Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquidation and solvency on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in three large telecommunications companies in Indonesia, namely PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, and PT XL Axiata Tbk. This study uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data from the financial statements of 3 companies in 2015-2023.  The results showed that the liquidity variable has a negative and significant effect on firm value because the significance value of the liquidity variable is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, the solvency variable does not have a significant effect on firm value, because the significance value of the solvency variable is greater than the value of 0.05

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of leverage and stock income on company value with profit management as an intervening variable in banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2023 period. This research was conducted by using secondary data.  Secondary data in this study is in the form of annual financial statements of banking companies listed on the IDX in 2023 and this research data is obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method. According to Jogiyanto and Abdillah (2015), PLS is a variant-based structural equation analysis (SEM) that can simultaneously test measurement models (testing validity and reliability) as well as structural testing for causality tests (testing hypotheses with prediction models). The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of leverage and stock income on the value of banking companies on the IDX

Abstract

The Internship/Work Practice Activity of the Independent Learning Independent Campus Program this time was carried out by the author at the KT. Jaya Stone Sculpture Studio located in Banjar Sengguan, Singapadu , Sukawati, Gianyar. The Studio Owner, in addition to as sculptor is also one of the skilled dance artists . The basic material used in making statue use processed waste rock that is easily found around the studio. The works the besides functioning profane there are also natures sacred in accordance with existing orders. Manufacturing process work at the beginning with demonstrate various dance moves for get quality character in accordance with desired figure. This internship program, the author wants to learn about the form and character of the work Paksi Dari, Monkey, Godogan (Frog), Sidakarya and dog using a rock. Abstract

A recent study analyzed the factors influencing poverty rates in nine cities in East Java from 2020 to 2024, with a specific focus on the unemployment rate, Human Development Index (HDI), and industrial sector growth. Utilizing secondary panel data and a Random Effect Model (REM) for analysis, the research yielded significant insights: higher unemployment positively and significantly correlates with increased poverty, whereas improved HDI levels lead to a significant reduction in poverty. Interestingly, despite growth, the industrial sector's impact on poverty reduction was found to be insignificant. Therefore, policy recommendations stemming from this study highlight the crucial need for proactive measures to curb unemployment, continuous efforts to enhance human resource quality through HDI initiatives, and strategies to ensure industrial growth more directly translate into job creation and improved community well-being..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level, occupation, income and product price on the level of cigarette consumption in Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. The type of research used is quantitative method. The data sources used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents of people who actively smoke in Sukolilo District and secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and related agencies. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS for windows program version 25.0. The population and sample in this study were 81 respondents selected using non probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling using Isac Michel formula with 10% margin of error. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, F test, T test, and coefficient of determination (R Square). The results showed that partially education, employment, income and product prices had a positive and significant effect on the level of cigarette consumption and the coefficient of determination was 89.2%. It is hoped that this information can provide benefits to the community in Sukolilo Subdistrict or can be input for local governments and policy makers in efforts to control cigarette consumption.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan di kalangan rumah tangga melalui edukasi perencanaan keuangan keluarga pada era digital. Dengan pendekatan edukatif partisipatif dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital, kegiatan ini membantu peserta dalam mengenali sumber pendapatan, mengontrol pengeluaran, serta menyusun rencana tabungan dan investasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, simulasi interaktif, dan penggunaan alat bantu perencanaan anggaran digital. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran, keterampilan menyusun anggaran, dan penggunaan teknologi keuangan digital di kalangan peserta.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the amount of production to maximize profits at the furniture company PT. FurniCraft. The method used is a quantitative approach using Linear Programming (LP) and a qualitative approach using NVivo software to analyze the results of interviews with management. The LP model is used to determine the optimal product combination that maximizes profits based on resource limitations such as raw materials, working hours, and production capacity. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis reveals non-technical factors that affect the production process, such as workforce flexibility and production policies. The results of the analysis show that by implementing an optimization model, the company can increase potential profits by up to 18.5% from actual conditions. This finding is reinforced by the results of qualitative analysis which shows that production decisions are not entirely data-based, but rather more influenced by intuition and old habits. This study recommends the integration of analytical data in strategic decision making in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) shares through fundamental and technical approaches during the period 2022 to 2024, as well as to prepare projections for 2025–2026. Fundamental analysis focuses on four main indicators, namely Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE), which reflect profitability, efficiency, and stock valuation. Meanwhile, the technical analysis uses the Moving Average (MA), Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), Relative Strenght Index (RSI), and support-resistance zone indicators to predict the direction of stock price movements. The results of the study show that KLBF shares have stable financial performance and positive technical signals, making them worthy of being accumulated in a medium to long-term portfolio. The price projection at the end of 2026 is in the range of IDR 2,000–IDR 2,200, with dividends that remain consistent. This study is expected to be a reference for prospective investors in developing rational and data-based investment strategies.
