Teachers are not only required to provide teaching. But more than that, they must provide literacy to students so that students have high abilities to find literacy that can support their learning development. This study emphasizes teacher competence in maximizing the library information system so that students are more active in finding learning references. The research method used to answer this problem is descriptive qualitative where researchers conducted interviews with teachers, library staff and students. The results of this study indicate the ineffectiveness of the library information system so that students are not interested in visiting the library website. In addition, students prefer to search for literacy through Google rather than using the library website. Finally, the library is unable to provide maximum contribution in providing literacy and information to students

Purpose: direct significance test of institutional and managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners on company performance. Method: through a quantitative approach with a population of 70 companies JII70 in 2021-2023, data was determined based on purposive sampling of 144 data processed, analyzed by regression. Results: Institutional ownership and independent board of commissioners proved to be significant in the same direction in growing company performance, but managerial ownership had no impact or contradicted agency theory. Future research: adding other determinants of company performance from both micro and macro perspectives.

This study aims to determine the effect of basic life support training on improving the skills of students of class XI Vocational High School Baznas Sulsel. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of quasi-experimental research and research design pre and post test control group design. In this design the researcher intervened in two groups. The first group as the treatment group and the second group as the control group. The population in this study were all students of Vocational School Baznas Sulsel class XI, amounting to 42 people consisting of 21 intervention groups and 21 control groups. The test used by the Wilcoxon Test is to determine differences in skills before and after in the two groups. The results showed that there was an influence of basic life support training on the skills of Grade XI Students in the Vocational School of Baznas, South Sulawesi, with a value of α = 0.001 (<0.05). There is an effect of providing guidance on basic life assistance to the skills of Class XI Students in the Vocational School of Baznas South Sulawesi with a value of α = 0.008 (<0.05). There is a difference in skills between students who were given training and those who were not given basic life support for Class XI Students at the Vocational High School Baznas South Sulawesi with a value α = 0.015 (<0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there are differences in skills between students who are given training and those who are not given basic life support for Class XI Students at the Vocational High School Baznas South Sulawesi. It is expected that the manager of the Baznas Vocational High School in South Sulawesi needs to plan basic life support training, provide equipment / pantom pulmonary resuscitation, procedural basic video support and life support to improve the knowledge and skills of students and nurses in the Makassar city community need to conduct assistance training programs basic life for vocational high school

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in learning media presents challenges related to the uneven readiness of human resources and infrastructure, thus affecting the effectiveness of its implementation. This study aims to examine the effect of AI implementation in learning media development on learning outcomes of students of Faculty of Economics, University of Balikpapan. The method used is quantitative with survey design and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using AMOS. The sample consists of 113 students selected by simple random sampling from the population of 376 active students. The results of the analysis showed that the readiness of lecturers and the quality of AI-based learning media had a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes. However, the success of AI implementation is also strongly influenced by infrastructure support and educator training. The findings provide important implications for learning media developers and policy makers to strengthen lecturers' capacity and improve technology infrastructure to support inclusive and sustainable digital transformation of education. In addition, ethical aspects and data privacy should be the main concerns in the development of AI-based learning media.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is the main sector supporting the economy,therefore the sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is veryimportant. This study aims to find out how the woven sarong business is sustainablein Samarinda by looking at how innovation is, as well as the obstacles encounteredwhile running the business. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, bycollecting data through interviews with craftsmen or business owners of Samarindawoven sarongs. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, anddrawing and verifying conclusions. Based on the results of interviews, it is knownthat the innovation of woven sarong craftsmen in the city of Samarinda is minimal.Products are only based on customer orders, especially in the production of clothing types. Product innovation is also influenced by circumstances such as the creation of woven masks. The most prominent innovation is related to design innovation, where craftsmen use trending young colors, this gets a positive response from customers. The constraints faced by craftsmen related to the production process are labor, health, time and weather and threads that often break. Barriers in terms of marketing are relatively minimal due to the lack of understanding of the craftsmen about the importance of marketing and the background of the existence of regular customers or resellers so that the craftsmen cannot be deceived. Craftsmen are expected to be even more innovative in terms of product design and novelty so that their businesses can grow and absorb labor and utilize technology as a marketingmedium.Keywords: Innovation, Marketing, SME, Weaving Sarong Craftsmen.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) or commonly known as intelligence artificial is something that allows the machine to can do working that can done by humans . In the development of digital technology, AI brings major influence on the sector education . Where AI makes the learning process take place more adaptively , individually, and efficiently so that support transformation education in the digital era. This research aims For study AI concepts in context education , analyzing its suitability with the characteristics of the Independent Curriculum, as well as identify various Benefits and challenges in applying AI to the learning process . The method used was library research , which examined several scientific articles relevant to the research topic . The data was analyzed . For get description about AI integration in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Study results shows that AI has important role in supporting personal learning , technology-based assessment , development of teaching materials, and improvement effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. In addition, AI contributes to improving competence teacher pedagogy , digital literacy , creativity , and critical thinking skills student. However , the implementation of AI is still face various challenges , including limited technological infrastructure, digital access gap, low educator technology literacy , as well as issue ethics and data privacy . Therefore , it is necessary improvement digital competency , infra-structure support, and clear regulations so that the integration of AI in the Independent Curriculum can run optimally and sustainably in improving quality education in Indonesia.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has encouraged schools to integrate technology into the teaching and learning process to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and the overall quality of educational services. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital technology-based learning at SMA Negeri 6 Balikpapan, evaluate its success using the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model, and identify the opportunities and challenges encountered during its implementation. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The participants consisted of the principal, the vice principal, the school operator, teachers, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data trustworthiness was ensured through triangulation, member checking, and an audit trail. The findings indicate that digital technology-based learning has been effectively implemented through various platforms, including Google Classroom, Google Forms, Canva, Quizizz, Kahoot, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Baamboozle. Based on the six dimensions of the DeLone and McLean Model, the system demonstrated satisfactory performance in terms of system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The implementation enhanced learning effectiveness, improved access to educational resources, and increased students' motivation and participation. However, several challenges remain, including unstable internet connectivity, uneven digital competencies among teachers, limited access to digital devices for some students, and the need for continuous infrastructure development and professional training. The digital transformation of education has accelerated the adoption of technology-based learning platforms to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning processes as well as school administrative management. One of the emerging platforms in Indonesia is Pijar Sekolah, which provides integrated services for online learning, classroom management, learning assessment, and academic administration. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the effectiveness of Pijar Sekolah implementation through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study followed the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, including identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and article selection stages. Literature sources were collected from Google Scholar, Garuda, SINTA, and DOAJ, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. A total of 125 articles were identified, and after the selection process, 25 articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. Data were examined using content analysis and narrative synthesis techniques. The findings reveal that system quality, information quality, service quality, ease of use, user satisfaction, and system benefits are the primary factors determining the successful implementation of Pijar Sekolah. System quality emerged as the most influential factor, affecting users’ experiences in accessing and utilizing available services. The review further indicates that the success of digital educational platforms depends not only on the availability of features but also on the system’s ability to effectively and sustainably meet users’ needs. The findings provide valuable insights for improving Pijar Sekolah services and supporting the advancement of digital transformation in education, particularly in Balikpapan City.

Manokwari Regency and South Manokwari Regency are two regencies located in West Papua Province which are quite reliable for having tourism and economic potential. Based on data from the population census of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for South Manokwari Regency in 2021, the population of South Manokwari Regency is 35,949 people. Along with increasing population growth and an increase in the economy, the number of trips made by individuals is increasing. Therefore, improving Regency public transport services is absolutely necessary both in terms of time, distance traveled, availability of transportation and service patterns, the level of comfort of public transport itself. This research begins by making observations and collecting data in the field such as:load factor, headway, travel speed,availability, waiting time, service time,frequency, and travel time. The results of the analysis of the performance of public transport on the Manokwari - South Manokwari route, on Mini Bus type public transport are based onload factor an average of 88%,headway an average of 65 minutes, an average travel speed of 41 km/hour,availability average 48%, average waiting time 33 minutes, travel time 2 minutes/km,frequency, an average of 1 vehicle/hour, and an average service time of 13 hours/day. The results of the total performance weight value of the Mini Bus type public transport service obtained only 14 (fourteen) included in the medium category.
