Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh fenomena trio anomali pasar, yaitu January Effect, Weekend Effect, dan Day of the Week Effect terhadap return saham indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya partisipasi investor yang belum sejalan dengan performa pasar serta temuan adanya pola musiman yang berpotensi dimanfaatkan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain kausal menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS26. Data sekunder berupa harga saham harian dari 15 perusahaan yang konsisten berada di indeks LQ45 selama periode penelitian. Uji asumsi klasik (UJi Normalitas, Uji Multikoliniearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas) dilakukan sebelum pengujian hipotesis (uji t dan R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa January Effect dan Weekend Effect berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham, masing-masing dengan koefisien 21,135 (p<0,001) dan 9,676 (p=0,007). Sementara itu, Day of the Week Effect berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan (p=0,097). Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,427 menunjukkan bahwa 42,7% variasi return saham dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel anomali musiman, sedangkan sisanya 57,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pasar modal Indonesia, khususnya indeks LQ45, belum sepenuhnya efisien dalam bentuk lemah (weak-form efficiency), sehingga pola musiman masih dapat dimanfaatkan oleh investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Rasio Keuangan untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di BEI. Pemerintah melalui Bank Indonesia mengeluarkan SE. BI. No. 30/3/UPPB dan SK DIR. BI. No. 30/KEP/DIR tanggal 30 April 2002. Terkait dengan Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi (TKT), penelitian ini masuk pada Tingkat 3 karena penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dasar yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui fenomena tentang pokok-pokok penilaian kesehatan bank. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena tingkat kesehatan bank merupakan tolak ukur bagi  manajemen  untuk  menilai  apakah  bank  sudah  mampu  melakukan kegiatan operasional perbankan secara normal dan memenuhi semua kewajibannya dengan baik, sesuai peraturan perbankan yang berlaku. Sistem pelaksanaan  penilaian  kesehatan  bank  berdasarkan  surat  keputusan  direksi Bank Indonesia No. 30/12/kep/DIR/2007 menggunakan metode CAMEL. CAMEL  merupakan  penilaian  tingkat  kesehatan  yang  didasarkan  pada  5 faktor, yaitu Capital, Assets, Management, Earning, dan Liquidity. Sistem penilaian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif atas berbagi aspek yang berpengaruh  terhadap  kondisi  dan  perkembangan  bank.  Sedangkan perhitungan masing-masing faktor menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mengkuantifikasikan komponen-komponen yang termasuk dalam masing-masing faktor sehingga diperoleh nilai atau angka tertentu. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah pembuktian mengenai hipotesis dengan kesesuaian antara teori yang ada dengan fakta yang terjadi sesungguhnya dan dapat menghasilkan luaran berupa jurnal ilmiah internasional bereputasi. Menjadikan hasil penelitian sebagai kajian studi kasus perusahaan untuk diimplementasikan dalam mata kuliah dibidang ekonomi khususnya ilmu manajemen

Abstract

The development and progress of digital technology in the financial services sector can be utilized for business development, especially for MSMEs. However, the lack of digital financial literacy means that MSME players, especially digital-based ones, cannot use digital financial services properly, so many are exposed to illegal online loans. This Community Service activity aims to increase understanding of digital financial literacy as a form of green economic support for MSMEs. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can improve the knowledge of MSME players. Collaboration partners for this activity are 20-30 MSME Business Actors (Aged 20-30 Years), especially those who are already working and have an income who live in the Tanjung Duren area, West Jakarta. The method of implementing community service is carried out by conducting outreach which consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the PkM activities show that participants can understand digital financial literacy well, that is, they are able to manage and utilize finances optimally and can use digital financial services according to their business needs

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of the Ease of Use, Social Influence and Risk factors on the interest in transacting using financial technology in the millennial generation of Dian Nusantara University students. This research includes causal associative research and has independent and dependent variables. This type of research is a quantitative research. Where data collection techniques in the form of primary. The collection of data obtained is by means of a questionnaire. The sample in this study focused on the millennial generation of Dian Nusantara University students who used Fintech, namely 105 people. The analysis used is the SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square) method with smartPLS software version 3.0.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how final knowledge and final attitude can influence financial management behavior. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to being wiser in managing finances and prioritizing needs over desires. The population used was Dian Nusantara University students. The sample used was 140 respondents spread across the Jakarta area. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method where respondents answered questions arranged in choice form and the question scale used a Likert scale (1-5). The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with the SEM analysis tool and the SmartPLS 3.3 tool. The results show that final knowledge and final attitude have a positive effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Attitudes and Locus of Control on Financial Management Behavior. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which is a technique for taking data sources by determining samples with certain considerations. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, namely the millennial generation in the Jakarta area. The analysis method uses the Statistical Product and Services Solution (SPSS) application. The results of this study are that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of the Millennial Generation in the Jakarta area. Financial Attitudes do not affect the Financial Management Behavior of the Millennial Generation in the Jakarta area. Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Management Behavior of the Millennial Generation in the Jakarta area.

Abstract

Financial management is a person's behavior in managing finances as managing planning, budgeting, checking, managing, controlling, searching, and saving finance funds that arise because of someone's habits and a sense of responsibility for finances. The low level of understanding of financial management for millennials tends to be consumptive, giving rise to various irresponsible financial behaviors. The purpose of this research is to find out that final knowledge, final attitude, and self-efficacy can affect financial management behavior. The result of this research expects to contribute to the millennial generation being wiser in managing finances and prioritizing needs over wants. The population used is the Millennial General in the Jakarta region. The sample used was 100 respondents spread across the Jakarta area. Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan operasi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal. Pajak merupakan salah satu elemen yang dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pihak manajemen perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus mempunyai perencanaan dan keputusan perpajakan yang tepat agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah mengetahui aktualisasi dari perencanaan pajak yang dilakukan oleh PT. Sari Husada sudah dapat meminimalkan beban pajak perusahaan dan sesuai dengan undang – undang perpajakan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi yaitu mencari, mengumpulkan, menyususn dan kemudian menganalisis data yang telah diperoleh. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, perencanaan pajak yang dilakukan PT. Sari Husada belum maksimal dan beban pajak yang terutang juga belum minimal. Hasil analisis penerapan perencanaan pajak ini mendapatkan jumlah pajak yang harus dibayarkan oleh PT. Sari Husada menjadi lebih minimal, ini berarti perusahaan dapat mengajukan SPT Tahunan Pembetulan. Jika manajemen PT. Sari Husada memutuskan untuk melakukan SPT Tahunan Pembetulan, maka perlu diperhatikan bahwa seluruh data-data transaksi keuangan, bukti-bukti yang menunjang Laporan Keuangan Fiskal di tahun 2012 sudah lengkap dan benar. Hal ini dikarenakan terjadi Lebih Bayar PPh Badan, oleh karena itu, pihak fiskus akan melakukan pemeriksaan pajak atas Lebih Bayar PPh Badan tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pedoman dalam pengambilan keputusan pada PT. Sari Husada untuk lebih baik lagi dalam perencanaan pajak sehingga perencanaan pajak yang dilakukan dapat meminimalkan beban pajak perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green banking, corporate social responsibility, and company size on company value in the conventional banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. This study uses a quantitative approach, and based on its objectives, this type of research is causal. The population of this study is conventional banking companies listed on the IDX, totaling 42 companies for the period 2020-2024. This study uses the purposive sampling method, selecting 15 companies multiplied by 5 periods. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis using secondary data with descriptive statistical tests. This is followed by a classical assumption test using the multiple regression model hypothesis testing method. This study uses panel data regression analysis tools with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results show that green banking and corporate social responsibility have a positive and significant effect on company value. However, company size has no effect on company value

Abstract

Generation Z is a productive demographic that has grown up in the digital era and is accustomed to the ease of digital financial transactions. However, their level of financial literacy remains relatively low. Data from the National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion (OJK, 2022) shows that Indonesia’s financial literacy rate has only reached 49.68%. Limited financial management skills and a tendency toward consumptive behavior further contribute to Generation Z’s lack of understanding of proper financial management practices. This Community Service Programme (PkM) aims to improve young people’s comprehension of fundamental financial literacy concepts, financial planning, and the introduction of legal, needs-based investment, particularly among vocational high school students. The training guides participants in managing income, preparing budgets, distinguishing between needs and wants, and understanding investment instruments such as mutual funds and stocks. The PkM implementation consists of several stages, including an initial assessment of participants’ financial literacy, interactive training through lectures, quizzes, and group discussions, mentoring in developing personal financial plans, and outcome evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests. Evaluation results demonstrate a clear improvement in participants’ understanding of financial literacy and investment concepts. These findings indicate that interactive and application-based training methods are effective in increasing financial knowledge and awareness. Overall, the programme successfully achieved its objectives and positively influenced students’ financial knowledge and attitudes.
