Abstract

Abstract The current rapid modernization must also have an influence on students' consumption. This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variable, namely the intensity of economic learning in the family and the intensity of communication with peers on the dependent variable, namely the consumption behavior of the 2018 Economics Education S1 students, State University of Malang partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research with the type of explanatory research which aims to explain the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable and to find out how much influence these variables have. Suggestions from this study are: (1) students are expected to be able to apply economic learning that has been taught in the family to realize rational consumption behavior in daily life, 2) students are expected to be in a peer environment and be able to bring good influence because they have received economic learning from his family so that he is able to consume rationally. Abstrak Pesatnya kemajuan saat ini membawa pengaruh pada konsumsi para siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efek dari variable bebas, berupa intensitas pembelajaran ekonomi dalam keluarga dan komunikasi dengan teman sebaya, pada variable terikat, yaitu perilaku konsumsi dari mahasiswa S1 pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif tipe eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dari variable bebas pada variable terikat. Dari hasil yang didapatkan, maka: 1) para mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menggunakan pembelajaran ekonomi yang sudah di dapatkan di keluarga untuk mewujudkan perilaku konsumsi rasional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, 2) para mahasiswa juga diharapkan untuk mempunyai lingkungan teman sebaya dan mampu memberikan pengaruh baik karena mereka telah mendapatkan pembelajaran ekonomi yang dapat menuntun mereka untuk melakukan konsumsi rasional.

Abstract

This lack of knowledge will have an impact on making decisions in everyday life, they will find it difficult to make decisions which will then have an impact on excessive debt. High school is an educational institution that provides knowledge for education to the next higher level for students. It is hoped that students after attending senior high school will have more knowledge about financial literacy and be able to apply it in real life. A good level of financial literacy is expected to enable students to understand how to manage finances properly and correctly. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on the financial management of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Batu. In this research carried out by distributing tests and questionnaires to respondents then data analysis was carried out by researchers, to determine the effect of variable x on variable y. The design in this study uses quantitative research methods with the approach used in this study, namely the deductive approach. The type of research in this study is explanation where the type of research is explanation. The results of this study indicate that each independent variable, namely financial knowledge, financial planning and self-control, has a positive and significant partial effect on financial management. As for simultaneously financial knowledge, financial planning and self-control have a positive and significant impact on financial management. Where high financial knowledge makes good student financial planning and good student self-control makes good student financial management. Kurangnya pengetahuan ini akan berdampak pada pembuatan keputusan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, mereka akan sulit untuk membuat keputusan yang kemudian akan berdampak pada hutang yang berlebihan. Sekolah menengah atas adalah lembaga pendidikan yang memberikan pengetahuan untuk pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi selanjutnya bagi peserta didik. Peserta didik diharapkan setelah menempuh sekolah menengah atas diharapkan mempunyai pengetahuan yang lebih mengenai literasi keuang dan dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan nyata. Tingkat literasi keuangan yang bagus diharapkan membuat siswa mampu mengerti mengenai cara mengelola keuangan dengan baik dan benar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Batu. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan tes dan kuisioner kepada responden kemudian dilakukan analisis data oleh peneliti, untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel x terhadap variabel y. Rancangan dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan deduktif. Adapun Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu eksplanasi dimana jenis penelitian ekplanasi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel bebas yaitu pengetahuan keuangan, perencanaan keuangan dan kontrol diri berpengaruh secara parsia psoitif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Adapun secara simultan pengetahuan keuangan, perencanaan keuangan dan kontrol diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Dimana pengetahuan keuangan yang tinggi yang menjadikan perencanaan keuangan siswa baik serta kontrol diri siswa yang baik menjadikan pengelolan keuangan siswa baik.

Abstract

The current orientation of society is also always on the formal employment sector so that when the formal employment sector is sluggish, people do not try to create their jobs in the non-formal or private sectors. This is why the level of public unemployment is still quite high in Indonesia. The highest unemployment rate in Indonesia is created by the educated group. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a proportional random sampling method. The research hypothesis uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on (PLS). The variables in this study are (1) Digital Literacy, (2) Academic Support, (3) Entrepreneurial Intentions, and (4) Internal locus of control. The population of this study was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the State University of Malang, class of 2019, totaling 982 students. The sampling technique used the Cochran formula so that a sample of 243 students was obtained. The results of this study are (1) There is a positive and significant influence of digital literacy on the entrepreneurial intentions of FEB UM 2019 students so the first hypothesis is accepted. (2) There is an influence of academic support on the entrepreneurial intentions of 2019 FEB UM students, so the second hypothesis is accepted. (3) There is an effect of digital literacy on the internal locus of control of 2019 FEB UM students, so the third hypothesis is accepted. (4) There is an influence of academic support on the internal locus of control of FEB UM 2019 students so the fourth hypothesis is accepted. (5) There is an internal locus of control influence on the entrepreneurial intentions of 2019 FEB UM students so the fifth hypothesis is accepted. (6) There is an effect of digital literacy on entrepreneurial intentions through the internal locus of control in 2019 UM FEB students so the sixth hypothesis is accepted. (7) There is an influence of academic support on entrepreneurial intentions through the internal locus of control in 2019 UM FEB students so that the seventh hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

Entrepreneurship represents one of the skills that universities must teach their students to prepare them for the workforce. The research objective is to investigate the effectiveness of blended-based experiential learning as a strategy for improving entrepreneurial skills. The pre-test and post-test control group design was the research model. The subject is students enrolled in entrepreneurship education courses at the Social Science Education Department Universitas Islam Negeri Malang, Indonesia. The experimental group used experiential learning, and the control group used traditional learning. Entrepreneurial skills instrument consists of 19 valid and reliable using likert scale statement items. The analysis of data using independent sample t-test. The findings revealed a significance value of 0.000<0.05, indicating that the model successfully enhances entrepreneurial skills. The implication is the model can be an effective reference in teaching entrepreneurship. Through hands-on experience, students can discover knowledge and improve entrepreneurial skills through online and offline learning (blended).

Abstract

The urgency of family economic education, especially among the fishing communities of Puger coastal area, Jember Regency, needs to be addressed to achieve welfare. The internalisation process that occurs needs to be examined in depth to ensure no party is disadvantaged. This study aims to describe the role of parents in internalising economic education to their children within fishing families and to identify the forms of economic education processes that take place within them. This research is a qualitative phenomenological study with purposive sampling to obtain in-depth knowledge about the economic education of fishing families. Data validation uses technique and source triangulation, analysed with the Miles & Huberman framework, assisted by NVivo 12 Plus software. The findings reveal the uniqueness and advantages of the family economics education for fishermen, which has developed rapidly, not only verbally but also through examples, habituation, and open discussions. The implications of this research theoretically suggest that economic education is more than traditional, but interactive. In practice, the role of parents alongside children is important for the economic welfare. The best policy is to maximise the welfare of fishermen and the future of fishermen's children who must struggle with limited economic resources.
