Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta membangun sistem informasi rekrutmen karyawan berbasis web yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses perekrutan di PT Laksana Bus Manufaktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed method) dengan menggabungkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelamar kerja serta pihak Human Resource Department (HRD). Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti model Waterfall, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian fungsional, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mempercepat proses rekrutmen, menurunkan biaya operasional, serta meningkatkan ketepatan dalam seleksi calon karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi ini efektif digunakan sebagai langkah awal digitalisasi proses rekrutmen, serta memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut ke dalam versi berbasis mobile di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The main problem with the water heating system on offshore platforms is the absence of water level monitoring and automatic overflow detection. This has the potential to cause hot water spills that endanger workplace safety and operational efficiency. This research designs and implements a water level monitoring system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller with HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors. The system is equipped with LED indicators, a buzzer alarm, and a 16x2 LCD to display water level status in real-time. Water levels are classified into three zones (low, medium, high), and overflow is detected if the water is within 3 cm of the sensor. Testing was conducted on a 5-liter simulation tank representing actual 500-liter tank conditions. Test results showed a reading accuracy of 96% and a quick system response to overflow conditions (<1 second). This system is economical, easy to develop, and highly applicable for offshore environments. In addition, this system can be integrated with IoT technology for remote monitoring.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide counseling and training on the application of information systems in good schools, understand the making of online learning media, be able to apply the knowledge gained and be involved in managing school learning media as a learning tool. to provide an entrepreneurial mindset or entrepreneurship. With this training program, it is hoped that educators can implement the knowledge and information obtained to support the teaching and learning process.
