Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of work discipline, workplace facilities, and job promotion on the performance awareness of companies in the manufacturing sector in Jakarta. In this research, a quantitative method will be employed using a saturation sampling technique, where the entire population will be included with the participation of 60 respondents. Data will be collected using IBM SPSS Statistic Version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive influence of work discipline and workplace facilities on employee performance partially. However, job promotion does not have a significant influence on employee performance partially. Overall, work discipline, workplace facilities, and job promotion together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of performance in the context of companies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources. This research contributes originality by exploring work discipline, workplace facilities, and job promotion as independent variables affecting company performance as the dependent variable, which is a new addition to research literature.

Abstract

Each company will select prospective employees who meet the qualifications determined by the company. This aims to get quality employees so they can carry out organizational tasks so that company goals can be achieved. Therefore, employee performance is a must to achieve organizational performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of workload, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Serang Branch. This research is quantitative research. The population of this research is employees of PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Serang Branch and sampling technique with a saturated sample of 50 respondents. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis methods use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, coefficient of determination tests and t tests. The results of this research conclude that workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture and work environment have a significant influence.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of work motivation, work environment and work culture on employee performance at the Khalisma Hotel. The research method used is quantitative with a research design using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research population was 40 employees from various divisions at the Khalisma Hotel, with sampling carried out in a saturated manner. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F tests, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, the work environment and work culture do not have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that employee enthusiasm and internal encouragement play a more important role in improving performance than work environment factors and organizational culture.

Abstract

Biaya wisata yang cukup mahal membuat banyak masyarakat tidak bisa menikmati keindahan wisata, belum lagi ditambah dengan biaya transportasi dan akomodasi yang tinggi.  Hal tersebut membuat semakin mahalnya masyarakat untuk dapat berwisata di Indonesia.  Untuk itulah wisata virtual menjadi alasan penelitian ini dilakukan.  Melalui video yang menarik tentu masyarakat bisa turut menikmati keindahan tempat-tempat wisata secara virtual. Penelitian ini mengamati variabel tiktok, reels dan shorts kaitannya terhadap simulasi minat berkunjung ke destinasi wisata. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling sebanyak 100 sampel menggunakan rumus Hair dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linier beranda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tiktok dan Reels berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung tapi variabel Shorts tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung.  Secara simultan variabel Tiktok, Reels dan Short berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor penting dalam menghadapi persaingan industri yang semakin ketat. PT. Orisa Utama Sejahtera bekerja sama dengan Fakultas Bisnis dan Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Dian Nusantara, melaksanakan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa pelatihan peningkatan kualitas SDM. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan soft skills karyawan, khususnya dalam kewirausahaan, pemasaran digital, dan manajemen usaha. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, yang tercermin dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran digital, pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik, serta peningkatan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan. Evaluasi program menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan peserta yang tinggi dan dampak positif pada kinerja perusahaan. Dengan demikian, program ini telah berhasil meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan dan diharapkan berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan SDM yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Pemasaran Digital untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Pelaku UMKM Tenaga Kerja Mandiri Pemula (TKMP) di Jakarta Barat bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis dalam bidang kewirausahaan dan pemasaran digital kepada pelaku UMKM yang baru memulai usaha. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu mereka mengembangkan potensi usaha melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produk dan jasa. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup dasar-dasar kewirausahaan, pengelolaan usaha, serta penggunaan platform digital dalam promosi dan penjualan. Diharapkan, dengan peningkatan keterampilan ini, peserta dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mencapai keberhasilan yang lebih optimal dalam menjalankan usaha mereka. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan kesempatan bagi pelaku UMKM untuk berjejaring dan berbagi pengalaman guna memperkuat komunitas wirausaha di Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic marketing efforts of IndiHome as a leading telecommunications and multimedia provider in Jakarta. Through a SWOT framework supported by internal and external factor evaluations (IFE and EFE), the research identifies IndiHome’s strengths, including its wide-reaching fiber-optic network, strong financial backing, and qualified human resources. However, the company faces challenges such as inconsistent customer service and sudden policy changes that affect user satisfaction. The study also highlights external opportunities in technological advancement and market expansion, as well as threats from increasing competition and concerns over internet safety. By formulating S-O, W-O, S-T, and W-T strategies, the research provides practical recommendations for enhancing customer engagement, improving operational systems, and maintaining market leadership. The findings contribute to the understanding of strategic marketing in Indonesia’s telecommunications industry and offer a roadmap for companies seeking to align internal capabilities with external dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT Sucofindo (Persero) Tbk in increasing the market share of calibration services in Indonesia. As a state-owned enterprise operating in testing, inspection, and certification, Sucofindo must adapt to competitive market dynamics while maintaining service quality and institutional credibility. The research employs a qualitative-descriptive method supported by SWOT analysis and the Internal and External Factor Evaluation (IFE–EFE) matrices. The findings indicate that the company possesses significant internal strengths, such as nationally accredited services, competent human resources, and broad service coverage. Externally, the growing need for ISO-compliant calibration creates favorable opportunities. The IFE–EFE results show that Sucofindo is in a strong strategic position to expand its market. However, weaknesses such as limited digital marketing and the absence of loyalty programs need to be addressed. The study concludes that strategic alignment with market trends, coupled with continuous innovation, is essential to sustaining competitive advantage.

Abstract

Through practical digital marketing training, this community service program aimed to empower residents of Jalan Pulo Kemuning, RT 003 RW 015, South Jakarta. Many participants, including micro-entrepreneurs and homemakers, previously relied on traditional promotion methods and lacked exposure to digital tools. The program introduced them to essential platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Shopee, while also enhancing skills in content creation and online branding. Implemented using a participatory approach, the training involved hands-on practice, mentoring, and post-training support. The results showed increased digital literacy, improved self-confidence, and early signs of expanded market reach and sales growth among participants. While infrastructure limitations and time constraints were noted, the program's overall impact was positive and promising. This initiative reflects the role of higher education institutions in bridging digital gaps and supporting inclusive economic development through community engagement and applied knowledge transfer.

Abstract

This community service initiative aimed to strengthen digital marketing skills among residents of RT 008 RW 010, Semper Barat Subdistrict, North Jakarta. Many participants, mainly informal micro-entrepreneurs, had previously relied on conventional marketing methods and had minimal exposure to digital platforms. The training introduced them to tools such as Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Canva, and Shopee through a hands-on, participatory approach. Results showed significant improvements in digital literacy, content creation abilities, and confidence in promoting products online. Several participants successfully posted their products and received engagement from new customer segments. The program also fostered peer collaboration and addressed digital inclusion in underserved communities. While technical limitations such as device familiarity and internet access remained, the training demonstrated the potential of higher education institutions in supporting digital empowerment at the grassroots level
