Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan penanaman modal asing terhadap tigkat pengangguran di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan data panel dari 33 provinsi selama tahun 2015 hingga 2023. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran, yang berarti peningkatan inflasi cenderung menurunkan tingkat pengangguran dalam konteks Indonesia selama periode yang dianalisis. Pertumbuhan ekonomi juga berpengaruh negatif signifikan, yang mana mendukung teori hukum Okun yang menyatakan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat mengurangi pengangguran. Sebaliknya, kualitas SDM menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengangguran, yang menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan indikator SDM belum sepenuhnya mampu menekan tingkat pengangguran akibat ketidaksesuaian antara pendidikan dan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Sementara itu, penanaman modal asing (PMA) memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran, menandakan bahwa peningkatan investasi asing mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru yang mengurangi tingkat pengangguran.

Abstract

The Digital Entrepreneurship School program targets convicts at the Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution in Bandar Lampung who have minimal digital literacy and limited product marketing skills. The program included 25 productive- age convicts (20 to 50 years old). The methodology comprised education, interactive training, technology distribution, and aid with promotional material development and internal exhibitions. Pre- and post-test evaluations revealed considerable gains in all areas, with digital marketing comprehension showing the greatest rise (+0.76). Aside from technical capabilities and enhanced self-confidence, participants displayed the capacity to create independent promotional content. This initiative demonstrates that digital entrepreneurship improves creative economic potential while minimizing social stigma for convicts. These findings underscore the value of digital empowerment models as a long-term and inclusive social reintegration.

Abstract

Knowledge Management (KM) in Micro, Small and Medium enterprise (MSMEs) have unique and different process with large business in running the business and decision making process. These different coming from how the company manage the knowledge. MSMEs use to have more informal culture and structure compared to large organization. These informal knowledge ussuly owned by the founder. This type on knowledge known as tacit knowledge.  MSMEs often rely heavily on the expertise of their expertise and experiences if their employee or founder who possess tacit knowledge. So, Capturing and sharing tacit knowledge becomes crucial for business success. Enabling knowledge sharing if very necessary for long term MSMES resilience. The knowledge sharing process may happen organically through daily interaction rahther than formalized process. MSMEs also have limited resources include financial, human resources. This can impact the ability to invest in sophisticated KM System or dedicated personnel to manage knowledge. These knowledge management peculiarities  can provide valuable insights and best pratices, implement Strategy such as low cost tools, and building networking. Emphasizing a culture of continuous learning and encouraging employee to document and share their expertise can alsi contribute to effective knowledge management in MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of government spending in the education, health and infrastructure sectors on economic growth in Lampung Province in 2014 - 2021. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews software. Statistical tests used in this research include classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research show that: (1) government spending in the education sector partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province, (2) government spending in the health sector partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province, (3) spending government infrastructure sector partially has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province, (4) government spending in the education, health and infrastructure sectors simultaneously or together has a significant effect on economic growth in Lampung Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of fiscal decentralization with initial growth as a control variable on economic growth in 16 provinces on the island of Sumatra and Java. The study used panel data from 2012 to 2022. This study used panel data regression analysis techniques. In this study, the model chosen was CEM with an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) approach. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of the level of fiscal decentralization and initial growth on per capita economic growth on the island of Sumatra and Java. Simultaneously, the degree of fiscal decentralization and initial growth affect per capita economic growth on the island of Sumatra.
