Abstract

Abstrak— Berita merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi masyarakat. Berita bisa didapatkan dengan berbagai cara. Berita yang didapatkan dari berbagai media seperti Koran, majalah, internet, dll. Berita yang didapatkan pada internet berada pada situs web. Agar lebih mudah mendapatkan berita pada situs web, maka diperlukannya sebuah aplikasi konten yang menyediakan layanan berita. Aplikasi konten yang menyediakan layanan berita disebut juga aggregator. Aggregator adalah aplikasi  yang memanfaatkan Really Simple syndication sehingga pengguna bisa mengumpulkan  berbagai macam berita dari berbagai website di dalam satu lokasi atau halaman. Really Simple syndication merupakan sebuah file berformat XML untuk sindikasi yang telah digunakan situs web berita Berita yang ditampilkan pada aggregator disebut dengan News Aggregator. Dengan  aggregator,masyarakat akan lebih muda mendapatkan berita tersebut. Berita bisa kita dapatkan dengan menggunakan perangkat komunikasi yaitu handphone, tablet, laptop dan lainnya. Saat ini perangkat komunikasi yang sedang marak yaitu berbasis Android. Android adalah sistem operasi bergerak yang mengadopsi sistem operasi Linux, namun telah dimodifikasi. Aplikasi News Aggregator berguna pada perangkat komunikasi berbasis android supaya mempermudah masyarakat mendapatkan berita.Kata kunci: News Aggregator, Android, Perangkat KomunikasiAbstrak— News is a basic necessity for the community. Currently, communication devices are rife, which is based on Android. Android is a mobile operating system that adopts the Linux operating system, but has been modified. Abstract

The use of computers as producers of technology-based products is hugely impressive. Computer vision technology, which is a branch of artificial intelligence, is developing very quickly. This is what underlies the need for this research to be done to detect the number of green plants (Viridiplantae) that are located on critical post-mining land, where it is known that the area is land that has been damaged with the condition of the soil being shallow and a layer of remaining tailings until a layer of rock is visible that can inhibit plant growth. Thus developed an application for detecting green plants using computer vision as modern ways to improve the recognition of objects in images. Computer vision applications are implemented on desktop applications created with the Python aiming to balance modern technology with the concept of preserving the environment. The development method used Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining which is the most representative method for planning overall data extraction, the design of the experiment and evaluation. The results of the research proved that only a few green plants were detected on post-mining land, so it is necessary to increase public awareness that environmental preservation and maintenance is very important.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang is a public vocational high school in Pangkalpinang, which has a Construction and Property Technology Program and a Computer and Informatics Engineering Program. To support the improvement of the hard skills of the students, implementing a training program is one way that is quite solutive. The student training program is devoted to building drawing technique training for the Building Modeling and Information Design Department, which hones students' drawing skills. In addition, the students are also given training related to augmented reality for the Multimedia Department. This activity also produced works in the form of design building drawings and augmented reality products.

Abstract

Language translating process by Indonesian students is particularly suffered from many errors. Its defined strategy should be carefully watched due to completing its translating perfection. Thus, this study identifies the problematic translation ways commonly referred and used by university students in Indonesia. The mixed method using embedded design between qualitative and quantitative data with a case study approach was carried out to find the preferences of the translation method used by the students. The respondents are 50 English Department students from different levels of studying years. The result shows that Post-Editing Machine Translation (PEMT) was preferred among other translating methods. The reasons are related to the ease and quality of the translation work. 76.90% of the students responded and chose to have PEMT as the preference. However, there were only 53.8% of them implementing PEMT as the translating process, and 38.5% were familiar with Machine Translation (MT) without post-editing instead. It indicates an inconsistency in the use of the translation methods as each of them experienced and chose different type of methods. However, PEMT was placed as the most referred translating method used by the students. This suggests that the presence of technology is well utilized while still paying attention to the quality of the translation through the post-editing process.

Abstract

Analysis of social networks or online communities can be very difficult when working on large networks, as many measurements require expensive hardware. For example, identifying the community structure of a network is a very computationally expensive task. Embedded graph is a way to represent graphs with vectors, so that further analysis becomes easier. The purpose of this research is to analyze the knowledge graph from the wikipedia article data. This research aims to implement web scraping techniques on the wikipedia article search engine and display similar wikipedia pages and analyze them using a predetermined deep learning algorithm. Data collection in this research used scraping techniques to retrieve data from the unstructured wikipedia website and then processed it into structured data. The method used in this research is a standard cross-industry process for data mining by performing phases of data collection, data processing, proposed algorithms, testing and evaluation. The algorithm applied is deepwalk, kmeans, girvan newman. By doing this research, it is expected to provide knowledge about the deep learning approach for data representation of the wikipedia pages knowledge graph and can help users find similar wikipedia pages and enrich literacy on knowledge graph analysis.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kurangnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya identitas dan cara pengemasan produk menjadi permasalahan utama yang ada di Desa Batu Beriga, Kecamatan Lubuk Besar, Bangka Tengah, Bangka Belitung. Oleh karena itu, tujuan program pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya kedua aspek diatas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dengan tahapan pemaparan dan praktikum. Mitra dalam pelatihan ini adalah sebanyak 15 pelaku UMKM di Desa Batu Beriga. Pre dan Post-test dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman setelah dilakukan pemaparan dan praktik. Ditemukan sebanyak 30% peningkatan pemahaman terhadap aspek penting dalam perancangan logo produk dan 10% dalam aspek pengemasan dengan prosentase akhir sangat baik.Abstract: The lack of understanding among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) entrepreneurs about the importance of branding and product packaging is a major issue in the village of Batu Beriga, Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka, Bangka Belitung. Therefore, the goal of this community engagement program is to improve the understanding of MSME entrepreneurs regarding the significance of these two aspects. The method used in this program is training, which includes presentations and practical sessions. The partners in this training are 15 MSME entrepreneurs in Batu Beriga village. Pre- and post-tests were conducted to measure the improvement in understanding after the presentations and practical sessions. It was found that there was a 30% increase in understanding of the key aspects of product logo design and a 10% increase in product packaging, with the final percentage of understanding being rated as excellent.

Abstract

Water is one of the important elements in supporting human life so that optimal use of water can have a big impact on life. Water-saving practices, especially during ablution, are often uncontrollable, resulting in water-wasting behavior. In addition, the acidic pH conditions in some of the water samples used are feared to have a long-term adverse impact on individual users. This research provides a solution in saving water with an ablution wastewater recycling system for reuse by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring that can record water usage discharge using a flowmeter while connected to a smartphone. In the simulation, a prototype is used which is designed as a water recycling system that can be monitored with the addition of a filtration system to filter waste and improve water quality, namely Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), and pH. The results showed that in total 52 samples, the average water usage was 2.45 liters / person and 42.31% were in the wasteful category. Comparison of water quality before and after filtering has a significant increase with TDS values reaching 118%, DO 41% and pH 42.31%. This increase shows better water quality after filtering so that it can be reused and the recycling results in the system used have an efficiency of 44% based on the comparison of monitoring volume and actual volume of water.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is based on data from the Pangkalpinang City Population and Civil Registration Service in 2020, the population reached 218,569 people and continued to grow to 232,915 people in 2023. The importance of monitoring vegetation density in the context of green economic growth, which requires careful evaluation of the balance between economic development and environmental conservation. With rapid urban growth, the Pangkalpinang city government requires a variety of approaches to accurately predict vegetation density. By identifying the factors that affect land vegetation density, this study aims to develop a machine learning model that can predict land vegetation density conditions over a certain period of time in the future. This research method involves collecting spatial vegetation density data over a period of 11 years using remote sensing technology or remote monitoring, such as satellite imagery. Furthermore, time series data will be analyzed and modeled using machine learning techniques, focusing on algorithms that can overcome the spatial and temporal dynamics of vegetation density. Machine learning algorithms, especially time series algorithms such as Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) will be used to build a spatial prediction model for vegetation density. The results of this study indicate that the use of ARIMA is able to produce an accurate prediction model in projecting vegetation density in Pangkalpinang City. The ARIMA model shows strong performance with low error metrics, indicating its effectiveness in making accurate predictions for the given data set. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable information for the Pangkalpinang city government in making decisions related to environmental management and green economic development. By involving collaboration between researchers with three complementary expertise including computer science, civil engineering and natural resource conservation and policy makers.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang seperti sekarang ini, chatbot menjadi salah satu inovasi teknologi yang banyak digunakan sebagai media komunikasi dengan pengguna dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk layanan publik. Chatbot memiliki kemampuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan memberikan solusi dalam waktu yang lebih cepat dan efisien dibandingkan dengan interaksi manusia ke manusia. chatbot dapat membantu pelayanan publik dengan cepat serta responsive.Metodologi penelitian adalah gagasan ilmiah secara rasional, empiris, dan sistematis yang digunakan untuk melakukan suat kegiatan penelitian. Dalam penelitian rancang bangun chatbot ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. Studi kasus merupakan pendekatan yang lebih memfokuskan tentang apa yang sedang diteliti yang mana dapat memaksimalkan pemahaman tentang kasus yang sedang ditelitiKebutuhan perangkat lunak merupakan faktor-faktor yang harus dipenuhi untuk merancang sebuah perangkat lunak (aplikasi) sehingga perangkat lunak tersebut sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan pembuatan. Default Chatbot layanan publik adalah proses awal dimana user pertama kali memulai chatbot atau memberikan sapaan kepada chatbot, lalu ‘bot’ akan memberi respon yang sesuai dengan training phrases. Misal: ‘Hai’ atau ‘hallo''.Chatbot layanan publik yang menggunakan teknologi machine learning dan natural language processing (NLP) dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dengan menyediakan layanan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan efisien
