Abstract

 AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran animasi 3 dimensi  padamata pelajaran matematika untuk siswa penyandang tunagrahita (Studi Kasus: Siswa Kelas D2/Semester 2 SLB.C Negeri Singaraja), (2) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran animasi 3 dimensi  pada mata pelajaran matematika untuk siswa penyandang tunagrahita (Studi Kasus: Siswa Kelas D2/Semester 2 SLB.C Negeri Singaraja).Perancangan media pembelajaran animasi 3 dimensi menggunakan metode pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan desain pengembangan. Tahapan-tahapan model ADDIE yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Implementasi dari pengembangan media pembelajaran 3 dimensi pada mata pelajaran matematika dilakukan melalui evaluasi sumatif dan evaluasi formatif.Evaluasi sumatif terdiri uji ahli isi, uji ahli desain dan uji ahli media untuk mengetahui kevalidan media pembelajaran serta isi dari media pembelajaran apakah sudah sesuai sehingga media pembelajaran dapat diterapkan. Sedangkan evaluasi formatif terdiri dari uji coba perorangan, kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan dilakukan di kelas yang sama yaitu kelas D2 di SLB.C Negeri Singaraja.Rata-rata respon siswa terhadap pengembangan animasi 3 dimensi pada mata pelajaran matematika untuk siswa penyandang tunagrahita yaitu 90,7%. Pengembangan media pembelajaran animasi 3 dimensi pada mata pelajaran matematika untuk siswa penyandang tunagrahita untuk siswa kelas D2 di SLB.C Negeri Singaraja mampu menjadi sumber belajar bagi siswa. Media pembelajaran digunakan sebagai panduan belajar siswa, sehingga dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi dan fokus pada anak serta membantu proses belajar siswa di sekolah. Ini dibuktikan dengan hasil respon siswa yaitu 90,7% jika dikonversikan kedalam tabel respon siswa termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik. Kata kunci:  Media Pembelajaran, Mata Pelajaran Matematika, Anak Tunagrahita, Animasi 3 Dimensi AbstractThis Research was aimed to: (1) implement a three-dimensional animation instructional media in mathematics for students with mental retardation (Case Study: Student of D2 class / second semester. SLB.C Negeri Singaraja), (2) determine students' response to the development of instructional media animation 3D in mathematics for students with mental retardation (Case Study: student of D2 class / Second semester SLB.C Negeri Singaraja).The design of the 3D animation instructional media used Research and Development (R&D) and the ADDIE development model that consisted of five stages of design development. The stages of ADDIE development model were analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The implementation of the development of three dimensional instructional media in mathematics was done through summative evaluation and formative evaluation.Summative evaluation consisted of content expert test, design expert test and media expert test to determine the validity of the instructional media and the content of the instructional media whether it is suitable so that instructional media can be applied.While formative evaluation consisted of testing an individual, a small group and a field tests which carried out in the same class, namely the D2 class in SLB.C Negeri Singaraja.The average of the students’ response to the development of three-dimensional animation in mathematics for students with mental retardation was 90.7%. The development of three-dimensional animation instructional media in mathematics for students with mental retardation for D2 class in Singaraja State SLB.C Negeri Singarajawas able to be a source of learning for students. Instructional media were used as a student learning guide, so as to improve concentration and focus on the child and help the students’ learning process in the school.This is evidenced by the result of students’ response that was 90.7% if converted into the table the students’ response included in the category of Very Good. Keywords : Learning Media, Mathematics Subject, Sturdent with Mentally Retarded, 3D Animation

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activity and student learning outcomes in subjects of Information Technology and communication with implementing learning model Numbered Head Together with Quick on the Draw, and evaluate the response of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Banjarangkan. The application of learning models Numbered Head Together with Quick on the Draw. The subjects were students of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Banjarangkan, first semester academic of year 2013/2014, which involved the students as much as 20 students. The design of this study was action based research (ABR), which consists of two cycles. The data collected in this study is the activity and learning outcomes as well as students' response to the application of learning models Numbered Head Together with Quick on the Draw or ICT subjects. Result of the activity students was collected by used observation sheet in every meeting, student learning outcomes data collected through cognitive tests, while the student response data were collected with a questionnaire sheet enclosed. Toke of data on cognitive tests colected in end of each cycle. The results showed that First There was an increased in the activity of student learning, it saw from increased in the average activity of the students. Second There was an increased in student learning outcomes. It saw from the classical completeness students third The average students' response to the implementation of the learning model Numbered Head Together with Quick on the these results indicate that the response of students classified as positive.

Abstract

Bali dikenal sebagai pulau dewata yang kaya akan tempat wisata serta budaya salah satunya budaya Sastra Bali yang dikenal dengan nama Aksara Bali. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, remaja pada umumnya cenderung lebih tertarik dengan budaya sastra luar. Sehingga mereka cenderung menganggap budaya lokal sebagai kebudayaan yang kuno. Oleh karena itu, maka penulis berkeinginan untuk melestarikan kebudayaan Sastra Bali yang mulai dilupakan melalui perancangan sebuah aplikasi dengan judul “Pengembangan Game Edukasi “Aksara Bali” Berbasis Android”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk merancang pengembangan game edukasi “Aksara Bali” berbasis android. (2) Untuk mengimplementasi game edukasi “Aksara Bali” berbasis android. (3) Untuk mengetahui respon pemain terhadap aplikasi game edukasi “Aksara Bali” berbasis android. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Aplikasi Game Edukasi “Aksara Bali” Berbasis Android ini dikembangkan dengan model waterfall. Aplikasi ini diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan editor Eclipse dan plug-ins ADT(Android Development Tools) serta menggunakan AndEngine sebagai library tambahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh fitur yang terdapat pada aplikasi ini dapat dijalankan pada semua perangkat yang diujikan. Respon pengguna dan ahli isi terhadap aplikasi game edukasi “Aksara Bali” berbasis android dikatagorikan positif. Kata Kunci : Edukasi, Aksara Bali, Game, Android Bali is known as the paradise island that is rich in sights and culture of one culture Balinese literature known as the Balinese. Along with the development of technology, teenagers generally tend to be more interested in the literary culture outside. So they tend to think of the local culture as ancient culture. Therefore, the author intends to preserve the culture of Balinese literature that is forgotten through the design of an application with the title "Development of Educational Games" Balinese "Based Android". This result is purpose (1) to designing game development educational game “Balinese” android-based. (2) to implementation educational game “Balinese” based-android. (3) To know the response players response about educational game application “Balinese” based-android. The method used is research and development. Educational game app "Balinese" android-based was developed with the waterfall model. This application is implemented using the Java programming language with the editors and plug-ins Eclipse ADT (Android Development Tools) and using AndEngine as additional libraries. This result show that all of future which there in this application can run on all devices that ware tasted. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan aplikasi Augmented Reality Story Book “Jayaprana dan Layonsari”.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development), untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Augmented Reality Story Book Jayaprana dan Layonsari. Dalam mengembangkan aplikasi ini menggunakan model waterfall sampai tahap pengujian sistem. Aplikasi ini menggunakan library vuforia yang mampu menggabungkan benda maya ke dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata dengan bantuan buku dan smartphone android untuk menampilkan cerita rakyat tiga dimensi Jayaprana and Layonsari beserta suara narasi dari cerita rakyat tersebut.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah buku yang berisikan cerita dan gambar terkait cerita rakyat Jayaprana and Layonsari, serta aplikasi Augmented Reality Story Book berbasis android yang mampu menampilkan cerita rakyat tiga dimensi di atas gambar lengkap dengan suara narasi cerita dalam bahasa inggris. Sehingga aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media untuk memperkenalkan sekaligus melestarikan kebudayaan.

Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi Media Edukasi Wayang Kulit Bali (Balinese Shadow Puppet) berbasis Android. (2) mengetahui respon user terhadap Media Edukasi Wayang Kulit Bali (Balinese Shadow Puppet) berbasis Android yang merupakan salah satu budaya di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Aplikasi Media Edukasi Wayang Kulit Bali (Balinese Shadow Puppet) berbasis Android ini dikembangkan dengan model waterfall. Subyek penelitian adalah masyarakat umum. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu data respon masyarakat terhadap pengembangan aplikasi Media Edukasi Wayang Kulit Bali (Balinese Shadow Puppet) berbasis Android dengan mengunakan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa aplikasi ini diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Lua dengan editor dan simulator Corona SDK. Semua fitur dan fungsi – fungsi yang terdapat pada aplikasi ini sudah berjalan berjalan dengan baik dan interface yang mudah dikenali atau user friendly. Respon user terhadap aplikasi Media Edukasi Wayang Kulit Bali (Balinese Shadow Puppet) berbasis Android dikategorikan positif. The collected data is the data public response to application development in Media Educational Puppet Bali (Balinese Shadow Pupet) based on Android by using the questionnaire. Results of this research show that the application is implemented by using the Lua Programming language with editor and Corona SDK simulator. All the features and the functions which contained in this application is already well run and the interface which easily recognizable or friendly user. Abstract

 Communication is the process of sending a message from one person to another. With  communication, the interaction will be more meaningful. With communication, a man can express his desire to communicate, express feelings, provide information, express opinions, ideas and thoughts verbally (verbal) and non-verbal (gestures). Children with deaf disabilities using sign language to communicate with its environment. While the environment is generally a lot more people who understand spoken language rather than sign language so that children with hearing difficulties understand verbal expression of the environment and the environment is also difficult to understand the sign language used by deaf children. Because of the limitations of language communication and poverty experienced by persons with Disabilities Deaf Mute. So impaired speech with disabilities need to know sign language to facilitate communication both within the family and society environment. The technique used is to capture the position of the hand, to extract the shape of the hand, and then classify them. To locate the hand of each frame is generated, the author uses HaarClassifier previously undertaken training beforehand. Then used to extract the shape of the hand, skin detection and noise removal followed by thresholding and normalization. After the hand shape is obtained, the binary image is classified based on the shape of the hands of a collection of images of hand signals used as training data. Classification algorithms used by the author is the algorithm of K-Nearest neigbors. After a test of the system to perform system testing of 10 people by charging a 3 shape hand each corresponding letter SIBI. Alphabet letters that can be translated are alphabet letters a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, v, w, x, y. Alphabet letters j and z can not be translated because the shape of the hand movement. The final result obtained is 91.8% literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety with learning outcomes , the relationship between Academic Procrastination with learning outcomes , as well as the relationship between anxiety and Academic Procrastination together with the learning outcomes of students majoring in pendidikan teknik informatika Undiksha.This study is a correlation study is ex post - facto that consists of two independent variables , namely anxiety ( X1 ) and the Academic Procrastination ( X2 ) , and the dependent variable is the Learning Outcomes ( Y ) . The population in this study as many as 410 people and as many as 202 samples run respondents . Data X1 , X2 , and Y is obtained through a questionnaire . The collected data were analyzed using parametric statistical tests performed prerequisite is the test of normality , linearity , and multicollinearity .The results showed : ( 1 ) There is a positive and significant relationship between anxiety with learning outcomes of students majoring in informatics engineering education . Directions relationship kecemasandan Learning Outcomes are not unidirectional and have a very low level of relationship . ( 2 ) There is a positive and significant relationship between Academic Procrastination with student learning outcomes informatics engineering education . Direction of the relationship and Learning Outcomes Academic Procrastination is the opposite direction and has a very low level of relationship . ( 3 ) There is a positive and significant relationship between anxiety and Academic Procrastination with learning outcomes of students majoring in informatics engineering education . The results of multiple regression in hypothesis testing regression equation Y = X 4,112- 0,005 - 0,006 X2 . Direction of the relationship of anxiety and Academic Procrastination with Learning Results are positive and have a very low level of relationship .

Abstract

Gamelan Jegog is one of thetraditional instrument which originally comesfrom Bali. Each Jegog’s instrument consists ofeight piece of bamboo with each piece is called as"bilah". Jegog is played with two "panggul".“Panggul” is a tool used for hitting theinstrument and is usually made of wood orrubber. Game Jegog berbasis Android was anapplication that adapts Jegog into a game thatrun on the Android platform. This researchaimed at designing and implementing Jegogbased Android Game.Game Jegog Berbasis Android wasdeveloped by the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) in the form of sequential linear orwaterfall model. The main feature of thisapplication was Jegog game (Game Mode) toattain the highest score . There were also otherfeatures such as playing Jegog with melody(Learn Mode) and playing Jegog freely (FreeMode) .The results of this research were thedesign and the implementation of Game Jegogberbasis Android . The game was designedthrough UML (Unified Modeling Language). Itwas implemented in Java programming languageby using the Eclipse editor and ADT (AndroidDevelopment Tools) plug – ins. It also usedAndEngine as additional library. The entirefunctional requirements had been successfullyimplemented in accordance with the design.

Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengimplementasikan pengembangan e-modul berbasis metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar kelas X Multimedia di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. (2) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa kelas X Multimedia dan guru mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja terhadap pengembangan e-modul berbasis metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan Research and Development (R & D) dengan model pengembangan Dick and Carey dan Waterfall. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas X Multimedia dan guru mata pelajaran pemrograman dasar di SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap e-modul diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil produk e-modul pemrograman dasar yang telah dikembangkan menggunakan moodle dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning didalamnya. 2) Hasil analisis data respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa persentase siswa yang memberikan respon sangat baik sebesar 59%, persentase siswa yang memberikan respon baik sebesar 41%, dan tidak ada siswa yang memberikan respon cukup, kurang, maupun sangat kurang. Sedangkan hasil analisis data respon guru menunjukkan bahwa persentase guru yang memberikan respon sangat baik sebesar 100%, dan tidak ada guru yang memberikan respon baik, cukup, kurang, maupun sangat kurang. Kata-kata kunci: E-Modul, Pemrograman Dasar, Metode Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Abstract— This research aims (1) To implement the development of e-module based on Problem Based Learning method for the Basic Programming subject in 10th grade students of Multimedia in SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja (2) To know the response of 10th grade students and teachers of Multimedia in SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja toward the implementation of e-modul which is based on problem based learni ng method in basic programming subject. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R & D) authorized by Dick and Carey and Waterfall theories. This research involves 10th grade students of Multimedia and also the teachers of Basic Programming subject in SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja in academic year 2015/2016. Questionnairies are used to know the studenst and teachers’ response toward e-module. This research shows: (1) The result of e-module Basic Programming product which has been developed by using Moodle in applying Problem Based Learning method. (2) The percentage result of students’ response shows that 58% of students give a very good response moreover 42% of students give a good response, and there are none of students give response of Enough, Less, or Very Less. In addition the teachers’ responses give 100% of very good response, and none of teachers give a Good, Enough, Less, or Very Less response. Abstract

—Kendaraan bermotor sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Dengan adanya kendaraan bermotor, khususnya sepeda motor 4 tak yang memudahkan pekerjaan masyarakat. Setiap sepeda motor 4 tak pasti membutuhkan perawatan yang berkala agar dapat berfungsi dengan optimal. Kerusakan pada sepeda motor 4 tak terjadi akibat kelalaian pengendara dalam melakukan perawatan. Hal ini diakibatkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan pengendara tentang kerusakan sepeda motor 4 tak, sehingga mendorong pembangunan sistem pakar untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada sepeda motor 4 tak. Pekembangan teknologi mobile telah membawa dampak positif bagi kelangsungan manusia dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya. Mobile device dirancang dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam berkomunikasi dan mengakses informasi. Salah satu perangkat device yang diminati saat ini adalah perangkat device dengan sistem operasi Android. Aplikasi diagnosa kerusakan sepeda motor 4 tak ini dapat melakukan diagnosa terhadap sebuah kerusakan berdasarkan keluhan-keluhan pengendara terhadap sepeda motornya sehingga dapat diperoleh sebuah kemungkinan kerusakan. Aplikasi ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar yang berjalan pada platform Android. Aplikasi ini menggunakan perhitungan gejala/keluhan menggunakan metode CF (certainty factor). Dengan aplikasi ini pengendara bisa mengetahui kemungkinan kerusakan yang terjadi pada sepeda motor 4 tak miliknya dan cara memperbaiki kerusakan tersebut.
