Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transparansi, akuntabilitas dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan dana desa di Kecamatan Teupah Tengah Kabupaten Simeulue, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 responden yang terdiri dari aparatur desa dan masyarakat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel transparasi, akuntabilitas dan partisipasi masyarakat secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa di Kecamatan Teupah Tengah Kabupaten Simeulue. Kata Kunci: transparasi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi dan pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan serta mengetahui penerapan teknologi bioflok pada usahatani budidaya ikan nila di Desa Manjapai Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Manjapai Kecamatan Bontonompo Kabupaten Gowa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitaf dan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel adalah metode sensus. Jumlah populasi yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 15 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan teknologi bioflok bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan lahan pekarangan masyarakat yang tidak produktif menjadi produktif dengan dibuatkannya instalasi kolam terpal untuk budidaya ikan nila. Teknologi ini juga dapat menyediakan tambahan protein sehingga dapat menaikkan pertumbuhan dan efisiensi pakan. Penerapan bioflok terdapat beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan yakni pembuatan instalasi, pembelian bibit, penebaran, pemberian pakan dan tahap pemanenan. Total pendapatan secara keseluruhan yang di dapatkan oleh responden pembudidaya ikan nila sebesar RP.126.665.000 dengan rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp.8.444,33. Adapun total biaya sebesar Rp.62.335.000 dan biaya penyusutan sebesar Rp.8.494.500.

Abstract

This community service activity in orphanages aims to increase the understanding of the basic concepts of entrepreneurship among orphanage children, increase innovation and creativity in entrepreneurship as well as provide motivation and support for the development of a professional and productive entrepreneurial spirit as an effort to equip then with knowledge and training. In this case, sharia entrepreneurship includes an understanding of the basic of entrepreneurship in accordance with Islamic sharia, including starting an honest, proactive, productive, empowering, giving, humble, creative and innovative business. The development of this activity is carried out through a series of socialization of material delivery and craft making training to start a business. The evaluation showed an increase in the insight and knowledge of orphanage children with most of them expressing interest in becoming an entrepreneur. Through this effort, it is hoped that the children of the orphanage will participate in creating local economic growth and the economic independence of the young generation in creating new opportunities.

Abstract

Background: Measurement of adaptation in nursing based on Roy's Adaptation Model is critical to understanding how patients adapt to chronic medical conditions. This model examines patient adaptation in four main modes: physiological, self-concept, role-function, and interdependence. This study aims to review and evaluate adaptation measurement instruments developed based on Roy's Adaptation Model, as well as assess their effectiveness and limitations in the context of nursing patients with chronic diseases. Methods: This study used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by following the PRISMA guidelines. The literature search was conducted systematically through reputable academic databases, such as Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and DOAJ. The search strategy incorporated Boolean Operators to ensure broad coverage and topic relevance. The keywords used included measurement instruments, the Roy Adaptation Model, and aspects of validity and reliability. Studies included in this review contained information related to the development or application of patient adaptation measurement instruments with the Roy Adaptation Model in a nursing context. Selected articles were published between 2015 and 2025 and met strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Twenty articles were found that met the inclusion criteria. Adaptation measurement instruments based on Roy's Adaptation Model showed good validity and reliability, but had limitations in measuring all modes of adaptation holistically. Existing instruments are mostly applied in specific care contexts, such as patients with heart failure, neurodegenerative diseases, and palliative care. Some instruments only measure one or two modes of adaptation, which limits a comprehensive picture of the patient's adaptation process. Conclusions: Although the existing instruments are valid and reliable, there is still a need to develop more holistic instruments that can integrate all four modes of adaptation in one cross-culturally validated measurement tool. Future research is recommended to expand the application of the Roy Adaptation Model in various care contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan aktivitas pengendalian terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Provinsi Aceh secara simultan dan secara parsial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Provinsi Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan dan secara parsial sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan aktivitas pengendalian berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Provinsi Aceh. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan aktivitas pengendalian berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Provinsi Aceh baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Hal ini disebabkan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah dan aktivitas pengendalian berfungsi sebagai satu kesatuan dalam mewujudkan akuntabilitas keuangan Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Provinsi Aceh yang baik.Kata Kunci: Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah, Aktivita Pengendalian, Akuntabilitas Keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth in income earned by traders and community members in the Ulee Lheu Beach tourism area. The research approach employed was descriptive qualitative research, which aimed to accurately depict the impact of tourism development on community income in Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh City. The study's sample size was 78 respondents, and the data were obtained by questionnaire and processed using descriptive qualitative methodologies. The study's findings show that while the income of business actors at the Ulee Lheu Beach tourist attraction has increased as tourism has grown, employment remains relatively low.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve basic accounting literacy among fishermen in Gampong Paroy, Lhong Subdistrict, Aceh Besar, as part of a local economic empowerment strategy based on the blue economy concept. The activity was conducted on the coast of Gampong Paroy and involved 30 participants, including village officials and active fishermen. The methods used included educational lectures and interactive sessions, accompanied by simulations of simple bookkeeping practices relevant to small-scale fisheries. The training materials covered income and expense recording as well as basic profit-loss calculations. Evaluation results indicated increased participant understanding of the importance of financial records as decision-making tools in their fishing businesses. The program also raised awareness of data-driven business management to support sustainable coastal economic development. Recommendations include follow-up technical training and integrating similar programs into village institutional planning. This program is expected to serve as a replicable model for sustainable coastal economic empowerment in other similar regions.Keywords: fishermen, basic bookkeeping, micro-accounting, blue economy, coastal economy

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) carried out in Lampupok Village, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar aims to provide understanding and knowledge to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Village regarding the importance of good financial records and the use of digital technology in financial management so as to increase efficiency and transparency regarding how much funds are used and the actual financial position, both profits and losses obtained. This activity involves MSME business actors, most of whom are Acehnese snack businesses, on average these business actors do not have much experience because they are still new to the MSME business world. The activity method is carried out using interactive lectures to provide an explanation of the importance of financial recording for business and introduce financial applications through technology. Discussion sessions are also held for participants to provide an opportunity to ask questions and exchange experiences and solutions as one way to solve obstacles faced in financial management.Based on the evaluation results, this activity can improve the understanding of participants by showing high interest in the use of digital technology in their financial records.In every activity there must be challenges, as well as in this activity such as limited knowledge and access to technology, this activity also provides a positive contribution in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs. Suggestions for future activities to create training using more interactive digital accounting applications, so that participants can more easily implement the knowledge gained in their businesses. Keywords: MSMEs, financial records, digitalization

Abstract

This paper examines the issue of qath'i and zhanni in the realm of Islamic legal thought with regard to source of truth (wurud) and an indication of the law (dalalah). Terms qath'i and zhanni often associated with the position of the Qur'an and Sunnah judging from the aspect of al-tsubut or al-wurud (truth source/ constancy) and al- dalalah (meaning the content/ legal indications). This is done in an attempt to formulate and define the 'region' of Islam which can not be carried ijtihad. As the product ijtihadi, qath'i and zhanni only bore deviation among jurists in the level of assessment of whether a definitive text in the qath’i or zhanni. Therefore, reconstruction of discourse qath'i zhanni a necessity to give a theory that qath'i zhanni only in the realm of constancy (wurud), whereas in the realm dalalah (legal indications ) no definitive, only zhanni.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply understand the impact of broken homes on children's psychological development and academic achievement and to identify various factors contributing to the condition. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. This research was conducted in Kampung Beru Hamlet, Balangloe Village, South Sulawesi Province. The subjects in this study consisted of seven children (students) from broken homes, each with different backgrounds and experiences. The results indicate that most children from broken homes experience various negative psychological impacts, such as deep loneliness, low self-esteem, excessive anxiety, a tendency to be aggressive, and social withdrawal. These children generally have difficulty establishing healthy and stable social relationships. However, there are also some children who show high resilience or mental toughness and maintain a favorable spirit of learning despite being in a disharmonious family environment. The main factors causing broken homes in the cases studied included unresolved domestic conflict, poor communication, differences in principles between husband and wife, economic and emotional stress, neglect due to work commitments, and the loss of a spouse through death. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reflection and reference for parents, educators, and the community in creating a healthy, supportive, and child-friendly environment to ensure optimal psychological development.
