Abstract

Abstrak— Klungkung merupakan salah satu Kabupaten terkecil di Provinsi Bali, Dalam pengembangan pariwisata, Kabupaten Klungkung terkendala dengan dana PAD yang minim, kurangnya partisipasi dari pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk mempromosikan pariwisata secara kreatif dan juga dalam penyampaian informasinya masih berupa media cetak, seperti pemberian brosur, pamflet, poster, dan buku – buku. “Pengembangan Aplikasi Panduan Pariwisata Berbasis Android di Kabupaten Klungkung” merupakan aplikasi yang membantu mengenalkan Kabupaten Klungkung dalam sektor Pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan rancangan “Pengembangan Aplikasi Panduan Pariwisata Berbasis Android di Kabupaten Klungkung”. “Pengembangan Aplikasi Panduan Pariwisata Berbasis Android di Kabupaten Klungkung” menggunakan Model ADDIE. Fitur utama dari aplikasi mobile adalah pengguna dapat melihat pariwisata yang ada di Klungkung, seperti obyek wisata, kuliner, agenda, hotel, kerajinan dan layanan umum yang ada di klungkung. Sedangkan fitur utama dari aplikasi web adalah menambah, mengubah dan menghapus data pariwisata dari setiap kategori yang ada (obyek wisata, kuliner, agenda, hotel, kerajinan dan layanan umum). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu perancangan dan implementasi dari “Pengembangan Aplikasi Panduan Pariwisata Berbasis Android di Kabupaten Klungkung” telah berhasil dilakukan menggunakan model UML (Unified Modeling Languange) Diagram yaitu dengan Use Case Diagram. Diimplementasikan dalam bahasa pemrograman Java dengan menggunakan editor Eclipse dan plug-ins Android Development Tools (aplikasi mobile) dan juga bahasa pemrograman PHP (sistem web). Seluruh kebutuhan fungsional telah berhasil diimplementasikan sesuai dengan rancangan. Kata kunci – Pariwisata, Klungkung, Android, Mobile Abstract–Klungkung is smallest regency in Bali province. In tourism development Klungkung regency have a problem on the PAD cost, less participation of the government and the society to promote the tourism as creative and also deliver the information still ancient like giving brochure, pamphlet, poster, and so on. The development of tourism application guidance based on android system at the Klungkung regency is the application which assist introduced klungkung regency especially on the tourism sector. The purpose of the research is to design and implemented The development of tourism application guidance based on android system at the klungkung regency. The development of tourism application guidance based on android system at the klungkung regency used the model of ADDIE. The main fitur of the mobile application is the user are able to know the information of klungkung regency especially on the tourism sector, such as: travel object, culinary, agenda, hotel, handicraf, and the general service at the klungkung regency. While on the main fitur of web application is to added, changed, and delete tourism data on each category in the aspect of travel object, culinary, agenda, hotel, handicraft, and general service. The result of the research is to design and implemented the development of tourism application guidance based on android system at the klungkung regency is successful by using the model of UML (Unified Modeling Languange). Diagram is Use Case Diagram implemented in the Java program language by using editor Eclipse and plug-ins Android Development Tools ( mobile application). And also PHP program language (web system). All of the functional requirement has been success implemented based on the draft. Keywords—Tourism, Klungkung, Android, Mobile.

Abstract

Beragam jenis topeng yangterdapat di Bali, namun masyarakat Bali padaumumnya tidak mengetahui, dan mulaimeninggalkan seni topeng tersebut. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk memanfaatkanteknologi dengan cara mengembangkan aplikasiyang dapat digunakan sebagai media untukmempelajari dan memperkenalkan Topeng BaliKlasik dengan lebih interaktif dan menarik.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahpenelitian dan pengembangan, untukmengembangkan aplikasi Augmented RealityBookpengenalan Topeng Bali Klasik, denganmenggunakan model waterfall sampai pada tahappengujian sistem.Aplikasi ini menggunakanlibrary vuforia yang mampu memainkan suaradanmenampilkan objek 3 dimensi Topeng BaliKlasik ke dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata denganmenggunakan bantuan buku dan smartphoneandroid.Hasil akhirnya berupa buku yangberisikan informasi dan gambar terkait topengtopengBali yang difungsikan sebagai penanda danjuga aplikasi Augmented Reality Book berbasisandroid yang mampu menampilkan objek topengtopengBali dalam bentuk 3 dimensi tepat di atasmarker lengkap dengan suara narasi penjelasan.Aplikasi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media untukmemperkenalkan sekaligus melestarikan budayabangsa.media untuk memperkenalkan sekaligusmelestarikan budaya bangsa.

Abstract

The development of this 3d animation movie called “Tude The Movie – Petualangan Si Rina” (Tertangkapnya Burung Jalak Bali), is second part of five parts on 3d animation movie called “Tude The Movie – Petualangan Si Rina”. The story of these series are not only about the preparation of Pandu to hangout with his friends but also about bad guy that catches Jalak Bali in a wild and the bad guy also want to sell the Jalak Bali to a buyer that already ordered it. The objective of this research : 1) To design 3d animated film “Tude The Movie – Petualangan Si Rina (Tertangkapnya Burung Jalak Bali)”. 2) To implement 3d animated film “Tude The Movie – Petualangan Si Rina (Tertangkapnya Burung Jalak Bali)”.In making this movie, the method of the research or the movie designed using Block Diagram. Block Diagram explain the steps of creating the 3d animated film Tude The Movie from beginning until finishing. In Block Diagram, there were 3 main stages 1) Pre Production (Story Idea, Writing and Creating the Storyboard), 2) Production (Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Skinning, Acting/Animation, Lighting, Andrendering) 3) Post Production (Vioce Recond and Editing)The result of this research was 3d animated film on DVD format. This movie has been successfully completed in accordance with the design made earlier.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Probing Promting terhadap hasil belajar 2) mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa 3) respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran Probing Promting. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, tes, dan angket respon. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, homogenitas, hipotesis menggunakan uji t. sedangkan untuk motivasi dan respon menggunakan metode angket. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, Rata-rata (M) hasil belajar sistem operasi siswa kelompok eksperimen adalah 33,95 tergolong kriteria sangat tinggi, Rata-rata (M) hasil belajar sistem operasi siswa kelompok kontrol adalah 21,07 tergolong kriteria sedang, dan t hitung = 19,199, t tabel = 2,017 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, ini berarti bahawa t hitung > t tabel. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar sistem operasi siswa kelas X Multimedia di SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada antara siswa yang belajar dengan model probing prompting dan siswa yang belajar dengan model konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil motivasi yang dihitung menggunakan metode angket menunjukkan hasil motivasi kelompok eksperimen sangat tinggi dengan didapatkan rata-rata sebesar 102,696. Sedangkan hasil motivasi kelompok kontrol yaitu sedang dengan didapatkan rata-rata sebesar 86,500. Sedangkan untuk hasil respon terhadap model pembelajaran probing promting di kelas eksperimen menunjukkan 59% siswa merespon sangat positif dan 32 % siswa merespon positif. Rata-rata yang diperoleh dalam perhitungan angket respon yaitu 86,500 yang artinya menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa pada penerapan model pembelajaran probing promting sangat positif. Kata Kunci : probing promting, hasil belajar, motivasi belajar, respon siswa This study aims to determine the effect of 1)Probing prompting learning model application to the learning scores of the Operating Systems. 2)To understand the students motivation 3)to understand students response of Probing prompting learning This is a quasi-experimental research, designed with posttest design - Only Control Group Design. The technique of data sampling used in this research is saturated sampling technique. The Method that used to collect the data is observation, testing, and questionnaire of responses. Data analysis technique that used on this research is prerequisite test including normality test, homogeneity test, while hypothesis for motivation and response using questionnaires. The data that collected then analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test ). Based on the analysis result, the average (M) of students' learning of operating systems in experimental group was 33.95 which mean classified as very high criteria, average ( M ) student learning scores of operating system with the control group was 21.07 which mean classified by moderate criteria , and T-Count = 19.199 , T-Table = 2.017 stay at significance level of 5 % , this means THAT T-Count > T-Table. Based on the motivation result which was calculated using questionnaires, the results of the experimental group is very high motivation with average of 102.696 . While the results of motivation in control group was moderate with average of 86.500. Base on the experiment result, it can be concluded that there is a significant differences between score results of grade X of multimedia in SMK 1 Sukasada with probing prompting learning model and with the conventional learning model. The result of probing prompting learning model in experiment class show that 59 % of students are very positively responded and 32 % of students are positively responded. The average from the calculation of questionnaire responses is 86.500 which means that the student responses on the application of learning models probing prompting are very positive . keyword : probing promting, learning result scores, learning motivation, student response.

Abstract

Gamelan selonding are one of Balinese musical instrument that still use iron as their lath. Gamelan selonding use 8 laths that were hanged down on their ‘pelawah’. Gamelan selonding is played by using two ‘panggul’ that were made from wood. Selonding is gamelan that has 7 tones. Selonding it self contain 5 that is ‘peanem petuduh’, ’nyongnyong ageng’, ‘nyongnyong alit’, ‘kempur’ and one ‘gong’. The objective of this research was to design an application about gamelan selonding base on android, 2 to implemen the design of the application gamelan selonding based on android.This application were developed by using Waterfall Method that was implemented in JAVA language program by using Eclipse as editor and AndEngine as a add on library. The main feature of this application is to play selonding instrument. Besides that the developer also add another feature which is train to selonding and the tutorial video about how to play selonding. At the end developer hope that selonding are getting well known by people.The result of this study is Gamelan Selonding Based on Android. Features that deserved in this application are Selonding virtual instrument, lesson of playing one of the basic Selonding instrument, and also video of how to play Selonding in reality. All of fungtional needed was already implemented appropriate with the design succesfully.

Abstract

Subak is one of the traditional institutional asset which proved to be effective to support agriculture and rural development in Bali. As its uniqueness, this socio-agrarian-religious organizations is able to attract the tourists to visit Bali. Not only tourists, the experts of agriculture and rural development; social and anthropology scientists; as well as the observer of technical irrigation also not miss to make Subak as their research object. The positive image of Subak is getting increased after it crowned as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO on June 29, 2012. Nevertheless, the younger generation of Bali seemed still antipathy towards sustainability of Subak. That circumstance was trigger the birth of this study that aimed to design and implement the application of introduction to the concept and equipments of Subak by utilizing augmented reality technology.The research that combines technology into the framework of cultural preservation like this is using research and development method.Meanwhile, the application of introduction to the concept and equipments of Subak that generated from this study was developed with the waterfall model. There are some tools that utilized to develop this application, such as Blender, Vuforia and Unity 3D.The output of this research are a book and an android application. This android application will help us to display the 3D objects of the concept and equipments of Subak followed by the narration audio in English as an additional feature that distinguishes this book with other conventional books. Based on the test results, this application will only well-running on mobile devices that carry the Android operating system at least version 2.2. The entire additional features such as navigation buttons and narration audio run properly on all mobile devices that are used in the testing.

Abstract

Currently education and technology are something that is very closely related. Education would become more interesting through technology. Class activities in the learning process become more interactive by using projector in presentation. Therefore, the teacher easily teaches the knowledges to the students because they use more imaginative audio and visual media. At this time, mobile devices has become a primary needs. The children, teenagers, and adults use it very well, such as notebooks, smartphones, and tablet pc. Especially with the spread of the android os as public resources, thus making the penetration of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet pc are becoming increasingly vociferous. Even the mobile world has created a new mobile device that term "phablet" (phone tablet). Therefore, it is possible to use these tools to better facilitate the learning process and making it easier for application development, particularly for educational applications . This research aims to (1) design a Capture Screen Sharing application, (2) implement Capture Screen Sharing application design. The research methods used in this research is the development. Sharing Screen Capture is an application that will be developed by the researcher using android os to simplify the presentation process. This application is expected alternative to replace the projector with mobile devices and simplify the learning process for using mobile devices owned by students in showing the presentations from teachers's android devices which connected to the same wireless network.

Abstract

Pura merupakan salah satu wisata religi yang dapat dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan yang beragama Hindu untuk melakukan ibadah. Keberadaan pura sangat penting untuk diketahui, namun umat Hindu di Bali masih ada yang kurang mengetahui atau mengenal tempat, status, dan fungsi dari pura atau kahyangan terutama pura Kawitan atau Pedharman dan Pura Kahyangan Jagat karena rute wisata yang ditawarkan di pulau Bali masih bersifat konvensional. Dengan dikembangkannya Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web, informasi geografis, status, fungsi dan rute pura dapat dengan mudah diketahui oleh masyarakat di Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web adalah SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle) dengan model waterfall. Perancangan dilakukan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Untuk mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap GIS wisata religi ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket. GIS Wisata religi ini diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Codeigniter yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML5, PHP, Javascript dan CSS3 dengan editor Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 serta menggunakan Google Maps API. Untuk implementasi basisdata dari sistem informasi geografis ini menggunakan MySQL melalui aplikasi XAMPP. Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web telah berhasil diimplementasikan sesuai dengan rancangan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Hasil uji ahli media dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dengan persentase 100%. Respon pengguna yaitu Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bali dapat dikategorikan baik dengan persentase 86% serta respon pengguna yaitu masyarakat umum dapat dikategorikan sangat baik dengan persentase 94%. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web layak untuk diimplementasikan. Kata Kunci : Wisata Religi, Geographic Information System, Google Maps API, Framework CodeIgniter Temple is one of religious tourism palces that can be visited by hindu tourists to pray. The existence of the temple is very important to know but some people in Bali don’t know where are the temple’s location, status and the function of the temple or as known as “kahyangan” especially for the temple that called “kawitan” or “pedharman” and “Pura Kahyangan Jagat” that located in Bali because of the tourist direction on the island of thousand of temples is still conventional. Through the development of this research that titled by “Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web”, the geographic information, status, function, and the tourism direction could be easily to know by the Balinese citizen. The method of this research and development of the “Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web” is SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle) with waterfall model. The design is using UML (Unified Modelling Language). The analisys of the users response has collected by the questionnaire. Tourism religious GIS is implemented using CodeIgniter Framework that uses HTML5 programming language, PHP, Javascript and CSS3 with editor Adobe Dreamweaver and using the Google Maps API.. For the implementation of database of this geographic information system using MySQL through XAMPP application. The “Geographic Information System Wisata Religi Bali Berbasis Web” has been successfully implemented that suitable by the design that has planned before. Media expert test results can be categorized “Very Good” with the percentage of 100%. The user, Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bali, can be categorized “Good” by the percentage of 86% and the user of the citizen can be categorized “Very Good” with the percentage of 94%. Abstract

This research was aims : 1) designed and implemented BBC (Smart Toddler Lesson) media during 2 - 3 years old with animation video based 2) Known Toddler Responses and teacher towards BBC  with animation video based. Subjects were toddlers aged 2-3 years by 9 people. the subject of this research was development research. The data was submit : Responses Data toward (BBC) Media Development Animation video style with used questionnaire. The data was analysed descriptively. His lesson Media was produced by used Adobe Flash CS3 and also some supporting software such as Corel Draw X5 for made and edited picture. Audacity for sound cultivate, Camtasia studio 6 for video cultivate and DVD style for animation video convertion to DVD. Abstract

The aimed of  this study are (1) to describe and inform about aspects of what should be contained in the development of performance assessment instruments merging 2D image into a multimedia presentation, (2) obtain realistic results of a performance evaluation, (3) test the reliability rater performance appraisal instrument, (4) obtain information from teachers of vocational subjects on the practicality of competency assessment instruments merging performance 2D image into a multimedia presentation . This study tested the X Multimedia class second semester of the school year 2012/2013 at SMK N 3 Singaraja.  This research development of so-called popular or research and development. The development of these instruments through several stages of development curriculum analysis instruments that needs analysis SK / KD , preparation lattices and assessment rubrics, test content validity, validity and reliability of the grain problem, rater reliability and practicality. In doing this research trial involves two teachers as raters, who have competence in the standard competencies.  The results of this study are as follows. To validate the content level is calculated using the formula 1.00 Gregory and obtained results. This value is classified in the excellent category. Data obtained from the second phase of the validation is empirical test data. This data is then used to find the validity and reliability of the instrument was calculated using the formula instrumen.Validitas product moment correlation coefficient and the results showed that there were six items were invalid and valid thirty- two. As for reliability iinstrumen calculated  formula alpha Cronbach and obtain a yield of 0.81. Inter-rater reliability was also calculated in this study, is to involve two teachers as assessors. Inter- rater or rater reliability was calculated using the formula Ebel, known to yield at 0.80 while the practicality of the instrument is calculated using the theoretical ideal benchmark assessment, which is known from the calculation results of the practicality of the instrument at 32.05. This means that the performance assessment instrument has a very practical level qualification.
