Abstract

The main problem with the water heating system on offshore platforms is the absence of water level monitoring and automatic overflow detection. This has the potential to cause hot water spills that endanger workplace safety and operational efficiency. This research designs and implements a water level monitoring system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller with HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors. The system is equipped with LED indicators, a buzzer alarm, and a 16x2 LCD to display water level status in real-time. Water levels are classified into three zones (low, medium, high), and overflow is detected if the water is within 3 cm of the sensor. Testing was conducted on a 5-liter simulation tank representing actual 500-liter tank conditions. Test results showed a reading accuracy of 96% and a quick system response to overflow conditions (<1 second). This system is economical, easy to develop, and highly applicable for offshore environments. In addition, this system can be integrated with IoT technology for remote monitoring.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide counseling and training on the application of information systems in good schools, understand the making of online learning media, be able to apply the knowledge gained and be involved in managing school learning media as a learning tool. to provide an entrepreneurial mindset or entrepreneurship. With this training program, it is hoped that educators can implement the knowledge and information obtained to support the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Cash flow statement is a report on cash receipts and disbursements for a period. Useful for helping employees to assess the amount and uncertainty of future cash flows. Because cash plays an important role in carrying out office operational activities both now and in the future, therefore the office must be able to control the use of cash to ensure that office operations continue to run well. Likewise, the purpose of the research entitled "Computerized System of Cash Inflows and Outflows at the Candi Semarang Village Office" is to find out the smooth operation of the cash situation in the Kelurahan office by making cash flow reports, so that the office can find out the turnover of incoming and cash outflows that occur at the Kelurahan Office, and the Office can control the financial situation in the Kelurahan Office. This study uses a descriptive method, namely describing and analyze data based on existing facts and information. The data collection technique used is by conducting field studies which include observations, interviews and literature studies. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Candi Semarang Kelurahan office has made a cash flow report in accordance with the applicable Financial Accounting Standards so that in its implementation there are no obstacles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran persediaan, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran aset terhadap profitabilitas sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2021 sampai dengan 2023. Variabel kontrol dalam hubungan antar variabel adalah ukuran perusahaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perusahaan di sub-sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2021-2023. Dalam kerangka kuantitatif, penyelidikan memakai analisis regresi linier berganda. Informasi bersumber dari sumber sekunder, khususnya situs web resmi BEI (www.idx.co.id) dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Penelitian memperlihatkan rasio perputaran kas, persediaan, piutang usaha, dan aset tidak mempunyai dampak substansial terhadap profitabilitas. Variabel kontrol ukuran perusahaan juga tidak meningkatkan koefisien statistik. Secara umum, profitabilitas perusahaan sampel di sub-sektor makanan dan minuman tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh keempat rasio perputaran secara gabungan.

Abstract

Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) has become a critical area of research within artificial intelligence, focusing on improving the transparency and interpretability of machine learning (ML) models, often referred to as "black-box" models. The need for XAI techniques arises from the inherent complexity of ML models, which can make their decision-making processes difficult for users to understand. This study investigates various XAI techniques, including LIME (Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations) and SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations), to assess their impact on model interpretability without significantly compromising predictive performance. A comparative experimental design was used, applying these XAI methods to different ML models, including deep neural networks and ensemble methods, within large-scale enterprise data analytics systems. The results indicate that XAI methods significantly enhance model transparency and decision traceability, allowing users to understand the influence of individual features on predictions. While a slight reduction in predictive accuracy was observed, especially with simpler models, the trade-off between interpretability and performance was deemed acceptable, particularly in fields requiring transparency, such as healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems. The use of XAI in enterprise data systems has practical implications for fostering trust and enabling informed decision-making among stakeholders. Furthermore, the study discusses the challenges and limitations of applying XAI techniques, such as complexity, scalability, and model-specific limitations. Future research is suggested to focus on developing more scalable and efficient XAI methods, enhancing their applicability across various model types, and addressing the challenges of real-time applications. This will be crucial in ensuring the widespread adoption of XAI in critical domains, promoting the ethical use of AI while maintaining predictive accuracy.
