EFFECT OF INFORMATION SERVICES USING THE MEDIA FILM TO SELF-CONFIDENCE STUDENT OF CLASS VIII SMP NEGERI 8 METRO MUDAIM, MUDAIM; FARJANTOKY, BELARDO

Abstract: Pessimism and attitudes that consider themselves weak and does not have the ability when facing a problem will make individual impediment in the task of development. Problems confidence that underlies the research are: a) Students are less confident in the ability it has, b) Students feel pessimistic when faced with an issue, c) Student perception subjectively, d) Students still do not do the work independently, and e) negative minded students with a state-owned. The problems of this study are whether there is an influence of information services using the medium of film to the confidence of eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 8 Metro. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of information services using the medium of film to the self-confidence of students in class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Metro. Subject participant is graders VIII-E total 30 students. Data were collected by questionnaire self-confidence and analyzed the data used is the t-test. The results of this study, shown by the difference in change scores of confidence from the pre-test and post-test of 17.1. Testing the hypothesis obtained calculation results thitung6,036> table = 1.699. The conclusion is that the information services implemented using the film medium can be a positive influence on self-esteem, especially students of class VIII. The advice given is to use the medium of film should be done intensively and more creative by BK teachers in giving information service.Keywords: Confidence, Service Information Using Media Film.

This research was aimed at examining the role of perception of career development and organizational support on the organizational commitment. This study involved seventy nurses of Badan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Daerah “Mardi Waluyo” Blitar as the subjects of the research. The research data were collected using three scales, that are, scale of perception of career development, organizational support, and organizational commitment. The hypothesis was that the organizational commitment could be predicted from the perception of career development and organizational support. The data were analyzed with multivariate regression analysis.The results of this research showed that perception of career development and organizational support had very significant role on organizational commitment (F: 6.589; R2 = 0.164; p = 0.003), beside that, perception of career development had very significant with organizational commitment (F = 12.922; r = 0.161; p = 0.001), but the organizational support with organizational commitment was insignificant (F = 0.257; r = 0.003; p = 0.620).Keywords: organizational commitment, career development, organizational support.

The research aims to describe Lampung local wisdom and formulated of implication multicultural counseling for Lampung counselee. The research method used is qualitative. Informants are traditional Lampung figures. The research location on Lampung Tengah,Â Lampung Timur,Â and Bandar Lampung. Data collection using interviews and observation. The data were analyzed qualitatively by reducing the data, display data, and drawing conclusions. The result shows that the character of Lampung Society is based on the value of local wisdom is the Lampung society alway to be same or equal life from others, openness, good interaction to other, help each other, and respect people with other. Implications for cross-cultural counseling are: 1) in cross-cultural counseling, the courageous counselor should be open to using the "private sample" technique; 2) The counselor should provide the stimulus by giving examples of successful figures, and 3) counselor has collaborated with the traditional leader when counselee have case about cultural value problems.Â Keywords: Counseling, Lampung of local wisdom.

method of NHT (numbered heads together) on the creativity of learners of class VIII B SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro year 2016/2017 year. The design of this research is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. In the data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis used is t test. Judging from the difference of change of result of average result of pre-test post-test of creativity learn equal to 9,9. Testing the hypothesis obtained t calculation = 9,446 > ttabel = 2.045 of significant 0.05 and degrees of freedom (db = N -1 = 30 -1 = 29). The conclusion of this research is information service using NHT method (numbered heads together) influence to creativity learners SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Metro TP. 2016/2017.

Projection approach is one way to read the personality type by looking at the response of the stimulus abstract tendencies were given. Another approach is an objective approach, which is presented in the form of a statement or statements themselves are often called inventory. One well-known inventory is inventory Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). This study aims to develop an instrument identifying personality types and suitability for high school career. The model consists of three stages: (1) identification of needs, (2) design prototypes, and (3) testing the prototype. Product MBTI instrument adapted from preexisting. Product development is directed at the use of specifications for high school students. So that the language in the editorial revision and made a simple form. From the results of early trials are items less read by high school students. The second test item can already be read and understood by the students as a whole. Although it is the end product of research they may do further studies to test the reliability of the instrument developed.

TALENT TRENDS IDENTIFICATION AND THE EFFECT ON LEARNING OUTCOMES OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING STUDENTS. The success of the learning process undertaken by individuals is not only determined by a single factor. Learning is a mental process, therefore identification of the influence of mental state is something very important. The mental aspect that allegedly influences individual learning outcomes is potential; talent. The purpose of this research is to identify student talent so that lecturers can do the learning process by taking into account individual differences, potentials and talents. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The population is all students of Guidance and Counseling University of Muhammadiyah Metro and the sample is determined by stratified random sampling. The research instrument uses talent test and student learning outcomes in the form of KHS. Analysis of correlational data using product moment. The results showed scholastic talent and student learning outcomes Guidance and Counseling University Muhammadiyah Metro is in the medium category. The contribution of scholastic talent to learning result or achievement index is 55,5%. and the correlation is 0.747 with sig.0.00.

DIFFERENCES IN AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR BETWEEN ACTIVE STUDENTS AND INACTIVE IN EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 3 OF WAY JEPARA. Aggressive behavior in adolescence is often shown with courageous attitude against parents and teachers, mischief, crime and acts aggressively. This study will look at differences in aggressive behavior between active and inactive students in extracurricular activities in Junior high School 3 of Way Jepara. The method of this study is comparative research, where the instrument that used for collecting the data is scale of aggressive behavior. The population of this research is eighth and ninth grade students of Junior High School 3 of Way Jepara in East Lampung that consist of 180 students. The sample is took by Disproportionate Stratified random Sampling, then it is obtained the sample of 124 of active extra-curricular students, whereas, the non-active extra-curricular student that consist 56. Hypotheses assessment is conducted by independent sample t-test where obtain calculated value of aggressive behavior in 1.360 with significance level of 0.015. Because p < 0.05 so Ho refused. There are some differences between active students and inactive students of extra-curricular.

ABSTRAK Pengabdian masyrakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun. Secara umum program ini dirancang oleh berbagai Universitas atau Institut yang ada di indonesia untuk memberikan konstribusi nyata bagi bangsa indonesia khususnya dalam mengembangkan kesejahteraan dan kemajuan bangsa indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi. Mahasiswa akan mendapatkan kemampuan generatif berupa life skils (kecakapan dan keterampilan hidup). Observasi dilakukan dengan metode (1) wawancara dan (2) melihat ke lapangan secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil observasi maka ditentukan 2 tema dengan 2 program . Program kegiatan seni dan budaya (seni tari) yang dilaksanakan bekerja sama dengan Sanggar Seni Tari Beliuk Wawai SMK Negeri 2 Terbanggi Besar, dengan tari yang diajarkan Tari Ittar Mulei.Kata Kunci: Kampung Poncowati, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Tari Ittar MuleiABSTRACT Community service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in several activities without expecting any form of reward. In general, this program is designed by various universities or institutes in Indonesia to make a real contribution to the Indonesian nation, especially in developing the welfare and progress of the Indonesian nation. Community service activities are part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Students will gain generative abilities in the form of life skills (skills and life skills). Observations were carried out using the methods of (1) interviewing and (2) looking at the field directly. Based on the results of observations , it is determined 2 themes with 2 programs . The program of arts and cultural activities (dance) was carried out in collaboration with the Beliuk Wawai Dance Studio at SMK Negeri 2 Terbanggi Besar, with dances taught by Ittar Mulei Dance. Tema berupa bimbingan belajar Teknologi dan Informasi (TIK) dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi di Kampung Poncowati masih sangat kurang. Kekurangan pemahaman masyarakat tentang perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sebagai contoh remaja belum terlalu melek teknologi hal ini dapat dilihat dari belum adanya akses internet masuk kampung. Untuk itu perlu dikembangkannya pembelajaran TIK, karena pembelajaran komputer memiliki banyak sekali kegunaan dan menjadi sasaran penulis pada kegiatan ini adalah para remaja Kampung Poncowati. Materi yang diberikan adalah pengenalan komputer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, dan aplikasi Desaign Grafis Canva dari pembelajaran tersebut ialah supaya remaja menjadi siap menyongsong era digital yang menuntut pemahaman tentang komputer.Kata Kunci: Kampung Poncowati, Bimbingan Teknologi Informasi (TIK) ABSTRACTCommunity service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in several activities without expecting any form of reward. The theme in the form of Information and Technology (ICT) tutoring in the use of technology and information in Poncowati Village is still very lacking. Lack of public understanding about the development of science and technology, for example, teenagers are not very technology literate, this can be seen from the absence of internet access in the village. For this reason, it is necessary to develop ICT learning, because computer learning has many uses and the authors target in this activity are the youth of Kampung Poncowati. The material provided is an introduction to computers, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, and the Desaign Graphic Canva application from the learning so that teenagers become ready to face the digital era that demands an understanding of computers.
