Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Latihan menggunakan parasut terhadap kecepatan lari team futsal um.palopo.metode yang digunakan dalam   penelitian ini adalah eksperimen one group protest postest design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa jumlah subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 subjek. Dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) pretest sebesar 8.93. Serta nilai postest sebesar 11.34. Std devitation pretest .871 dan postest 1.164. Nilai minimum pretest 8 dan postest 9. Nilai maximun prestest 11 dan postest 13. Dan uji normalitas bahwa data pre-test dan post-test memiliki nilai ρ (Sig.) 0.05, maka variabel berdistribusi normal. Karena data berdistribusi normal maka dapat dilanjutkan. Kemudian dilakukan uji t test dengan hasil yang didapatkan yaitu sig yaitu 0,000 0,05. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai sig yaitu 0,000 0.05 yang berarti bahwa Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada Latihan menggunakan parasut terhadap kecepatan lari team futsal um.palopo. Latihan parasut ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan lari pada team futsal um.palopo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kekuatan otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap ketepatan smash bola voli. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis jalur taraf signifikan α 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) ada pengaruh langsung kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap koordinasi mata tangan pada ekstrakurikuler bola voli dengan nilai beta 0,452 dengan signifikan 0,009< α 0,05; (2) ada pengaruh langsung kekuatan otot  lengan terhadap koordinasi mata tangan pada ekstrakurikuler bola voli dengan nilai beta 0,557 dengan signifikan 0,002< α 0,05; (3) ada pengaruh langsung kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan smash pada ekstrakurikuler bola voli dengan nilai beta 0,627 dengan signifikan 0,001< α 0,05; (4) ada pengaruh langsung kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan smash pada ekstrakurikuler bola voli dengan nilai beta -0,377 dengan signifikan 0,043< α 0,05; (5) ada  pengaruh langsung koordinasi mata tangan terhadap ketepatan smash pada ekstrakurikuler bola voli dengan nilai beta 0,681 dengan signifikan 0,010< α 0,05; (6) ada pengaruh kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan smash melalui koordinasi mata tangan pada ekstrakurikuler bola voli dengan nilai beta 0,307 dengan signifikan 0,000< α 0,05; (7) ada pengaruh kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan smash melalui koordinasi mata tangan pada ektrakurikuler bola voli dengan nlai beta 0,379 dengan signifikan 0,000< α 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Small-Sided Games training on passing accuracy in the futsal extracurricular program at SMAN 3 Palopo. This research employed an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted at SMAN 3 Palopo, located in Palopo City, South Sulawesi. The population consisted of all students participating in the futsal extracurricular program, totaling 25 students, all of whom were selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis involved describing and interpreting the collected data from the pretest and posttest results to evaluate improvements in passing accuracy after the Small-Sided Games training. Statistical procedures included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests, analyzed using SPSS version 22. The training was carried out over 16 sessions during July–August. The descriptive findings showed that the average pretest score was 2.76, while the average posttest score increased to 7.56. Furthermore, the paired sample t-test (2tailed) revealed that the calculated t-value (33.941) was greater than the critical ttable value (2.059) at α = 0.05, thus rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. These results indicate that Small-Sided Games training has a significant effect on passing accuracy in the futsal extracurricular program at SMAN 3 Palopo.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of zig-zag running practice on dribbling ability in total football schools in Palopo City. The method applied in this study is quantitative with an experimental design that includes pre-test and post-test in one experimental group. The research activity was carried out for a month in Gaspa, Palopo City, involving twenty athletes who were selected using purposive sampling techniques, namely based on criteria that were in accordance with the research objectives. The tools used include stopwatches, balls, cones, whistles, as well as books and pens, which are designed to assess dribbling skills through five key indicators: speed, strength, balance, and movement coordination. Data was collected by conducting skills tests, direct observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample t-tests using SPSS software. The results showed a significant improvement in dribbling ability after zig-zag run exercises, with an average pre-test score of 24.7490 which increased to 22.6675 at the post-test. The results of the t-test gave a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), which showed a significant impact of the zig-zag run exercise on dribbling ability at the Palopo total football school.

Abstract

The development of shot put learning media using sawdust as the base material represents an innovative approach in physical education aimed at addressing the limitations of shot put learning facilities and infrastructure in schools, particularly for elementary students. This study aims to provide a practical solution to the shortage of equipment in elementary schools and to enhance teachers' creativity in designing learning media that is affordable, easily accessible, and safe for students to use. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation. Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, interviews, and student learning outcome tests conducted before and after the implementation of the media. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and paired t-tests to measure the effectiveness of the sawdust-based shot put learning media on Grade V students at Elemntary School 003 Loa Janan Ilir. The study’s findings are as follows: 1) The media was developed using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and proved effective in improving student learning outcomes, 2) The average post-test score significantly increased from 60.5 to 85.3 after using the media, indicating enhanced student understanding and skills, 3) The media was designed using lightweight, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly sawdust, replacing the standard shot put equipment, which is heavy and limited in number, thereby facilitating safe and enjoyable practice of basic shot put techniques, 4) Expert validation of content and media yielded an average feasibility score of 86%, with physical aspects, content relevance, and usability rated as safe, curriculum-aligned, and user-friendly for both teachers and students. Furthermore, the media fosters an active and inclusive classroom environment, boosting student motivation and participation in physical education learning.
