Abstract

The Pekanbaru City Government implemented the Online Single Submission (OSS) application by opening a Public Service Mall (MPP) that can be accessed by the public. This aims to provide ease of service for business actors. The application of this online-based system is very effective in cutting the bureaucratic chain and eradicating corruption. Apart from that, it can also increase investment achievements during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Online Single Submission (OSS) Implementation for Licensing Services at the Pekanbaru Public Service Mall based on Government Regulation 24 of 2018. This research method is empirical law or non-doctrinal research, namely studying and analyzing primary data juridically obtained from the respondents. The results showed that the respondents were very satisfied with the online-based licensing services at the Pekanbaru City Government MPP. It is recommended that the implementation of OSS be accompanied by regional regulations as ordered by Article 349 of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning the Regional Government.

Abstract

and minimizing the impact of storms and waves that occur every year. This effort is carried out in a soft structure through mangrove planting. Apart from that, this activity also aims to strengthen the capacity of the Tahoa Village community regarding the importance of the mangrove ecosystem in protecting the coastal environment from storms and waves. The mangrove seeds selected were of the Rhizophora mucronata type. The choice of this type is based on the nature of this type of mangrove which is quite tolerant and adaptive to changes in environmental conditions. Apart from that, the selected mangrove seeds also have criteria that are ready for planting, including having a number of leaves ?4, being fertile, not diseased and not deformed/broken. The mangrove planting activity involved the Tahoa Village community and the Tahoa Village Mangrove Activist Group. Apart from that, this mangrove planting activity also involved the entire USN Kolaka Academic Community. The evaluation activity on the results of mangrove planting was carried out 2 months after the planting activity by taking into account several factors, including seedlings that might have broken roots during the transportation process from Kendari to Kolaka, as well as uncontrolled sea wave conditions. For this reason, mangrove replanting was carried out on several dead mangrove seedlings.

Abstract

Kata Kunci : rambut, kelinci, ekstrak etanol, buah pareThis study aims to determine the content of flavonoid and saponin compounds in bitter melon which is very good as a hair stimulant. The research was conducted experimentally. Hair tonic preparations were made by adding bitter melon extract with various concentrations, namely 5g (F1), 10g (F2), 15g (F3) and as blank (F0). Tests on hair tonic preparations include organoleptic test, homogeneity test, pH test, irritation test and hair growth activity test. The hair tonic preparation is stable in storage and homogeneity, the pH of the preparation is (5.7-6.4) and there is no redness or swelling of the skin when using the preparation. The results of hair growth are 5.0mm (F1), 5.6mm (F2), 6.7mm (F3) and 4.3mm (F0). The results showed that the higher the concentration, the higher the level of hair growth activity and hair tonic with the addition of bitter melon fruit extract (Momordica charantia L.) with a concentration of 15% (F3) had the best activity in rabbit hair growth. Keywords: hair, rabbit, ethanol extract, bitter melon Reference: Books and Journals

Abstract

This study analyzes the news framing of detik.com, tribunnews.com, and coil.com on the killing of Brigadier Pol Nofriansyah Joshua Hutabarat ( Brigadier J) from the perspective of legal politics in the application of Law Number 40 of 1999 concerning the press by using the theory of Robert N. Entman. It shows how the norms of the law are invited to be implemented in highlighting issues to attract readers' attention. This study uses a framing analysis method with a paradigm or construction approach, which views that there is no objective reality. The data collection technique in this study was carried out based on analysis and studies based on the news of the three media with the random sampling method. In addition, literature studies are also carried out through books, journals, articles, and the internet. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that detik.com, tribunnews.com, and coil.com both apply the straight news reporting model that is on actual issues to implement it as a social media control. This pattern of reporting helped push information about Brigadier J's murder into a wild ball outside of mainstream information.

Abstract

Atmospheric physics is very useful in predicting rainfall, particularly for analyzing air saturation conditions as a prerequisite for condensation. This study aims to model rainfall prediction using thermodynamic parameters, namely relative humidity (RH) and dew point temperature difference (ΔT). These parameters were collected from BMKG Lampung meteorological data (2022–2024) and processed using the Magnus equation. ΔT is important as a sensitive indicator of air unsaturation. The data were statistically analyzed and modeled using a Gradient Boosting Classifier. The results obtained indicate a strong correlation between RH and ΔT and rainfall events (point-biserial correlation of 0.475). Furthermore, ΔT during rainfall is lower (average 2.87°C) and stable, indicating near-saturation conditions. During the evaluation stage, the model achieved 76% accuracy and 84% recall during rainfall. The model's good performance proves the effectiveness of physical parameters as predictive features. Finally, the model was implemented in a Flask-based web application for practical accessibility.
