Abstract

The study aims to investigate factors that affect customers’ decision in buying an aircraft ticket by online travel agent. Due to the technological change, especially the use of internet, aircraft companies developed online system for tickets purchasing method. Passengers are able to buy tickets through online. The data of this study was taken from scheduled domestic airline passengers in Java Island especially in four big cities, such as Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Solo. There were 327 passengers as samples. The study was conducted from June to August 2017. Qualitative approach with T test was used as a method. The result shows that price, easiness, and comfort have positive significant impact toward customers’ trust. Price and easy access have positive impact of customers’ decision while comfort does not give significant impact of customers’ decision in the variable of customers’ decision making.

Abstract

This study is to identify and explain how the influence of Integrated Marketing Communications consists of Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relations, and Direct Marketing, together and partially through Brand Awareness can influence the students to choose their universities. The method of the study is explanatory research which is using questionnaires as the research instruments distributed to169 respondents who are students of STMT Trisakti 6 Semester. Their area of high school is in East Jakarta before entering STMT. The results showed that variables of Integrated Marketing Communications like Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, Public Relations and Direct Marketing, all together influence the brand awareness. Only Public Relations had asignificant effect on Brand Awareness.

Abstract

Service quality in a service company is very important and becomes a reference for good or bad companies in serving their customers so that they are able and create customer satisfaction for the company. And a good brand image will produce and the formation of a good reputation for the company within the eyes of consumers will bring client fulfillment. This ponders points to analyze the benefit quality and brand picture on client fulfillment. The data population used in this study were all passengers on the PT. PELNI ship. Where the technique of sampling using the Slovin method which consists of 98 respondents. The data is processed quantitatively by testing the instrument utilizing legitimacy and unwavering quality tests, whereas the information investigation strategy employments numerous direct relapse analysis, coefficient of assurance, t test and f test. The research data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25. The comes about of this think about showed that Benefit Quality and Brand Picture had a positive and significant impact on Passenger Satisfaction with a level of determination of 89.3%, of which 10.7% was influenced by other factors..

Abstract

Hospitality has been part of our life especially for travel on tourism, since early days of civilization to the current digital age civilization. Hotel Hospitality Digital Marketing gave birth to a lot of aspects from tech to marketing development, from AI tech advancement to Sustainable Marketing. Yet, it’s not enough to embrace the future due to facing pandemic. Therefore, a different method developed during post-pandemic regulation is S-D logic with the aid of customer commitment. While it is good to find a different method, we should also recognize the current struggle of exploitative system in order to embrace the future. There, we could handle human, nature, and AI properly and work towards the future of Hotel Hospitality Digital Marketing.

Abstract

This company focuses on operating and managing container depots that provide empty container handling services. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of safety and health and work environment on employee performance at this container depot. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, involving 30 respondents using a saturated sampling technique and using a questionnaire measuring instrument (Likert scale) and library research. As well as data analysis using SPSS Version 27 with study methods multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing using T test and F test. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant positive influence between safety and occupational health and work environment on employee performance with the existence of a multiple linear line equation with a value of Y = 1.860 + 0.367X1 + 0.599X1. The results of hypothesis testing obtained by tcount X1 8.523 and X2 10.160 > ttable 2.048. While the simultaneous test Fcount 57.638> Ftable 3.35. Based on the results of the correlation analysis, there is a positive and strong influence of 81% and 19% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Wabah Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang muncul di Wuhan, China pada akhir 2019 telah menjadi pandemi internasional yang memicu respons global. Pemerintah Indonesia merespons dengan Keputusan Presiden nomor 11 tahun 2020, menetapkan keadaan darurat kesehatan masyarakat. Artikel ini mengulas dampak penyebaran COVID-19 terhadap sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi, dengan fokus pada langkah-langkah pemerintah, seperti kebijakan new normal. Protokol kesehatan 5M, mencuci tangan, memakai masker, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, dan mengurangi mobilitas, menjadi dasar pencegahan yang disosialisasikan. Sebagai respons, Institut Transportasi dan Logistik (ITL) Trisakti melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kesadaran pengunjung bandara akan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan PkM melibatkan sosialisasi langsung dan kunjungan industri dengan manajemen Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta pada Maret 2022. Penerapan protokol kesehatan di Bandara Yogyakarta menjadi fokus, dengan melibatkan tim PkM dan mahasiswa ITL Trisakti. Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada perilaku masyarakat dan perjalanan. Penyuluhan dan edukasi terus menjadi kunci dalam menghadapi tantangan new normal. Artikel ini juga mencakup rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan sosialisasi protokol kesehatan dan mendukung program vaksinasi. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan PkM ITL Trisakti di Bandara Internasional Yogyakarta merupakan upaya nyata dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di ruang publik. Disarankan untuk terus menggelar kegiatan serupa sebagai bagian dari budaya baru dalam menghadapi era new normal.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada siswa SMK bagaimana memberikan pelayanan prima bagi konsumen, hal ini dilakukan untuk meminimalisir keluhan dari konsumen dan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dari pengguna jasa atau produk.   Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah secara offline, diskusi dan tanya jawab.  Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan gambaran secara umum mengenai strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan. Dalam pelatihan ini, peserta akan belajar mengenai prinsip-prinsip pelayanan prima, karakteristik pelayanan prima, serta bagaimana melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap pelayanan yang telah ditingkatkan. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memperoleh keuntungan yang lebih baik dalam bisnis mereka. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan akan menambah wawasan bagi para siswa SMK Logistik dalam menangani pelanggan dan kegiatan ini dapat dinyatakan berhasil karena diikuti oleh seluruh siswa smk logistic sebanyak kurang lebih 100 siswa dan juga para sejumlah 10 orang.   Hasil penyuluhan dinyatakan sangat baik sesuai dengan rencana, serta para siswa antusias mengikuti kegiatan sampai selesai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence between motivation and work experience on the performance of employees of PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method, and the data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. In addition, this study also uses secondary data obtained from several articles, journals, and similar research. In this study using 78 respondents with a tolerance level of 10% on the Slovin formula, and using a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is instrument testing with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through the coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test using SPSS 27. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between motivation and work experience variables on the performance of employees of PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia. Abstract

Lion Air is a minimal expense transporter carrier and the biggest commercial aircraft in Indonesia. The Lion Air application on the Google Play Store and AppStore gets a low rating compared to other airlines, Lion Air's social media is less well known among the public and the low number of followers on Lion Air's social media compared to other airlines' social media and many comments containing complaints and Unanswered questions on Lion Air's Instagram page have resulted in a decline in Lion Air's Top Brand Index in the airline category over the last few years, so it is necessary to carry out appropriate marketing communications for Lion Air. The marketing communications carried out by Lion Air are expected to increase the airline's brand equity, so this research was conducted to determine and investigate the impact of web-based and electronic verbal entertainment (e-WOM) promotion exercises on the brand value of the airline Lion Air. This exploration uses quantitative techniques using multiple linear regression methods with a total of 140 respondents. The consequences of investigating the impact of marketing communication activities via social media and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) together on the brand value of Lion Air airlines show the strong relationship between marketing communications via social media, electronic word of mouth and brand equity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Global Internusa Line. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebesar 43 responden di jadikan sampel jenuh. Dari pengujian Hipotesis dimana p value 0,000 < 0,05 maka variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa karyawan harus selalu melakukan hal-hal baru untuk kinerja yang baik untuk perusahaan dan perusahaan perlu memberikan dukungan baik dalam hal apresiasi penghargaan kepada karyawan yang melakukan kinerja yang baik dalam pekerjaannya. Uji hipotesis dimana p value 0,000 < 0,05 maka variabel kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Dimana karyawan harus menerapkan SOP dalam bekerja sehari-hari didalam maupun di luar kantor dan perusahaan juga harus memberikan jaminan kesehatan dan keselamatan terhadap karyawan agar dapat bekerja sesuai dengan standar perusahaan serta peralataan yang rusak harus segera di perbaiki. Dalam hal ini sebagai seorang karyawan harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan melakukan setiap pekerjaan sesuai dengan kuantitas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan.Kata Kunci :  budaya organiasi; kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja; K3; kinerja karyawan; pengetahuan dan ketrampilan
