Abstract

The coal mining industry plays a vital role in the Indonesian economy, providing energy for power plants and raw materials for the cement, steel and chemical industries. The financial performance of coal companies is important to investors, creditors and the government, who require accurate assessments for decision-making.This study aims to examine the potential and risk of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) shares as an alternative investment on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). ADRO is an integrated energy company engaged in the coal mining sector and has a significant contribution in providing national energy and exports.The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach and secondary data analysis obtained from the company's financial statements, stock price movements, and coal commodity market trends. Investors need to consider fundamental, technical, and external dynamics aspects before making investment decisions on ADRO shares.

Abstract

Kakawin Lambaᶇ Pralambaᶇ is one of the lyric poetry texts contained in the palm leaf manuscript coded CP.25 LT-223 which is stored in the manuscript collection of Universitas Indonesia. The manuscript was written in 1799 AD in Lombok using Balinese script. This study aims to reveal the form of yoga sastra and the relationship of religious expression in Kakawin Lambaᶇ Pralambaᶇ with other Old Javanese and Balinese literature. This research is qualitative research using a reception approach. To prepare the object of research, a philological work step was used to extract the Kakawin Lambaᶇ Pralambaᶇ text from the manuscript. The codex unicus method was used because only one witness manuscript is known to contain this text. The Kakawin Lambaᶇ Pralambaᶇ shows the wandering of the poet to do literary yoga (aesthetics-yoga). In addition, there is also the concept of worship in the form of caṇḍi pustaka as a kind of metaphorical expression of the writer to pay homage to the God. This Kakawin also contains an overview of religious concepts related to the love of men and women. In addition, this text is also related to efforts to achieve the unity between human and God. === Kakawin Lambaᶇ Pralambaᶇ merupakan salah satu teks puisi lirik yang terdapat dalam naskah lontar berkode CP.25 LT-223 yang disimpan dalam koleksi naskah Universitas Indonesia. Naskah tersebut ditulis pada tahun 1799 Masehi di Lombok menggunakan aksara Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bentuk yoga sastra dan kaitan espresi religius dalam Kakawin Lambaᶇ Pralambaᶇ dengan karya sastra Jawa Kuna dan Bali lainnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan resepsi. Untuk mempersiapkan objek penelitian digunakan Langkah kerja filologi untuk mengekstrak teks Kakawin Lambaᶇ Pralambaᶇ dari naskah. Metode naskah tunggal digunakan sebab hanya ada satu naskah saksi yang diketahui mengandung teks ini. Dalam teks Kakawin Lambaᶇ Pralambaᶇ memperlihatkan pengelanaan pujangga dalam usaha melakukan yoga sastra (yoga-estetis). Selain itu, terdapat pula konsep pemujaan dalam bentuk caṇḍi pustaka sebagai suatu ekspresi metaforis sang pujangga untuk menyembah (manembah) Tuhan. Kakawin ini juga memuat gambaran konsep religius terkait percintaan laki-laki dan perempuan. Selain itu, teks ini juga terkait dengan upaya untuk mencapai penyatuan manusia dengan Tuhan.

Abstract

Pangujanan is a Javanese-Bali text containing means and spells to making rain based on local wisdom of Balinese culture. This aims of this research to examine the esoteric and mystical aspects contained in the Pangujanan text. The theoretical basis used in this research is philoethnography to reveal the esoteric and mystical in the Pangujanan text. The result is esoteric aspects that are prohibitive and guiding, as well as mystical aspects in the form of presenting the power of Iadewata 'Dewa Pujaan' to a practitioner through mentioning aspects of Iṣṭadewata, such as Kanda Mpat, Pañcaṛṣi, Catur Lokapala, Dewata Nawasanga, and Daśākṣara to bring down rain. The causality between esotericism and mysticism is that bringing Iṣṭadewata into the soul is secret and limited to certain circles. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the esoteric-mystical aspect that involves God in it is a symbol that God's involvement in all aspects of life is still considered important. === Pangujanan merupakan teks berbahasa Jawa-Bali berisi sarana dan mantra untuk menurunkan hujan berdasarkan kearifan lokal budaya Bali. Penelitian ini mencoba menelaah aspek-aspek esoteris dan mistik yang terdapat dalam teks Pangujanan. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah filoetnografi untuk mengungkap esoteris dan mistik dalam teks Pangujanan. Hasilnya adalah aspek-aspek yang bersifat esoterik bersifat larangan dan tuntunan, serta aspek yang bersifat mistik berupa menghadirkan kekuatan Iṣṭadewata ‘Dewa Pujaan’ kepada seorang praktisi melalui penyebutan aspek-aspek dari Iṣṭadewata, seperti Kanda Mpat, Pañcaṛṣi, Catur Lokapala, Dewata Nawasanga, dan Daśākṣara untuk menurunkan hujan. Kausalitas antara esoteris dan mistik adalah menghadirkan Iṣṭadewata ke dalam jiwa bersifat rahasia dan terbatas untuk kalangan tertentu saja. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek esoteris-mistik yang melibatkan Tuhan di dalamnya merupakan simbol bahwa keterlibatan Tuhan dalam segala aspek kehidupan masih dianggap penting.

Abstract

This study discusses innovation in the design and production process of furniture made from plywood with a High Pressure Laminate (HPL) finish, developed as a solution to support the growth of the property sector in Saba Village, Gianyar Regency, Bali. Along with the increasing development of residential properties, villas, and tourism-supporting facilities in the area, the demand for furniture with high quality, appealing aesthetics, durability, and cost efficiency continues to rise. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method through field studies, observations, interviews with property industry stakeholders and local artisans, as well as product prototyping experiments. Plywood was selected as the primary material due to its advantages, including lightweight properties, stable structural strength, ease of fabrication, and environmentally friendly characteristics compared to solid wood. Meanwhile, the application of HPL finishing adds value by providing resistance to scratches, heat, and humidity, as well as allowing the exploration of various modern and elegant patterns and colors. The design process was carried out by considering ergonomic principles, space efficiency, and harmony with the tropical architectural character of Saba Village.The results indicate that the use of plywood with HPL finishing produces furniture that is not only functional and aesthetically appealing but also competitive in terms of production costs. This innovation has the potential to strengthen the competitiveness of the local creative industry, encourage collaboration between artisans and property developers, and contribute to economic growth based on design and tourism in Saba Village

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence caused by macro fundamentals and capital structure using earnings management as an intervening variable on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research uses descriptive quantitative with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports from manufacturing companies collected through documentation techniques. This study used purposive sampling technique as the sampling technique, so that there were 13 companies that became the research sample. The data was processed with the Smart-PLS program application. The results found strong evidence between macro fundamentals and financial performance, as well as macro fundamentals and earnings management with a significant positive effect. However, macro fundamentals and capital structure have no significant influence. Capital structure and financial performance have a significant positive effect, but a significant negative effect on earnings management. Earnings management as an intervening variable and financial performance are found to have a significant negative effect. The implication of the study is the importance of paying attention to factors related to improving financial performance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari fundamental makro dan struktur modal dengan menggunakan manajemen laba sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dari perusahaan manufaktur yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan 13 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Data diolah dengan aplikasi Smart-PLS. Hasilnya ditemukan bukti kuat antara fundamental makro dan kinerja keuangan, serta fundamental makro dan manajemen laba dengan pengaruh positif signifikan. Namun, fundamental makro dan struktur modal tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan, tetapi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Manajemen laba sebagai variable intervening dan kinerja keuangan ditemukan memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan. Implikasi penelitian adalah pentingnya memperhatikan faktor - faktor yang berkaitan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the forms and meanings of compound words in Balinese. The data were collected from Balinese speakers, literature, and the researcher’s intuition as a Balinese speaker. In data analysis, it implemented distributional and referential (identity) methods. The research results were presented in formal and informal manners. The results found that Balinese compounds have noun, verb, and adjective classes. Noun compound words have these construction patterns: noun + noun, noun + verb, and noun + adjective. Verb compound words only have verb + noun patterns. Adjective compound nouns have adjective + adjective and adjective + pre-categorical patterns. Furthermore, there are eleven meanings found in compound words, such as utility, place, time, jurisdiction, similarity in forms, to be like habitat, opposite mixed nature, like its origin, resemblance, and intensity.

Abstract

Karya kostum Tari Pancering Dewata terinspirasi dari gambar pada kalender mengenai lima dewa penguasa penjuru mata angin,  lengkap dengan wahana dan atributnya. Hal ini yang merangsang munculnya ide untuk menciptakan sebuah kostum tari dengan imajinasi dan mereinterpretasi konsep panca dewata. Pancering Dewata memiliki arti inti atau pusat dari segala dewa. Sastra-sastra Hindu menjelaskan bahwa pusat dari segala dewa dan semesta adalah Siwa. Dewa Siwa menjadi pusat segala dewa yang menaungi segala arah  semesta dan penjuru mata angin. Tujuan penciptaan Kostum Tari Pancering Dewata ini adalah sebagai pemenuhan luaran program Projek Independen MBKM yang menitik beratkan pada inovasi baru melalui kemerdekaan belajar bersama sanggar atau pihak terkait, guna terciptanya karya yang lebih kreatif. Penciptaan karya kostum Tari Pancering Dewata menggunakan metode penciptaan seni kriya SP.Gustami yang dijelaskan dalam buku yang berjudul Butir-Butir Mutiara Estetika Timur ‘’ide dasar penciptaan seni kriya indonesia’’, Terdapat tiga tahap penciptaan, yaitu: ekspolrasi, perancangan, dan perwujudan. Eksplorasi meliputi aktivitas penjelajahan menggali sumber ide dengan langkah indentifikasi dan perumusan masalah mengenai sumber kreatif pencipta dalam memaknai Pancering Dewata. Perancangan, ide dibangun berdasarkan perolehan butir penting dari hasil analisis yang dirumuskan dalam visualisasi gagasan bentuk sketsa alternatif dan terpilih sebagai acuan reka bentuk. Perwujudan, pembuatan model sesuai sketsa terpilih atau gambar teknik yang telah disiapkan menjadi model prototype sampai ditemukan kesempurnaan karya yang dikehendaki. Berdasarkan eksplorasi, eksperimen teknik dan bahan, inovasi dan capaian proses bimbingan dalam projek MBKM dengan mengutamakan teknik tatahan kulit tradisional Bali, dihasilkan 5 (lima) set Kostum tari Pancering Dewata menggunakan kulit sapi sebagai bahan utama dalam pembuatannya.  Luaran ini bermanfaat dalam pengembangan bentuk tari dengan tema Dewata dalam masyarakat, sehingga memiliki daya guna dan aplikatif.

Abstract

This article explores the transformation of ruwatan (purification) rituals in Java from the fifteenth century to the twenty-first century, focusing on the changes that occurred based on archaeological relics and texts related to ruwatan rituals. A thorough study in connecting archaeological relics, such as reliefs in Sukuh Temple, with puja (ritual worship) texts used in ruwatan rituals and the transformation of these texts from their origins within Kawi culture through to the Islamic period and the present day, has not been attempted. This research aims to identify and analyse the transformation of ruwatan rituals from the fifteenth century, as reflected in the reliefs at Sukuh Temple and in texts such as Aji Saraswati and Bhīma Swarga, to texts of the modern era, including the Serat Centhini, Serat Hong Ilaheng, and Lakon Wayang Ruwatan Murwakala. Through an interdisciplinary approach combining archaeological and manuscript-based research, this study shows how ruwatan rituals remain relevant and adapt to the changing socio-cultural context of Java, maintaining cosmological balance and strengthening the order of Javanese society over time.

Abstract

Dalem Kadipaten Ngabeyan or also known as Dalem Sasana Mulya is one of the royal residences from Surakarta Kingdom, located in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. Dalem Kadipaten Ngabeyan have an important position in Javanese court dance history as a dance laboratory during 19th century. This research tries to understanding Bedhaya-Srimpi Kadipaten Ngabeyan as a part of court dance tradition in Surakarta and also to understanding Dalem Kadipaten Ngabeyan context. This research tries to integrate historiography method with ethno-philology approach, which try to understanding past culture by text. Bedhaya and Srimpi dance that created in Dalem Kadipaten Ngabeyan cannot be separated with Dutch Colonial context in Java during 19th century. The dance itself represent how Surakarta facing cultural trauma caused by long series of war and internal intrigue. In another hand, many dances from Dalem Kadipaten Ngabeyan represent romantic atmosphere and romanticism of Mataram-Surakarta golden era.

Abstract

Bedhaya Gandrungmanis is one of the Bedhaya dance which created in 19th century during Pakubuwana VIII reign in Keraton Surakarta. This dance narrated Panji Jayakusuma text which symbolize political chaos in 19th century Keraton Surakarta. The dance itself could be represent how Panji roman used by Keraton Surakarta to construct the idea of Javanese kingship. This research tries to put forward and understanding Bedhaya Gandrungmanis, which had been fragmented and lost, based on manuscript and oral tradition. This research uses an ethno-philological method which integrate philological research in anthropological perspectives. Data collecting technique includes collecting philological data on manuscript research in Keraton Surakarta Library, Universitas Indonesia Library, and Pura Mangkunegaran Library, and also collecting ethnographic data by interview, field research, and observation. The earliest version of Bedhaya Gandrungmanis interpreted as symbol of royal succession. In the last version from the 20th century, Bedhaya Gandrungmanis re-interpreted in more romantic terms and lost its political resonance. Panji story in this dance comes from Panji Jayakusuma story that formed by Pakubuwana VIII to symbolize cultural change in the 19th century during the Dutch Colonial era. Its meaning had been shifted and fragmented as a result of these cultural changes.
