Abstract

The lack of types of learning media in PPKn learning content in Pancasila material in class III impacts low PPKn learning outcomes. This research aims to develop a powtoon animation video based on contextual teaching and learning on Pancasila material for class III elementary school. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE method. The subjects of this research were 1 learning materials expert and 1 learning media expert. There were 33 product trial subjects in this research. The methods used to collect data were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and tests. The data collection instruments are in the form of questionnaires and test questions. The techniques used to analyze the data are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and N-gain. The research results are the assessment of the media expert test 92.5%, the material expert test 86.25%, the small group test 90%, the significant group test 95%, and the class teacher test 90% so that you get a decent qualification. The results of N-gain stated that Powtoon animation video media based on Contextual Teaching and Learning has a category suitable in learning Pancasila material for PPKn content. It was concluded that Powtoon animated video media is good to use, effective, and ideal for learning. The implication of this research is that the Powtoon animation video developed can be used in Civics learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility and influence of multimedia-based pop-up book media on the thematic learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students—research method using Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE design. The research subjects were 59 students. Data collection techniques used validation sheets, test sheets, documentation, observations and interviews. The data analysis technique used a feasibility test and an independent sample T-test. The results showed that the pop-up book media feasibility test based on multimedia is in the very feasible category, and the thematic learning outcomes of the experimental class students were more effective than the control class. The study results concluded that there was a significant effect of the use of multimedia-based pop-up book media on thematic learning outcomes. Students seem enthusiastic about participating in learning during the learning process, and it is found that there are social skills and student creativity in group discussions. Based on the research results, it is expected that researchers/teachers can innovate multimedia-based learning media to become more interactive so that learning becomes interesting for students.

Abstract

The covid pandemic has caused changes online learning from home to prevent the spread of Covid 19. Teachers use the WhatsApp for learning. Learning by using online applications such as WhatsApp Messenger can increase collaboration in learning, share knowledge and useful information in the learning process, and maintain the joy of learning based on the ages. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of student learning outcomes with WhatsApp online learning using audio-visual animation media in class IV theme 9 “Sub-Theme of Preserving Natural Resources Wealth in Indonesia” SDN Genuksari 02 Semarang. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. This study uses a pre-test-post-test non-equivalent control group design with two classes of research objects consisting of a control class. Learning in the experimental class uses whatsapp group with video animation media, and control class learning uses whatsapp group. The data analysis technique used pre-requisite test, the average similarity test, learning completeness test and t-test. The results of the study indicate that there is an effectiveness of WhatsApp groups with media animations on the learning outcomes of class IV students in the Sub-theme of Preserving Natural Resources Wealth in Indonesia at SDN Genuksari 02 Semarang. By conducting this research, it is expected to increase students' interests in education by providing a comfortable, interesting, and fun learning environment in creative learning models and learning media.

Abstract

The teacher's lecture and question-and-answer method do not provide meaningful engagement for students, necessitating the adoption of different learning strategies. This study aims to determine the effect of the Modelling the Way strategy, assisted by Canva media, on 4th-grade students’ Islamic education learning outcomes. This research employed a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental Design (non-design) in the form of a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study consisted of fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Gulang Mejobo Kudus, with a total sample of 31 students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and tests. The results of the t-test show that t_count = 5.380 t_table = 2.042, so Ha is accepted. The results indicate an effect of the Modelling the Way strategy on the fourth-grade students’ Islamic education learning outcomes. The average pretest score was 63.71, and the average posttest score was 79.03. Therefore, there is a significant increase in posttest learning outcomes using the Modelling the Way strategy compared to the pretest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kevalidan, (2) Keefektifan, dan (3) Kepraktisan dari modul dalam problem based learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPS dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model Borg and Gall yang dimodifikasi menjadi pendahuluan, studi pengembangan, dan evaluasi, serta menggunakan desain kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Adapun hasil dari pengembangan modul dalam project based learning menunjukkan hasil bahwa (1) kevalidan dari modul yang dikembangkan berhasil memperoleh skor 4.60 dengan kategori sangat valid, (2) keefektifan modul dalam problem based learning memperoleh skor n-gain sebesar 0.71 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, ketuntasan klasikan kelas eksperimen dengan persentase sebesar 90%, serta hasil rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 51.33 dengan kategori sangat baik, dan (3) kepraktisan dari modul dalam problem based learning yang dikembangkan memperoleh skor dari respon siswa sebesar 4.11 dengan kategori sangat tinggi dan respon guru memperoleh skor sebesar 3.37 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul dalam problem based learning telah valid dan praktis digunakan sebagai bahan ajar siswa maupun guru.

Abstract

Kemampuan penalaran dalam proses pembelajaran matematika sangatlah dibutuhkan untuk semua para siswa,  dengan kemampuan penalaran yang dimiliki akan membantu siswa dalam menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang ada. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada materi aritmetika sosial melalui model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Desain penelitian ini adalah mixed method tipe concurrent embadded dengan penelitian kuantitatif sebagai primer untuk memperoleh data kuantitatif berupa kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa serta data kualitatif berupa analisis kemampuan penalaran matematis ditinjau dari self-confidence. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A  sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pemberian tes kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa, angket Self-Confidence, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa tuntas secara individual, 2) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada model pembelajaran discovery learning mencapai ketuntasan, 3) kemampuan penalaran matematika siswa ditinjau dari self-confidence pada model pembelajaran discovery learning lebih baik dari pencapaian kemampuan penalaran sebelumnya, 4) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada pembelajaran  Discovery Learning  ditinjau dari self-confidence sangat baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan fasilitas belajar di rumah dan disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar PAI siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Kecamatan Mijen Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis korelasi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Cluster Random Sampling sebanyak 129 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas belajar di rumah dengan hasil belajar PAI, nilai rhitung = 0,659 dan termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 43,5%; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar PAI, nilai rhitung = 0,729 dan termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 53,2%; (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas belajar di rumah dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar PAI nilai rhitung = 0,746 dan termasuk kategori kuat serta berkontribusi sebesar 55,6%

Abstract

Pengembangan nilai moral agama erat kaitannya tentang budi pekerti seorang anak, sikap sopan santun, kemauan melaksanakan ajaran agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pola pembiasaan pendidikan agama Islam anak usia dini dalam keluarga yang baik sehingga nantinya mampu menjaga keimanannya untuk berbuat sesuai ajaran agama dan moralitasnya. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pola pembiasaan pendidikan agama islam untuk anak usia dini di lingkungan keluarga: studi kasus TK YAMMBA Jatibarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak TK YAMMBA Jatibarang Brebes. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah pembiasaan pendidikan agama Islam anak usia dini melalui Profil Pelajar Pancasila dimensi Beriman, Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan Berakhlak Mulia pada kegiatan intrakurikuler diimplementasikan melalui lima model, yaitu: pembiasaan, keteladanan, pembinaan disiplin peserta didik, pembelajaran partisipatif, dan program kegiatan sekolah.

Abstract

Inclusive education is a fundamental framework that provides equal opportunities for children with special needs (CSN) to develop social skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education at SDN Karanganyar Gunung 02 in fostering CSN's social skills, covering the teaching process, the influence of inclusive education on social skills, and the challenges encountered. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was utilized to collect data from teachers and the school principal and documentation, validated through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that inclusive education at this school successfully enhances CSN's confidence, empathy, and communication skills through empathy-based learning, peer tutoring, and positive reinforcement. An inclusive environment and personalized teaching strategies also support CSN's active participation in group activities. However, significant challenges such as communication barriers, low concentration levels, and insufficient teacher training remain obstacles. This study highlights the importance of collaboration among teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders in creating an inclusive environment that holistically supports CSN development.

Abstract

The learning activities carried out by teachers use the rote method, so many students need to be more interested and help learn them. Apart from that, the lack of learning media also has a low impact on science learning outcomes for elementary school students. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of KOMIKA (Children's Comics) media on the learning outcomes of Class IV science material and the richness of Indonesian culture in elementary schools. This type of research is quantitative research. The method used in this research is an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study was 32 fourth-grade elementary school students. The method used to collect data is a test. The instrument used to collect data is a test question sheet. The technique used to analyze research results is inferential statistics. The research results, namely the t-test results, show an average difference between the experimental class post-test scores and the control class test scores. The results of the N-gain test show that the N-gain score for the experimental class falls into the high criteria, and for the experimental class falls into the medium criteria. It was concluded that learning using KOMIKA (Children's Comics) media was more effective than using only student books.
