Abstract

Clean water is a fundamental need at the heart of individual and community life. Lack of clean water can have a significant impact on various aspects of life, including health, social and economic. In Indonesia, many villages are still facing a clean water crisis, one of which is Taman Sari Village. This problem requires a solution in the form of an efficient clean water pipeline network planning system to distribute water evenly and meet the needs of the community. This study aims to calculate the daily clean water needs of the Taman Sari Village community and design an efficient clean water pipe network system. In addition, this study also aims to determine the appropriate and efficient method of water distribution through pipe network analysis. Field survey data was used as the basis for calculations to ensure a system design that is relevant and appropriate to local conditions. The analysis and simulation process was conducted using EPANET software, which is capable of modeling water flow in pipe networks in a detailed and accurate manner. With the help of this software, water distribution calculations are performed to ensure the network design can optimally meet the clean water needs of the community. The research results are expected to not only provide a solution to the clean water crisis in Taman Sari Village but also become a planning model that can be applied in other areas with similar conditions. The implementation of this system is believed to increase access to clean water, improve quality of life, and support sustainable development at the local and national levels.

Abstract

This study evaluates the urban drainage system in the Madiun City area through the lens of regional spatial planning. It highlights the impacts of land-use changes on drainage congestion and flooding, emphasizing the need for sustainable spatial policies. The research identifies key factors contributing to drainage issues, such as the closure of primary waterways and inadequate maintenance. Utilizing a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the study assesses hydrological conditions and the effectiveness of proposed eco-drainage solutions, including infiltration wells and retention ponds. The findings underscore the importance of integrating drainage management with spatial planning to mitigate flood risks, especially in the context of climate change.

Abstract

Abstrak Terminal yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menimbulkan permasalahan di masyarakat. Renovasi terminal perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengguna angkutan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting Terminal Bulupitu Purwokerto, menganalisis fasilitas yang diprioritaskan, serta tingkat kepuasan penggunanya. Data observasi digunakan untuk menginvestigasi ketersediaan fasilitasnya, sedangkan data kuisioner untuk menjaring penilaian penggunanya. Metode Importance Performance Analysis digunakan untuk mengetahui fasilitas yang dianggap penting namun memiliki kinerja yang kurang memuaskan sehingga perlu ditingkatkan, sedangkan Metode Customer Satisfaction Index untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap fasilitas yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fasilitas terminal di atas sudah memenuhi persyaratan dengan kondisi yang baik walaupun masih ada beberapa yang belum tersedia. Berdasarkan diagram kartesius IPA terdapat 6 fasilitas yang dianggap penting namun kinerjanya belum sesuai dengan harapan pengguna, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan pelayanannya. Berdasarkan Metode CSI diperoleh nilai sebesar 62,99% yang berarti para pengguna merasa cukup puas terhadap pelayanan di terminal tersebut. Kata kunci: Fasilitas Terminal, Angkutan Penumpang, Metode IPA, Metode CSI  Abstract Unmanaged terminals might cause problems in the community. Terminal renovation is required to increase the number of people who use public transportation. The purpose of this research is to determine the current state of the Bulupitu Terminal of Purwokerto, as well as to analyze the prioritized facilities and the level of user satisfaction. The availability of facilities is investigated using observation data, while user ratings are collected using questionnaire data. The Importance Performance Analysis method is used to identify facilities that are deemed important but perform poorly, indicating that they should be improved, whereas the Customer Satisfaction Index method is used to assess user satisfaction with the available facilities. The study's findings indicate that the terminal facilities listed above have met the requirements in good condition, though some are still under construction. According to the Cartesian IPA diagram, there are six facilities that are considered important, but their performance does not meet user expectations, so the service must be improved. The CSI method yields a value of 62.99 percent, indicating that users are generally pleased with the service provided at the terminal. Keywords: Terminal Facilities, Passenger Transport, IPA Method, CSI Method
