Abstract

Fast problem-solving is one of the main keys to a company's reputation. Currently, most of the company's business processes are accommodated by applications. Often, applications in companies experience problems due to internal and external factors. Users send a request to solve problems by submitting the problem to the helpdesk tool or application. The requests at the helpdesk tool or application do not go directly to the technician who has the authority to solve them but instead go to the operator first and then escalate to the technician to be resolved. This process affects the efficiency of problem-solving time. This study proposes the use of text classification with deep learning to complete operator work. The method proposed in this study is the BiLSTM method. The total data used in this research is 160,000 helpdesk request data by dividing the data by 128,000 resolved data as training data and 32,000 on-progress data as testing data or 80% training data and 20% testing data. The research was conducted using 13 labels for the technician assignment route process Performance measurement of this study using a confusion matrix which obtained an accuracy 91.18%, precision 95.05%, and recall 93.28%

Abstract

Currently, the majority of the agricultural sector in Indonesia is carried out by small communities. Half of the Indonesian people (approximately 10 million people) work in the agricultural sector and utilize agricultural land. Some of the tools used by farmers are still using traditional tools, but some are already using modern farming tools. In general, agricultural tools are divided into 3 categories, namely agricultural tools used before the seeds are planted, agricultural tools used when caring for seedlings that are growing and developing, and agricultural tools used when harvesting. One of the technologies used in agriculture is the use of drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) in the process of sowing fertilizers and seeds and spraying pesticides. The current use of UAVs supports agriculture with manual operation and based on GPS waypoint positioning. In the process, the visual aspects that can be obtained from the UAV have not been considered, so the treatment carried out on agricultural land is the same. The problem of similarity in treatment can lead to similar treatment on heterogeneous agricultural land. Agricultural land should be treated according to the conditions of the land. Because the condition of the land will affect the growth of the planted vegetation. Another problem found in agricultural land is the different rice growth in each paddy field. Rice growth can be seen by farmers through visual aspects but farmers cannot directly see the visual condition of rice growth as a whole because of the large area of land. Utilization of UAV by taking high-resolution aerial imagery can provide visuals of the overall condition of rice from various angles of image capture. The general objective of this research is to classify rice growth on high resolution UAV images based on the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The data used in this study were acquired using a multirotor UAV in the same rice field area. The data consists of 500 images consisting of 5 groups. Group 1-2 is the vegetative phase, group 3 is the generative phase and group 4-5 is the ripening phase. CNN is used to conduct training with variations of epochs are 100, 250 and 500. The best accuracy results are obtained in the training epoch 500 with 96% of Accuration

Abstract

The website of Social Affairs, Empowerment, and Child Protection in Bali is one of the information media used to fulfill one of the Service's requirements in implementing the Law on Public Information Disclosure. The initial observation results showed that there has never been a usability evaluation related to the website. In addition to this, according to an initial survey of 55 respondents from the general public and service information technology staff, the results obtained were (1) 69% of respondents stated that the website for the Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Province of Bali had an unattractive appearance, (2) as many as 67% of respondents stated that the website was still not good at placing and writing menus, (3) 67% of respondents stated that the website could not provide comfort when browsing, and (4) 95% of respondents stated that the display and contents of website content were still lacking and need to be developed. Based on the results of the interviews and surveys conducted, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation to find out more about the development of the website for the Bali Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection. Therefore an evaluation was carried out on the website of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection of Bali using the Cognitive Walkthrough, Performance Measurement, and System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation techniques. The research resulted in the following conclusions. (1) The website development for the Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection uses the Incremental method to produce a website with a more dynamic and modern appearance but still minimalist so that it does not interfere with the view of the website visitors and remains focused on content so that it is comfortable to view and read. (2) The performance measurement method evaluation results showed that the website is included in the effective and efficient category. The results showed that the working time for the beginner and the proficient group was short, the average for the proficient group was 17.4 seconds, and the beginner was 17.56 seconds. (3) Recommendations from the results of the usability evaluation of the Bali Provincial Office of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection using the Cognitive Walkthrough method are included in the successful category. Research showed that 100% of respondents completed the task scenario perfectly without any failures or errors. (4) Satisfaction of website users, when evaluated using the SUS method, gets an average score of 92.36 which is above the standard score of 68, so it can be concluded that respondents are very satisfied using the website for Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Bali Province.

Abstract

Bandwidth management is indispensable in computer networks. Not only to manage the needs of each individual, but also to keep the data traffic running smoothly. Dhyana Pura University is a private university that utilizes information technology in achieving optimal performance. Observation results with throughput, delay, packet loss and jitter parameters show that bandwidth management has not been done properly. Implementation of bandwidth management is done on Mikrotik Cloud Core Router and PC Router based on Ubuntu server version 16.04. One way to reduce performance degradation is to manage bandwidth. Good bandwidth management is expected to provide the right Quality of Service (QoS) for each internet service. The Hierarchy Token Bucket (HTB) method as a queuing method that regulates bandwidth usage to be given to each internet user shows more optimal results and is easier to use according to the desired needs. This is because the bandwidth is divided evenly and prevents one user from spending excessive bandwidth, so that it can increase employee satisfaction in using internet services. The results of the analysis of measuring the level of employee satisfaction with the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method show that the HTB method has a total satisfaction index of 66.154% in the very satisfied category, while for troughput variables of 65.32%, delay of 67.14%, packet loss of 66.50% and jitter of 65.40%. Thus the implementation on the internet network at Dhyana Pura University using the Hierarchy Token Bucket (HTB) method is feasible to implement with a satisfied predicate.

Abstract

A freehand three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound system is a method of acquiring images using a 3D ultrasound probe or conventional two-dimensional (2D) ultrasound probe to give a 3D visualization of an object inside the body. Ultrasounds are used extensively in clinical applications since they are advantageous in that they do not bring dangerous radiation effects and have a low cost. However, a probe calibration method is needed to transform the coordinate position into a 3D visualization display, especially for image-guided intervention. The current ultrasound probe calibration system usually uses the numerical regression method for the N-wire phantom, which has problems in accuracy and reliability due to nonlinear point scattered ultrasound image data. Hence, a method for ultrasound probe positional calibration of single-wire phantom using the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm (LMA) was proposed to overcome this weakness. This experiment consisted of an optical tracking system setup, a 2D ultrasound probe with marker, an ultrasound machine, and a single-wire object in a water container equipped with a marker. The position and orientation of the marker in a 2D ultrasound probe and the marker in the water container were tracked using the optical tracking system. A 2D ultrasound probe was equipped with a marker connected wirelessly using an optical tracking system to capture the single-wire object. The resulting sequences of 2D ultrasound images were reconstructed and visualized into 3D ultrasound images using three transformations, ultrasound beam to ultrasound probe’s marker, single-wire phantom position to container’s marker, and the 3D visualization transformation. The LMA was used to determine the best optimization parameters for determining the exact position and representing that 3D visualization. The experiment result showed that the lowest mean square error (MSE), rotation error, and translation error were 0.45 mm, 0.25°, and 0.3828 mm, respectively.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan aktivitas atau kegiatan perkantoran menerapkan sistem kerja diluar kantor atau bekerja pada tempat tinggal masing-masing atau yang biasa disebut Work From Home (WFH) untuk meminimalisir pertemuan fisik yang dapat menimbulkan penyebaran virus COVID-19 semakin meluas. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut, Kementerian Perhubungan telah membangun aplikasi Elektronik Persuratan (E-Persuratan) yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam pendistribusian surat dinas secara daring. Aplikasi dapat digunakan oleh admin persuratan untuk melakukan pencatatan surat masuk dan surat keluar, atasan untuk melakukan disposisi surat, dan pegawai untuk menindaklanjuti surat tersebut. Namun seiring digunakannya e-persuratan ini, masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan dari segi tampilan antarmuka dan fitur pada aplikasi yang menyebabkan penggunaan aplikasi belum efektif dan efisien digunakan oleh pengguna. Maka untuk dapat mengukur tingkat daya guna dan mengevaluasi aplikasi E-Persuratan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode usability testing. Teknik usability testing pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Heuristic Evaluation. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan, pada penilaian usability testing dengan teknik System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari perhitungan diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 42,2. Jadi, dalam penilaian dengan skala addjective rating System Usability Scale (SUS) dari pengolahan skor SUS yang diperoleh masih dalam skala Grade F dengan addjective rating yaitu Poor yang masih kurang memuaskan atau belum diterima oleh pengguna dikarenakan skor standar minimal penilaian SUS yang masuk kategori dapat diterima pengguna yaitu 68,00.

Abstract

One of the organizations that requires the implementation of good information technology governance is the natural resources conservation office. The audit was conducted to determine the level of IT process capability based on the COBIT 5 standard and to determine the level of gaps (gaps) owned by the natural resources conservation office. The process of implementing the audit begins with observing the agency's environment related to activity data and its implementation, then mapping the data with business objectives according to COBIT 5, followed by mapping business objectives with IT objectives to obtain IT processes. The IT processes obtained are then selected to obtain important IT processes according to company officials. The TI process obtained is then processed using the Guttman method. The results of the IT process capability level, namely EDM01, EDM02 and APO09, are at level 3 (established). The gaps found need to be given a corrective strategy to achieve the capability expected by the institution, namely 4 (predictable process) by providing recommendations regarding steps to achieve the expected capability value. The recommendations and improvements provided use ISO/IEC 15504:2 and ISO27002 standards which were obtained by mapping IT processes on COBIT 5.

Abstract

Universities, as providers of academic education services, are required to provide an optimal educational process for students to produce a generation of quality human beings. Student learning success is seen as the success of universities in implementing the higher education process. One of the problems universities face in maintaining the quality of education is student dropout. The high dropout rate in universities can impact accreditation assessments. As a result, it will affect the level of public trust. The number of dropouts in higher education can be minimized from an early age by analyzing the factors that cause student dropouts using data on students who graduated and those who dropped out. This data can be used to determine student dropout patterns by classifying them using the artificial neural network learning vector quantization (LVQ) approach. The data used in this research was 4053, consisting of 3840 graduate student data and 213 dropout student data. This data is considered unbalanced, an unbalanced dataset can cause errors because the model tends to classify the majority class with a high classification and pays less attention to the minority class. So, it is necessary to apply oversampling techniques to overcome this problem. The research results show that the application of the LVQ method to unbalanced data produces an accuracy value of 95.53%, a precision value of 100%, a recall value of 15.02% and an f1-score of 0.26, while the application of the LVQ method to data that has undergone resampling resulting in an accuracy value of 94.66%, a precision value of 92.22%, a recall value of 97.55%, and an f1-score value of 0.95. The LVQ method can be used to classify dropout students with excellent results.

Abstract

Sortasi Kualitas biji kopi merupakan proses yang sangat penting untuk menjaga serta meningkatkan kualitas produksi, melihat kopi sebagai salah satu komoditas paling penting yang diperjual belikan. Penulis ingin meminimalisir kesalahan klasifikasi oleh manusia yang subjektif dengan mengimplementasi metode Naive Bayes untuk melakukan klasifikasi kualitas biji kopi secara objektif. Biji kopi difoto sehingga menghasilkan citra biji kopi, ruang warna HSV digunakan untuk melakukan ekstraksi ciri warna biji, tekstur biji kopi diekstrak dengan metode GLCM, dan ukuran biji kopi dihitung dengan mengakumulasi nilai piksel pada objek citra biner. Pengujian terhadap model klasifikasi yang dibangun dengan 480 data latih menghasilkan akurasi 90.8% berdasarkan 120 data uji. Hasil akurasi menunjukkan ketika ada 120 data uji maka 11 data salah diklasifikasi atau ketika ada 200 data uji maka 19 hingga 20 biji akan salah diklasifikasi oleh model. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan pengamatan yang lebih dalam untuk mendapatkan fitur ciri yang dapat merepresentasikan perbedaan kualitas biji dengan lebih representative, serta membandingkan metode klasifikasi Naive Bayes dengan metode klasifikasi lain untuk mendapatkan model klasifikasi yang lebih baik di masa depan
