Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the implementation of group counseling services in overcoming student’s learning difficultie. 2) to determine the preparation of group counseling service. 3) to determine the evaluation carried out by counselors on students. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine emotional support, appreciation support, instrumental support and informative support in improving Adolescent Social Adjustment at the MetroBudi Utomo Muhammadiyah Orphanage. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data subjects in this study were Orphanage Caregivers and Foster Children. Data obtained through interview and observation methods. Data analysis uses the miles model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validity testing can be done by means of triangulation of sources. The conclusions in this study are (1) emotional support of caregivers in improving the social adjustment of adolescents at the Metro Budi Utomo Muhammadiyah Orphanage, namely by having a close relationship between caregivers and foster children, having sympathy and empathy and having a sense of concern. (2) the support of awards given by caregivers such as encouragement in the form of appreciation awards and motivation so that foster children are more enthusiastic in carrying out all their activities. (3) instrumental support provided by caregivers, namely assistance involving other people in the form of assistance and provision of facilities such as clothing, food and shelter. (4) informative support of caregivers in guiding or providing direction in the form of mental and spiritual development activities and instructions in solving problems experienced by foster children.

Abstract

Learning discipline is an attitude or behavior to be able to carry out their obligations to learn, both studying at school and studying at home. The purpose of this study was "to find out how the form of social support carried out by Guidance and Counseling teachers in improving the learning discipline of students of SMA Negeri 1 Punggur". This research was a qualitative research where the implementation of this research was to find out the form of support provided by Guidance and Counseling teachers in improving the learning discipline for students of SMA Negeri 1 Punggur in the 2018/2019 academic year. Collecting data used interview techniques (1) BK teachers (2) students. The results showed that the form of social support carried out by the counseling guidance teacher to improve student learning discipline went well. Because the social support provided by guidance and counseling teachers was given in a directed and regular manner to students.

Abstract

The aims of this study were To describe the Public Speaking Anxiety of students at SMP Muhammadiyah Al Ghifari Batanghari. To find out the efforts of Guidance and Counseling Teachers on Public Speaking Anxiety in Studen SMP Muhammadiyah Al Ghifari Batanghari. The desain of this research is a qualitative research using the interview method. The presence of the researcher as a data collector as well as analyzing the data. The instrumen in this study used interview sheets, observation and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive inductive data analysis. The conclusion of this study is to look at the description of anxiety experienced by students and see the efforts made by Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Reducing Speaking Anxiety students show that speaking anxiety begins to decrease and students are no longer shaking or nervouse when asked to speak in public speaking (class). In other words this study showed positive results for seventh grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah Al Ghifari Batanghari who experienced public speaking anxiety.

Abstract

The expected research and development objectives in “this study are to reduce the anxiety of speaking in front of the class of class XI learners at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro” and testing the effectiveness of classical guidance services with the circle technique (round) that researchers develop. The type of research is experimentation, which is research using quantitative data. Quantitative data obtained based on the results of the student response assessment score and anxiety questionnaires speaking in front of the class that researchers give to learners.This development research was conducted using classical guidance research method with circle technique (round) using game media so that students When carrying out services do not feel bored. The results of the research conducted are : 1) The effectiveness of classical guidance services with the circle (round) technique to reduce anxiety of speaking in front of a class of learners class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro who managend to get results with the category of “high and medium” which can be seen as follows : a) the average pretest score results get a score 0f 77,08 with the “high” category, b) the average postest score gets a score of 63,08 with the “low” category, c) The results of the hypothesis also show that the results of the thitung large than of sigtificans 0,10 thus H0 rejected and accepted. This means that in this study there is a significant influence between variables independent of dependent variables so that there is an influence on reducing anxiety of speaking in front of the class on students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro well.

Abstract

This project's objective is to create students' character in line with the values ​​of Pancasila which have been inherited since the founding of Indonesia. This field survey using the case study method targets schools that have implemented a uniform independent learning curriculum across all classes Document analysis, observations, and interviews were used as data gathering methods.This research shows that the P5 project at SMKN 1 Palu has successfully promoted multicultural values such as tolerance, empathy, cooperation, and appreciation of diversity among students of different religions and cultures. Students can express their cultural identity and appreciate differences through various activities such as art exhibitions, work performances, and interactive learning in class. This research concludes that the P5 project can effectively strengthen multicultural values for the school environment includes students from various religions and cultures. This study suggests the need for continued support and collaboration between schools, families, communities, and the government to ensure the success of implementing P5 in schools. By synergizing with all stakeholders, we can encourage pupils should participate actively in efforts to maintain harmony of diversity and national resilience of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

It is know that one of the factors that can influence the nation’s progress is the quality of human resources or human resources, imcluding mastering knowledge and technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. in this day and age, the quality of education is increasingly being demanded to improve even more, this is because it can keep up with the current developments of the times which are currently developing very rapidly. Nowadays, learning media is an indispensable basis for the success of the learning process. This research aims to be able to develop interactive learning media assisted by Microsoft PowerPoint. Where this learning media was created using the canva application, about the Pancasila Prinsiples and Pancasila values as the basis of the state in everyday life, for elementary school students and see the response students towards the learning media developed. This research was developed based on the R&D stages of the AIDDE model. The subjects in this research were class IV students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada materi pemanasan global menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) melalui e-lkpd liveworksheet di salah satu SMA di Bandung, Kota Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dalam 2 siklus. Pengumpulan data melalui angket minat belajar, tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran fisika berbasis CTL melalui e-lkpd liveworksheet dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Minat belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari siklus  I persentase minat peserta didik dengan kategori sedang mencapai 70%, persentase minat peserta didik dengan kategori tinggi mencapai 30%, kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan persentase minat peserta didik kategori sedang mencapai 25%, kategori tinggi dengan persentase 75%. Sedangkan  untuk peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata 67 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal 38%, untuk siklus II mencapai nilai rata-rata 81 dengan nilai ketuntasan klasikal 88%.

Abstract

Crab is one of the most important marine commodities and resources in Indonesian waters, both economically and ecologically. Crab age determination can provide a better understanding of crab growth and development, so that crab farming can be carried out effectively, efficiently, and profitably for its supporters. In addition, determining the age of the crab can also help the sustainability of the crab population. This study was conducted using support vector regression (SVR) modeling to predict crab age by establishing a predictive relationship between the dependent variable (x) and the independent variable (y). The attributes of the dependent variable (x) include length, diameter, height, and weight. While the independent variable (y) only includes crab age. SVR modeling is carried out to show predicted data with actual data, where the results of the SVR modeling will be evaluated based on the results of the RMSE value test. This study resulted in an RMSE value of 0.019814 so it can be said that the model to predict crab age is very accurate. The purpose of this research is to develop a statistical model that can predict crab age based on morphometric data and crab gender using the Support Vector Regression (SVR) model approach.
