Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLBS Yayasan Fajar Amanah, Kota Perawang. Sekolah ini menghadapi tantangan utama berupa keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, metode pengajaran yang kurang inklusif, serta minimnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan inklusif. Solusi yang diterapkan dalam program ini meliputi renovasi ruang kelas, pembangunan ruang belajar individu, pengadaan meja dan kursi, serta penyediaan fasilitas sanitasi yang ramah bagi penyandang disabilitas. Selain itu, pelatihan bagi tenaga pendidik tentang metode multisensori dan teknologi assistive learning diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penyuluhan kepada orang tua dan masyarakat sekitar juga dilakukan guna meningkatkan dukungan terhadap pendidikan inklusif. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 85% siswa dan tenaga pendidik merasakan manfaat dari peningkatan fasilitas serta meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendukung sekolah. Meskipun program ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya, tantangan terkait keberlanjutan dukungan finansial dan keterbatasan tenaga pengajar spesialis masih menjadi perhatian. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi lebih lanjut dengan pemerintah dan lembaga terkait guna memastikan keberlanjutan pengembangan pendidikan inklusif.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals or usually abbreviated as SDGs is a sustainable development role that is included in the village development priority program. The Village Information System (SID) is part of an e-government system owned by the village, where this system is a system that will assist village officials in resolving village administration problems such as managing correspondence, as well as managing village population data which includes native population data. and immigrant population data. Sumberdadi Village is a village in the Tanalili District, North Luwu Regency. The main objective of this PKM activity is that the implementing team will implement information system technology that can be utilized by Sumberdadi Village officials in public services and archiving various documents owned, in addition to providing reinforcement to Sumberdadi village officials regarding the use of information technology that can be used in governance. village office. The method used in implementing PKM includes several stages, namely (1) Socialization and Interview Preparation Stages (2) Technology Implementation and Application Stages (3) Mentoring Stages (4) Evaluation Stages. The results of the outreach activities and workshops carried out by the implementing team increased the participants' knowledge and increased the soft skills of Sumberdadi village officials in terms of knowledge about the basic concept of smart villages, the use of village administration structuring applications and the use of the SIPEDES Sumberdadi application. The participant response to this PKM activity was very positive and beneficial for the participants. The activities carried out at each stage can increase the participants' insight and knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of civic discourse in student group discussions as a strategy to develop democratic ethics in the digital era. The digital environment has brought both opportunities and challenges to democratic practices, including the spread of hoaxes, polarization, and hate speech. In this context, it is important for higher education to promote civil dialogue as a part of civic education. The study uses a qualitative case study approach involving students from a civic education program. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that integrating civic discourse in group discussions enhances students’ critical thinking, respectful communication, and digital citizenship. This study concludes that civic discourse is an effective pedagogical tool to cultivate ethical democratic behavior aligned with the demands of the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Merdeka Curriculum policy through a literature review of its theoretical foundations and implementation practices in educational institutions. The Merdeka Curriculum represents an educational reform effort that promotes flexible, character-based, and student-centered learning approaches. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research analyzes scientific publications from 2020 to 2024. The findings reveal that the curriculum is grounded in strong philosophical underpinnings, particularly the ideas of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, humanistic education, and constructivist pedagogy. Despite its robust conceptual basis, implementation faces several challenges, including teacher readiness, leadership capacity, infrastructure limitations, and regional disparities. Some schools have successfully adopted differentiated instruction and character-building projects, especially when supported by transformative leadership and active teacher learning communities. However, the implementation gap remains significant, particularly in underdeveloped and remote areas. This study recommends strengthening context-based training, establishing responsive evaluation mechanisms, and fostering collaboration among schools, parents, and local communities. In conclusion, the success of the Merdeka Curriculum depends on adaptive policy support, full engagement of the educational ecosystem, and a strong commitment to equity in access to quality education.

Abstract

Often overlooked in conventional waste management systems, silica-rich waste holds untapped potential as a sustainable precursor for advanced nanomaterials. This systematic review critically examines how diverse industrial and agricultural silica-rich residues such as rice husk ash, glass waste, and geothermal sludge can be valorized into functional nanofibers via electrospinning. Applying the PRISMA framework, 150 peer-reviewed studies (2014–2024) were synthesized to map current research on waste selection, silica extraction methods, electrospinning parameters, and end-use performance. The review highlights that tailored purification routes can yield high-purity silica suitable for stable, defect-free nanofibers. Electrospinning success hinges on a fine-tuned interplay of solution properties, operational settings, and ambient conditions. Resulting nanofibers demonstrate outstanding performance in air/water filtration, biomedical scaffolding, and energy storage systems. However, raw material variability, process reproducibility, and scale-up potential persist. By integrating material science with circular economy principles, this work positions waste-derived nanofibers as a strategic pathway toward greener, high-value applications in resource-constrained settings.

Abstract

Educational inequality in Indonesia’s frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged (3T) regions remains a major challenge, particularly in Papua where education development indicators lag behind the national average. To address this issue, the government introduced the Performance-Based School Operational Assistance (BOS Kinerja) program as an incentive for schools to improve quality through better management and academic outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of BOS Kinerja in senior high schools (SMA) in Papua and to identify its impacts, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with principals, teachers, and school committees, complemented by observations and document analysis in four recipient schools located in Jayapura and Mimika Regencies. The findings indicate that BOS Kinerja supports teacher professional development, instructional innovation, and student engagement, particularly in schools with strong leadership and participatory governance. Nevertheless, significant obstacles remain, including limited human resources, delayed fund disbursement, geographical constraints, and performance indicators that are not fully context-sensitive. Strengthening digital financial management, enhancing school leadership capacity, and fostering community participation and cross-sector partnerships are identified as key strategies for ensuring more effective and sustainable implementation of BOS Kinerja in Papua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website pada Desa Bungapati Kecamatan Tanalili Kabupaten Luwu Utara dimana sistem pelayanan informasi saat ini tang diterapkan pada desa bungapati 50% mengunakan sistem konvensional dan 50% memanfaatakan media sosial, facebook dan whatsapp namun sebagian masyarakat masih banyak yang mendatangi kantor desa untuk mendapatkan informasi, website ini bertujuan untuk menghimpun informasi bagi masyarakat desa dan publik secara umum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R & D). Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Pembuatan website desa ini menggunakan media pendukung CMS Wordpress. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan program website desa yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mempermudah mendapatkan informasi yang terkait. Pengujian yang digunakan pada website ini menggunakan metode pengujian blackbox.

Abstract

Penggunaan jaringan sangat diperlukan di SMKN 1 Luwu Timur sebagai salah satu sarana komunikasi untuk bertukar data dan informasi. Namun ada kalanya teknisi maupun guru yang melakukan kegiatan di luar sekolah, menjadi sebuah masalah dikarenakan terkadang mereka harus kembali ke sekolah untuk mengambil data yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan, dimana data tersebut berada pada jaringan lokal, yang mengakibatkan waktu pekerjaan menjadi tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan alat dan jaringan yang dapat mengakses data yang berada didalam jaringan lokal sekolah kapanpun dan dimanapun teknisi tersebut berada. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka penulis melakukan Implementasi Virtual Private Network menggunakan Mikrotik untuk Remote Access Jaringan di SMKN 1 Luwu Timur dengan menggunakan protokol PPTP (Point to point tunnelling protocol). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengefisienkan waktu dan pekerjaan guru maupun teknisi di SMKN 1 Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SMKN 1 Luwu Timur adalah sistem remote access berhasil di implementasikan, dimana remote client berhasil mengakses jaringan lokal di SMKN 1 Luwu Timur serta komputer client yang berada diluar jaringan lokal dan komputer client yang berada di rumah teknisi sudah dapat mengakses jaringan di SMKN 1 Luwu Timur.

Abstract

Improving school building facilities and infrastructure is very necessary because of the rapid development in the world of education. Building planning is very influential because it will produce a building that meets the requirements of being sturdy, economical and aesthetic in order to avoid damage to the building. Construction management is a very appropriate solution for planning the needs of cost, quality, time, and human resources as well as Occupational Safety and Health (K3). In planning the management of the Immanuel Elementary/Junior High School Building, Kubu Raya Regency, an analysis of the working drawings used as the object of management planning is carried out first. So that a job description is obtained from the work drawing to analyze cost management, quality management, time management by making a Network Planning using the Critical Path Method (CPM), human resource management, and occupational health safety management. In this write, the author uses data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of working drawings and field documentation, while secondary data is in the form of 2020 Unit Price Analysis (AHS), work plans and requirements (RKS), laws/government regulations, and literature. Based on the processed data, the final results include the Draft Budget (RAB) of Rp. 13,751,000,000 , the duration of the work is 228 days, project quality management is made an analysis of the quantity of work in which there are specifications for each job in detail and in accordance with existing guidelines and in accordance with standards, Human Resources (HR) results in the highest number of workers a lot for reinforcement work as many as 88 people and at least on the work of installing bolts and anchors, installing 12mm plates and installing 16mm plates on the roof as many as 2 people. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is the result of risk control and the need for personal protective equipment that is in accordance with standards and needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk digitalisasi data alumni dengan merancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis web untuk pengelolaan data alumni Fakultas Teknik Komputer Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo (FTKOM UNCP) dalam bentuk website. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak kampus FTKOM UNCP didapatkan permasalahan setelah lulus sulit mendapatkan data atau informasi tentang alumni, dan komunikasi antar alumni kurang baik, sehingga menyulitkan pihak FTKOM UNCP dalam menyebarkan informasi terkait dengan kebutuhan kampus seperti informasi tracer study, lowongan kerja, mitra kampus dan lain-lain. diperlukan inovasi untuk membantu mengatasi masalah sulit mendapatkan data atau informasi tentang alumni, dan komunikasi antar alumni kurang baik. Inovasi tersebut berupa digitalisasi data alumni berbasis website sehingga dengan adanya digitalisasi tersebut, pendataan Alumni FTKOM UNCP ini alumni dapat bertukar informas dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik sesama alumni maupun terhadap pihak FTKOM UNCP. Penelitian ini berhasil membuat aplikasi data alumni pada FTKOM UNCP. Website yang telah dibuat diharapkan bisa memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pengelola dan alumni. Peneliti mengharapkan untuk proses penggunaan jangka panjang maka diperlukan aspek pemeliharaan agar sistem dapat terus digunakan.
