Abstract

Abstract: Pengelolaan barang bekas dari lingkungan dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat memicu kreativitas siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan pembelajaran yang menarik minat siswa. Telah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai media peningkatan kreativitas siswa di Min 1 Baubau serta alat bantu pendidikan. Sehingga menjadi sebuah karya baru dan dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran yang ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian ini meliputi pelatihan, praktik, sosialisasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah pemanfaatan barang bekas sebagai media pembelajaran dapat menghidupkan suasana kelas karena media ini sangat menarik minat dan perhatian siswa jika siswa terlibat langsung berkreasi dan membuat sendiri media pembelajaran tersebut. Implikasi dalam pengandian ini bahwa pemanfaatan barang bekas, guru dapat mengembangkan media pembelajaran di Kelas, sehingga siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan tidak bosan dalam belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of Community Service entitled "Buying and Selling Online Systems According to the View of Islamic Law and Positive Law" is as an effort to fulfill the obligations of the Three Principles of Higher Education as mandated in Article 1 paragraph 9, Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education. Based on the foregoing, Community Service (PKM) activities in the form of providing knowledge and understanding of the Online Sale and Purchase of Systems. The method used in this Community Service is in the form of counseling on the understanding of the Concept of Buying and Selling Online System accompanied by the view of Islamic Law (Sharia) and Positive Law which covers both Criminal, Civil and existing Regulations. The Community Service Result obtained is a basic understanding and desire of PKM objects to be able to know the signs and anticipate the negative effects of evil behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengedukasi penyalahgunaan bahaya narkoba bagi remaja di Kota Baubau sehingga remaja dapat memberikan kesadaran hukum dan memahami dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Ceramah, tanya jawab, dan teknik partisipasi. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini antara lain akademisi, masyarakat, pengajar, pelajar dan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan agar mampu meningkatkan kesadaran remaja Kota Baubau tentang jenis-jenis narkotika, dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba baik dari aspek fisik, psikis, sosial, dan ekonomi, serta strategi pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyalahgunaan bahaya narkoba di kalangan remaja serta membetengi generasi milenial sebagai penerus bangsa yang berkeadaban. Para remaja menata masa depan tanpa narkoba dan siap menghadapai era industri.

Abstract

Banyaknya fenomena penyimpangan seksual yang terjadi saat ini menunjukkan akibat dari kurangnya pendidikan seks yang benar, antara lain adalah maraknya pelecehan seksual pada anak usia dini. Sayangnya hal tersebut tidak disadari oleh anak yang bersangkutan dan juga oleh orang-orang disekitarnya. Pengertian pendidikan seks adalah memberikan informasi tentang seks dengan tujuan mengurangi risiko perilaku seksual negatif. Namun istilah ini masih asing di sebagian kelompok masyarakat, sehingga para orang tua ragu untuk mengajarkan anaknya tentang seks. Meskipun hal ini telah dilakukan di situs lain namun hanya menggambarkan persepsi orang tua dalam kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi orang tua terhadap pendidikan seks yang diberikan pada anak sejak dini. Dilakukan di Desa Labuan Diri Siontapina Kabupaten Buton, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dan melibatkan 5 orang orang tua (ibu) sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua menganggap pendidikan seks sebagai topik yang tabu, vulgar dan tidak pantas untuk disampaikan kepada anak sehingga cenderung menghindarinya.

Abstract

Character education grounded in religious values plays a strategic role in shaping students’ personalities to be faithful, pious, and of noble character; however, the challenges of globalization and the development of information technology have weakened the internalization of religious values among adolescents, particularly at the lower secondary level. This study aimed to analyze forms of strengthening religious values based on character education, the roles of teachers and school culture, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar and SMP Negeri 2 Tasikmadu Karanganyar. A qualitative approach with a multiple case study design was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings show that the reinforcement of religious values is carried out through the integration of religious values into learning, the habituation of worship, teacher role modeling, and the development of a religious school culture, with teachers and school culture serving as key determinants of success. The study also indicates that the influence of the social environment, digital media, and time constraints constitute the main obstacles in implementing character education based on religious values. The study concludes that strengthening synergy among schools, teachers, and parents is essential to optimize the reinforcement of religious values within students’ character education at the junior secondary school level.

Abstract

Global economic structural shifts driven by modern capitalism and technological advancements have increasingly shaped human lifestyles toward consumerism, materialism, and individualism. This phenomenon has had a significant impact on education systems, particularly Islamic economic education, which faces the challenge of cultivating Muslim generations who excel not only academically but also possess spiritual integrity and social responsibility. This article aims to explore the role of the Islamic Worldview as a comprehensive value framework in developing a transformative model of Islamic economic education. The study employs a qualitative approach using library research methods, drawing from key literature including books, scholarly journals, and contemporary Islamic documents. The findings reveal that integrating the Islamic Worldview into economic education promotes the internalization of core values such as tauhid, amanah, qana’ah, and khilafah within the curriculum, instructional strategies, and economic character formation. This approach has proven effective in fostering an Islamic work ethic and economic self-reliance rooted in spirituality, blessing, and justice. The study concludes that Islamic economic education grounded in the Islamic Worldview is both a relevant and urgent approach to shaping productive, self-reliant, and morally grounded Muslim individuals amid contemporary global challenges.

Abstract

KH. Imam Zarkasyi is a central figure in the modernization of Islamic boarding school (pesantren) education in Indonesia. Through the establishment of Pondok Modern Gontor, he successfully formulated a progressive and responsive Islamic education system attuned to contemporary developments. This article aims to examine his role and reformist ideas within the pesantren education system, focusing on curriculum, institutional management, and pedagogical approaches. A qualitative method with a historical and descriptive-analytical approach was employed. The findings reveal that KH. Imam Zarkasyi developed an integrative pesantren education model that combines Islamic values with modern scientific knowledge, while also emphasizing character building and student independence. His educational innovations include the implementation of a classical classroom system, instruction in foreign languages (Arabic and English), and a balanced orientation between religious (ukhrawi) and worldly (duniawi) dimensions. This model has positioned Gontor as a prototype of the modern pesantren, capable of producing intellectual leaders and religious scholars. The study indicates that KH. Imam Zarkasyi’s reformist approach remains highly relevant as a strategic reference for improving the quality of pesantren education in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the lack of independence among children in orphanages, despite independence being a fundamental skill essential for their future. The aim of the research is to explore the role of Islamic educational philosophy in shaping the character of independence among foster children at Panti Asuhan Yatim Putri IPHI Karanganyar. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed, based on observations of foster children ranging from junior to senior high school age. The findings reveal that the level of independence among the children varies, influenced by parenting styles, social environment, and the educational system implemented at the orphanage. Some children still show dependence on caregivers, both in personal decision-making and in daily social life. For instance, when instructed to clean the table after meals, some children were reluctant to comply directly and tended to pass responsibility to others. This condition aligns with Suyanto’s (2009) findings, which state that orphanage children tend to be passive, lack initiative, and struggle to make independent decisions without guidance. Therefore, structured and continuous development rooted in Islamic educational philosophy based on the Qur’an and Hadith is necessary to instill the value of independence in foster children.

Abstract

The problem of the portfolio is how to choose stocks and determine their weights in order to generate maximum returns with minimal risk. Portfolios are formed by selecting stocks that have different characteristics. K-Medoids Clustering can be used to group data sets that contain outliers. Validate cluster results using the Davies Bouldin Index to determine the best number of clusters. Portfolio weighting is determined using the Mean-VaR method by taking into account the expected return value and minimizing the VaR risk value. Stocks are grouped based on Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio. The results of cluster formation on the Jakarta Islamic Index stocks obtained six portfolio constituent stocks based on the highest expected return value from each cluster, consisting of PTBA, ADRO, AKRA, EXCL, PTPP, and UNVR. The results of calculating the weight of the optimal portfolio with Mean-VaR obtained a weight for PTBA of 0.46536; AKRA of 0.24018; EXCL of 0.25421; and UNVR of 0.25392. ADRO and PTPP stocks have a negative weight value of -0,07775 and -0,13593 this indicates the occurrence of short selling in the weighting. At the 95% confidence level, the VaR portfolio value is 5.06%.Keywords: Clustering; K-Medoids; Daveis Bouldin Index; Portfolio; Mean-VaR
