Abstract

This study departs from the problem of the number of students who havedelayed graduation because they cannot complete the thesis on time. Forthat, it is necessary to do research to determine the cause of thesis by thestudents. The type of research conducted is qualitative descriptive, with thelocation of research in Economic Development Department Faculty ofEconomics, State University of Malang. Technical data is done through.Data analysis is done in data processing, presentation, and data verification.The result of research indicates the existence of internal factor causingdelays of completion of thesis of health factor, weakness of motivation,interest, level of intelligence (IQ, SQ, AQ, and EQ), difficulty indetermining research topic, accuracy in collecting data and analyzingresearch data, Scientific papers, work, active organization, and low ability ofstudents in time management. Abstract

The ability of teachers to manage a class which the teacher is very important to create and maintain a learning conditions and activities become optimal in case of disturbances during the learning process. This study is to determine the ability of classroom management examined included the ability to provide responsiveness, dividing attention, focusing groups, provide clear guidance, reprimand, provide reinforcement, behavior modification, manage groups, find and solve behavior that cause problems, and avoid some of the mistakes in the classroom. This research method was using descriptive qualitative approach, type of research used in this research was phenomenology. The subjects in this study is one of the economic teacher in grade X SMAN 8 Malang which certified and the students of grade X. The research instruments used were observation and interviews. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Analysis of data using Data Reduction, Presentation of Data, and collecting Conclusions and Verification. Research results show that the ability of teachers in the management of economic subjects in grade X SMAN 8 Malang have been effective. Meanwhile in response attitude indicator, dividing attention, focusing groups, give clear instructions, admonishing student, provide reinforcement, behavior modification, manage groups, find and solve behavior that cause problems, and avoid some of the mistakes in the classroom have been effective.

Abstract

Classroom management is very important since with a good class management teacher can control the teaching and leaning process even with some distractions. So the teaching and learning process can be effective and fulfill the aims that has been planed by the teacher. This study use descriptive qualitative method. The subject in this study are 11th grade economic teacher in SMA Laboratorium UM and students in 11th IPS grade. Data collection method use in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis use in this study are data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. The result of the study show that economic teachers’ classroom management skill in 11th IPS grade on SMA Laboratorium UM is good. Teacher is already well in conditioning the class. Teacher need more communicative in creating good communication with students. In managing classroom discussions teacher need to provide games and motivation to students. Abstract

This study aims to find out how to be wise in instilling Pancasila-based economic values ​​in elementary school students and implementing their economic learning. The qualitative descriptive method is used in this research. The research participants were teachers at SD Negeri Kampungdalem I, SD Negeri Bungur I, and SD Negeri Ngentrong, who teach in grades 1-5. Data collection was carried out by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, data analysis reduces data, displays or displays data, and finally. The data triangulation method was used to test the validity of the data before dis. The results of the study as a whole show that elementary school teachers make efforts in applying the economic value of Pancasila to students. These efforts have a positive impact in shaping students' character based on the economic values ​​of Pancasila. Even so, the application of Pancasila economic values ​​for early childhood in elementary schools needs improvement. Schools also provide more support and attention to these efforts.

Abstract

 AbstrakPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia dan mengangkat eksistensi UKM/Home Industri Kerajinan Bambu yang ada di desa Sonobekel. Ketersediaan bahan baku dalam hal ini bambu menjadi suatu pendorong usaha kecil ini untuk berproduksi. Usaha yang selama ini berjalan memiliki permasalahan terkait permodalan dan pemasaran. Sehingga perlu adanya pemberdayaan yang berisikan pelatihan guna mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kekurangan modal dapat diatasi dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pembentukan pra koperasi bagi warga pengrajin. Kedua, permasalahan pemasaran hal ini juga menyangkut kreasi barang yang dibuat/output. Semakin inovasi dan sesuai kebutuhan zaman maka akan semakin banyak pesanan barang yang terjual. Hal ini akan membuka pangsa pasar baru bagi industri kreatif khususnya kerajinan bambu. Sehingga perlu adanya pelatihan inovasi guna meningkatkan nilai guna kerajinan bambu. Proses pemberdayaan masyarakat perlu dilaksanakan secara bertahap, berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dari 20 orang yang diberikan pelatihan maka Tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi dari mitra program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan dampak positif bagi pelaksanaan program, terlihat dari 80% kehadiran para pengrajin yang antusias untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan dukungan dari perangkat desa Sonobekel Tanjunganom Nganjuk. Sedangkan tentang pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran berbasis online para pengrajin dibuatkan akun medsos untuk menunjang kegiatan pemasaran produk. Pendampingan mengenai inovasi produk ada 5 orang yang berhasil mempraktekan teknik ukir untuk kerajinan bambu. U ntuk pembentukan pra koperasi sudah dilakukan dan sudah tersusun pendiri koperasi untuk dilanjutkan pembentukan AD/ART Koperasi.Abstract This community service aims to improve the quality of human resources and lift the existence of UKM / Home Bamboo Crafts Industry in Sonobekel village. The availability of raw materials in this case bamboo is a driver of this small business to produce. Businesses that have been running have problems related to capital and marketing. So there needs to be empowerment that contains training to overcome these problems. The lack of capital can be overcome by providing pre-cooperative training and formation for craftsmen. Second, this marketing problem also concerns the creation of goods made / output. The more innovation and according to the needs of the times, the more orders for goods sold. This will open up new markets for the creative industry, especially bamboo crafts. So there is a need for innovation training to increase the value for bamboo crafts. The process of community empowerment needs to be carried out in stages, continuously and sustainably. The results of this community service were from 20 people who were given training, the high level of participation from the community service program partners had a positive impact on program implementation, as seen from 80% of enthusiastic craftsmen attending training and support from the village of Sonobekel Tanjunganom Nganjuk. . As for financial management and online-based marketing, craftsmen made social media accounts to support product marketing activities. There were 5 people assisting in product innovation who successfully practiced carving techniques for bamboo crafts. For the establishment of a pre-cooperative it has already been carried out and the founders of cooperatives have been arranged to continue the formation of Cooperative AD / ART

Abstract

The National Standard of Education (NSE) in Indonesia is a legitimate instrument to reach the best achievement. Yet, there are still the other positive factors, especially on economics subjects. This research aimed to find out the direct effect of the national standard of education (NSE) involving in a standard of content (SC), standard for educator and education staff (SEE), standard of facilities (SF), standard of assessment (SA), standard of the process (SP) and competence graduate standard (CGS) on achievement motivation (AM) and economics learning achievement (ELA), and to find out the indirect influence of SC, SEE, SF, SA, SP, and CGS on ELA through AM. This descriptive quantitative research used a survey to collect the data. The population is Indonesian senior high school students who have learned the economy for, at least. A total of 1065 students were selected through using proportional stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula (error=1%). The data in this study were collected through The data were subsequently analyized using Structural Equation Modeling (Partial Least Square approach). The result of this research showed that there was a direct effect of SC, SEE, SF, SA, SP, and CGS and AM on ELA. Then, there was an indirect effect of SC, SEE, SF, SA, and CGS on ELA through AM as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine: 1) the influence of teacher competence on student learning outcomes, 2) the influence of teachers' commitment to the learning outcomes of students, 3) the influence of the competence and commitment of teachers to the study of students majoring in social studies on economic subjects in high school MA and SMA in Batu. This study uses a quantitative research approach with descriptive format, the data obtained using a questionnaire instrument controlled with interviews and analyzed with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression percentage filled by 12 teachers as respondents. The results from this study: there is influence between the competence and commitment of teachers to student learning outcomes either simultaneously or partially. Simultaneously the competence and commitment of teachers has the effect of 92 240% of the learning outcomes of students. Partial influence of teacher competence on student learning outcomes by 44 504%, while the teachers' commitment to the study of students have the effect of 47 736%.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is activates that are not based on need but on desire and satisfaction itself. Consumptive behavior comes not from self, but from process certain someone but in private hearts, between lay namely about financial knowledge and self-control in consume. The phenomenon at the State University of Malang showed their consumptive behavior is hapen in student, it can be seen from the student appearance follow the trend of use of mobile phones well as higt price. Behavior such as research feared would disrupt student life hearts because later consumptive behavior of students will continue to take root and can be life & style consumptive. This study uses a population study with proportional random sampling technique with 192 respondent. The collection of data by using questionnaires and test. The method is descriptive quantitative. Analysis of the data used is multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this research showed three results. First, economy literacy negatively affected on consumptive behavior with effective contribution by 19,2%. Second, self-control negatively affected consumer behavior with effective contribution by 4,6%. Third, economy literacy  and  self-control negatively affected on consumptive behavior with effective contribution by 23,8%.Keywords: financial literacy, self control and consumptive behavior

Abstract

Pengaruh Latar Belakang Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua, Pendidikan Ekonomi di Keluarga dan Economic Literacy terhadap Perilaku Konsumsi MahasiswaAbstract: This study examine the direct and indirect effect of parents' socio-economic background in family's economic education and economics literacy on students' consumption behavior in the faculty of Economics. Data collection has been done by using questionnaires and tests. The data analysis has been done by using path analysis. The study conclude: (1) there is direct influence of parents' socio-economic background to the students' consumption behavior. (2) there is direct effect of family's economic education to the students' consumption behavior. (3) there is positive and sig-nificant effect of parents' socioeconomic background to the students' economic literacy. (4) there is positive and significant effect of family's economic education to the students' economic literacy. (5) there is a significant and positive influence of economic literacy to students' consumption behaviour. (6) there is indirect effect of parents' socio-economic background  to the consumption behavior through students' economic literacy. (7) there is indirect effect of family's economic education to the consumption behavior through students' economic literacy.Key Words: parents' socio-economic, family's economic education, economic literacy, consumption behaviorAbstrak: Penelitian ini menguji  pengaruh latar belakang sosial ekonomi orang tua pendidikan ekonomi di keluarga serta economic literacy terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) adanya pengaruh langsung latar belakang sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa, (2) adanya pengaruh langsung pendidikan ekonomi di keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa, (3) ada-nya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan latar belakang sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap economic literacy mahasiswa, (4) adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan pendidikan ekonomi di keluarga terhadap economic literacy mahasiswa, (5) adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan economic literacy terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa, (6) adanya pengaruh secara tidak langsung latar belakang sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap perilaku konsumsi melalui economic literacy mahasiswa, dan (7) adanya pengaruh secara tidak langsung pendidikan ekonomi di keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi melalui economic literacy mahasiswa.
