Abstract

Bank XYZ is a government-owned company engaged in the banking sector, requires data and information support to support decisions to be taken by Company leadership because the current system requires a fairly long process in presenting the supporting data. So this research aims to design a dashboard to make it easier for management to obtain important information for decision making. The research methodology uses a flow starting from problem identification, needs analysis, raw data acquisition, OLAP design, ETL process and visualization. This research uses Pentaho tools to carry out the ETL process and Tableau tools to create dashboards. Based on the OLAP design of this research, a fact table for the distribution of ODP and a dimension table consisting of location, trip, city, start date, end date, class, gender, university and major were formed. As a result of this research, the design that has been made means that dashboard users/managers can anticipate or detect early delays in the process of making a rundown for the next stage of the journey, users/managers of the dashboard can anticipate or detect early delays in the process of making a rundown for the next stage of the journey, can find out about universities and the most study programs for more precise decision making, and has a data filtering feature which is useful for searching for certain data more quickly so that the decision making process can be supported by the information produced.

Abstract

To achieve certain performance goals, such as increasing the integration of study program performance data from various sources, such as student data, lecturers, curriculum, research, and so on, a performance dashboard is needed to monitor the performance of lecturers, students and curriculum to be more efficient. In this study, a dashboard was created with streamlit where the data was taken from the web scraping method. By utilizing the data visualization capabilities owned by Streamlit, study program performance information can be presented in the form of graphs, diagrams, or tables that are easier to understand and interpret.

Abstract

In the modern era, digitalization has had a significant impact on various business fields, with technology being the main key in fascilitating company performance. Digitalization of company systems is now an obligation, data integration is essential for analysis that supports company progress. ERP is software that simplifies company operations by integrating various business application modules such as Inventory, Accounting, Sales, Point of Sales, Manufacturing, Contact, Website, and Purchasing. CV Razzaq Berkah Mulia, which has the potential to compete with international furniture companies, has not fully adopted information systems in its management. This lack of digitalization can lead to losses and recording errors that hinder their business performance. An optimized and valid implementation of Odoo ERP is essential to improve the quality and operational efficiency of CV Razzaq Berkah Mulia. This Implementation will go through several phases, namely Discovery and Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support. At the Discovery and Planning stage, the company needs will be identified and an implementation strategy will be planned. The Design stage will design the system as per requirements, while the Development Stage will involve the creation and configuration of the system. At the testing stage, the system willl be tested to ensure its functionality, and the Deployment stage will involve launching the system into the operational environtment. Finally, the Support stage will provide post-implementation support.  The final result of this development can be accepted and implemented for the implementation of Odoo at CV. Razzaq Berkah Mulia through UTAUT with a satisfaction value of Performance Expectancy 88%, Effort Expectancy 88%, Supporting Facilities 88,4%, Facilitating Conditions 91%, Attitude Towards Technology 89,2%, Behavioral Intention 90,8%.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) has successfully conducted a training on Dashboard Development and TikTok Business for the Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) Shofi Group. This training was facilitated by the Informatics Engineering Department of Trisakti University and has received an excellent rating based on feedback from the participants. As part of this training, a visualization dashboard was successfully integrated into the Shofi Group's website, allowing them to monitor sales data more efficiently and effectively. In addition, participants also learned about the use of TikTok Business as a tool for marketing their products. Positive feedback from Shofi Group indicates the significant benefits of this training, in terms of assisting MSMEs to adapt and utilize digital technology in their business development. These results underline the importance of similar programs in supporting SMEs to compete in the digital era. It is hoped that the success of this PKM can lay the foundation for similar initiatives in the future, supporting more MSMEs in leveraging the potential of digital technology.

Abstract

Kualitas sangat penting dalam memenuhi keinginan pelanggan baik dalam manufaktur maupun jasa. Pengendalian kualitas perlu dilakukan kepada tenaga pendidik untuk terus menjaga kualitas dalam hal belajar mengajar. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan di SMAS Syafana Islamic School dimana pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan hanya sebatas analisis deskriptif dan perhitungan secara manual yang dilakukan guru dari hasil mengajar mereka. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru SMA Syafana Islamic School dalam melakukan monitoring kualitas dengan metode statistika. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan visualitatif dengan peran utama tim adalah memberikan pelatihan mengenai pengendalian kualitas dengan metode statistika. Materi yang diberikan adalah pengertian pengendalian kualitas, seven tools, dan contoh penerapan. Sebelum kegiatan ini, sebanyak 90% diantara peserta telah melakukan evaluasi sistem mengajar dengan analisis deskriptif. Namun, sebelum dilakukan kegiatan ini, 85% diantara peserta belum mengetahui tentang pentingnya pengendalian kualitas dan belum melakukan evaluasi kualitas baik dalam sistem mengajar dengan metode statistik. Setelah kegiatan, berdasarkan kuesioner, peserta merasa cukup puas dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan dan selebihnya merasa sangat puas baik dari materi yang diberikan, pemateri dan teknik penyampaian. Selain itu dengan adanya kegiatan ini, menambah pengetahuan peserta bahwa banyak alat statistik yang dapat digunakan untuk evaluasi kualitas.

Abstract

Wabah Covid-19 pada awal tahun 2020 memberikan dampak besar terhadap sektor perkonomian Indonesia, termasuk pada UMKM Kota Depok. Kebijakan work form home (WFH) dan menutup sebagian besar pusat perbelanjaan serta tempat wisata pada awal terjadinya wabah berdampak pada terputusnya rantai distribusi pemasaran produk UMKM. Upaya untuk membangkitkan kembali pasar UMKM dilakukan oleh pemerintah, salah satunya dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi dianggap mampu memberikan konsep secara teori maupun praktis untuk pengembangan UMKM. Teknik Industri Universitas Trisakti melakukan penyuluhan mengenai nilai penting keamanan pangan dan manajemen kualitas sebuah produk. Tema ini diambil dengan alasan sebagian besar UMKM Kota Depok memproduksi makanan, sehingga penilaian terhadap keamanan pangan dari produk yang dihasilkan menjadi sangat penting dalam poin penilaian kualitas produk. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan penyampaian materi dan kegiatan tanya-jawab dengan peserta penyuluhan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pemberian soal pre-test dan post-test kepada peserta, serta pengisian feedback oleh peserta. Hasil rekap evaluasi memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terhadap materi mengenai keamanan pangan dan manajemen kualitas. Harapannya materi tersebut dapat membantu pengembangan usaha para peserta.

Abstract

social media X or formerly more familiar with Twitter is one of the familiar social media and has many users in the world whis is a platform for accesing some information and commenting both suggestions and criticsm related to the development of the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN) which is the center of smart government in East Kalimantan. There are indormation, suggestions and criticisms addressed to the @ikn_id account directly addressed to the Indonesia government as well as public opinions related to IKN by using the IKN hashtag. Public sentiment on the issue is in the form of text on IKN Development. This research aims to analyze public opinion on the government's decision to build the Capital City of Nusatara (IKN) conveyed through X social media using appropriate data analysis methods by comparing the performance of support vector machine, logistic regression, and naïve bayes algorithms and identifying the most effective algorithm in sentiment analysis. The method used in this research to analyze sentiment are support vector machine, logistic regression and naïve bayes. The use of these three algorithms is also to compare the accuracy that is better than other algorithms. The results obtained using the Support Vector Machine algorithm is 80% while using the Logistic Regression and naïve bayes algorithms are 79%.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the efficiency and accuracy of sales data management at Shofi Cookies through the application of digital technology. The methods used include API-based dashboard development, database integration, and implementation of Custom CRUD Plugins and wpDataTables. The results show significant improvements in operational efficiency, ease of real-time data analysis, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. This program also provides training and mentoring to increase the capacity of human resources in utilizing technology optimally. It is hoped that the success of this activity can become a model for other SMEs in facing the challenges of digitalization in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Most MSMEs still have obstacles to growing and developing at the business level. Applying a business intelligence system is expected to assist in making appropriate and quick business decisions so that MSMEs can grow and develop. This research aimed to determine customer segmentation based on product clustering that consumers demand. In addition, this study aims to determine the benefits of business intelligence in providing business performance information to make decisions. This research uses the k-means algorithm for clustering. Business intelligence uses Power BI software for visualisation. Based on the results of analysing product clustering with the k-means algorithm, the optimal number of clusters is 2 (k = 2). Determination of the value of k = 2 uses an average centroid distance of 121,624,275,127, and validation of the minimum DBI value = 0.052. Based on the clustering results, cluster 0 (28%) and cluster 1 (72%) are two consumer segments. Insights on the sales dashboard are daily sales fluctuations, the dominance of certain products in demand, and products with low sales. Strategy initiatives for the long term are customer segmentation for more personalized promos, focus on subscriptions and repeat orders, optimising digital marketing, and the use of predictive analytics to forecast sales trends. On the dashboard of production, order, and stock, information, such as daily production tends to exceed orders, leading to overstock, while orders fluctuate inconsistently. The key challenges are unbalanced production and demand, overstock on certain products, unstable orders, and underproduced products. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economy but still face challenges in utilizing digital technology for marketing. Shofi Cookies, as the partner of this program, has been using TikTok and a website, yet their utilization remains suboptimal. This community service activity aimed to enhance the partner’s digital capacity through social media analysis, website audits, and digital branding training. The methods included evaluating the TikTok account, auditing the website’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and providing training on the use of WordPress Content Management System (CMS) along with branding strategies. The results showed that the TikTok account was still personal, limiting analytic data, while the website audit produced a C- SEO score with issues in mobile access speed. The training, attended by the owner and operator, received positive responses with high satisfaction, although participants’ understanding still needs improvement. The implication of this activity highlights the importance of follow-up actions such as switching to a TikTok business account, increasing content upload consistency, and optimizing website SEO. With these efforts, Shofi Cookies is expected to strengthen competitiveness, expand market reach, and increase sales in the digital era.
