of local figures, but it is constrained by students' economic problems that cause difficulties in paying contributions, so PKBM needs an innovative financing strategy. Input evaluation shows that students are of productive age and the quality of teaching is guaranteed by qualified tutors, with a curriculum that refers to the Independent Curriculum. Process evaluations highlight the flexibility of learning schedules and participants' involvement in various activities. Product evaluations showed significant social impact, with many participants graduating from various levels. Overall, PKBM Tunas Mulia has successfully implemented an effective equality education program, although it needs to adapt to economic challenges.

Abstract

Entering the era of scientific and technological transformation in the 21st century, education is an important element to produce competent future generations. Competencies that must be possessed include communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. The increase in competence is directly proportional to the quality of the nation's next generation with the ability to survive in global competition. This study aims to determine the effect of educators' pedagogical competence on the critical thinking skills of package C students at SKB Ungaran Semarang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research by applying the ex post facto method. The population used was educators and students while the sample of this study was educators and students of package C, a total of 30 people each with saturated sampling technique. Data collection in this study used questionnaire techniques. The results showed t count 3.045 > 1.697 with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05 so, it was stated that there was an influence between pedagogical competence on critical thinking skills. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.249, which means that the critical thinking ability of students is influenced by the pedagogical competence of educators by 24.9%. Therefore, educators can have a positive influence on students in creating a competitive generation.

Abstract

Abstract: The extracurricular program which is divided into several specializations shows the importance of supporting the development of Islamic character in schools. This cannot be denied, because character is a complex activity that involves family, community and the school environment. Extracurricular activities are learning activities held outside school hours as an addition or complement. Extracurricular programs are organized with the aim of developing students' potential, talents, interests, abilities, personality, cooperation and independence optimally. The aim of the research is to determine the role of extracurricular programs in building students' Islamic leadership character. School and extracurricular activities are a holistic unit and mutually influence a child's leadership character. The learning process occurs in both to create reliable human resources. In theory, learning is essentially an "individual process" which means that it occurs in humans uniquely. Qualitative research is descriptive. which describes completely and holistically the phenomena that occur. The research was conducted at the AL-Kayyis Gresik Integrative Islamic Elementary School with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participatory observation and document analysis. Meanwhile, qualitative research data analysis uses Miles & Huberman, namely; (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) drawing conclusions. Extracurricular programs can be recreational, achievement or life skills. Abstract

Pelatihan sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar tujuan perusahaan atau organisasi dapat tercapai dengan sempurna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan implementasi pelatihan pembuatan pestisida nabati di Kelompok Tani Sumber Rejeki Purwosari. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 ketua kelompok tani, 2 instruktur, dan 3 peserta pelatihan. Teknik keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan :  menetapkan tujuan, sarana prasarana, pembiayaan, perekrutan instruktur dan calon peserta. (2) pelaksanaan: waktu, materi, metode, dan media yang digunakan instruktur, komunikasi dan motivasi. (3) evaluasi: penyelenggara program hanya melihat sejauh mana tingkat pemahaman dan cepat tanggap peserta saat pelatihan. faktor penghambat adalah pengelolaan waktu peserta pelatihan, sedangkan faktor pendukungnya adalah supporting dari dinas pertanian berupa peralatan dan motivasi peserta cukup tinggi.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi di era digital merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pendidikan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis Fresto Learning yang dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Partisipan dari penelitian ini, yaitu kepala PKBM, tiga orang tutor, dan empat orang peserta didik. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan, bahwa: (1) proses perencanaan media pembelajaran berbasis Fresto Learning dimulai dengan menyusun tujuan pembelajaran yang melibatkan pembuatan RPP dan silabus, serta pendidikan non-formal menawarkan fleksibilitas yang lebih besar melalui kontrak belajar. Penggunaan platform teknologi seperti Fresto Learning menawarkan dukungan yang signifikan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis Fresto Learning, yaitu berawal dari tutor mengirimkan link materi di grup whatsapp, kemudian peserta didik dapat mengaksesnya pada web Fresto Learning. Peserta didik memiliki akses langsung untuk melihat dan mempelajari materi yang telah disediakan; (3) Evaluasi yang sering digunakan, yaitu evaluasi formatif dilakukan pada setiap pembelajaran di awal atau sepanjang proses pembelajaran, berupa tugas, quiz, atau tanya jawab. Evaluasi sumatif dilaksanakan pada akhir semester atau tengah semester yang dilakukan terjadwal menggunakan Fresto Learning. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya teknologi dalam pendidikan, khususnya dalam mengatasi kendala ruang dan waktu dalam inovasi pembelajaran. Penggunaan e-Learning, seperti platform Fresto Learning, menjadi alternatif dan solusi pengembangan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi masa kini, memungkinkan akses belajar kapan pun dan di mana pun.

Abstract

Kesetaraan paket B memerlukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui perkembangan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya keingintahuan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Adanya keinginan peserta didik mengikuti pembelajaran untuk mendapatkan ijazah guna mendapatkan pekerjaan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penggunaan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick  meliputi: (1) reaksi, (2) tahap belajar, (3) perilaku, dan (4) hasil. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Informan penelitian adalah Kepala Sanggar, Pendidik, dan Peserta Didik. Hasil penelitian: (1)Evaluasi Reaksi dalam pelayanan pembelajaran, fasilitas serta persiapan sudah memuaskan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran, (2) Tahapan Belajar dilihat dari penyampaian dan pelaksanaan mendapatkan keterampilan yang sesuai pembelajaran, teori dikembangkan dan dipraktekan. (3) Evaluasi Perilaku peserta didik positif, mampu menerapkan teori kedalam tugas yang mereka kerjakan, (4) Evaluasi Hasil disimpulkan dari tujuan pembelajaran tercapai, nilai melebihi standar kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan hasil akhir pembelajaran mencapai tujuan pembelajaran guna peserta didik mendapatkan ijazah pendidikan.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini memegang peranan krusial karena potensi kecerdasan dan landasan perilaku manusia terbentuk sejak anak usia dini, sehingga diperlukan manajemen kurikulum pada pendidikan awal dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya sesuai dengan karakter bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kurikulum berbasis kurikulum 2013 dan karakter islami. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rencana kurikulum dimulai penyusunan pembelajaran harian, mingguan, semester, dan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Bidang yang berwenang bertanggung jawab dalam merumuskan tujuan, merancang isi, serta mengintegrasikan metode dari Kurikulum 2013 dan karakter Islam dengan pendekatan yang inovatif. Abstract

A culture of literacy can provide direction and guidance to realize a broad- minded society. The Matja Bhaca community is a forum for the younger generation and the community to work together to foster a culture of literacy and develop interest in reading in Majalangu Village and its surroundings. The focus of this community is to create a society that loves to read, be creative and can work to advance literacy in Indonesia. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of literacy learning and the obstacles and solutions to literacy learning for students in the Matja Bhaca Community. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects of the research were students in Matja Bhaca Community. The location used as a research site, namely the Matja Bhaca Community, Majalangu Village, Watukumpul District, Pemalang Regency. The collection technique was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data validity techniques used in this research are source triangulation and technique triangulation techniques. The results of this study show that the implementation of literacy learning has an impact on improving the reading, writing and public speaking skills of students in the Matja Bhaca Community. Learners can communicate well, are more confident to display their work both orally and in writing. The obstacles in the implementation of literacy learning in reading, writing and public speaking at Matja Bhaca Community are difficult learning schedule adjustments, literacy still seems unpleasant for students, changing attitudes of students, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Solutions that can be used include planning a flexible learning schedule, always involving participants in choosing materials or topics, providing emotional support and teaching concentration management, creating intensive but effective learning sessions, and mobilizing support from related parties to improve learning facilities.
