The research design used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The research sample was all 44 people with pulmonary TB who had recovered. Data analysis with chi square test and multiple logistic regression test. From 44 respondents, it was found that the results of the TB patient healing study had a significant relationship with the results of the Logistics Regression Test on the PMO variable (p=0.004, OR=1.332), contact history (p=0.004, OR=2.001), medication adherence (p=0.001, OR=27,267), education level (p=0.002,OR=2,998), knowledge (p=0.003,OR=6.334), nutritional status (p=0.000,OR=5,333), religious (p=0.001,OR=9,445) and the most dominant factor was medication adherence (OR=27,267). Compliance with treatment affects the cure for tuberculosis where there is family support, patients are motivated to recover and routinely carry out treatment. Abstract

According to the results of a 2018 study conducted by the Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI), around 50.9% of nurses working in hospitals report job exhaustion, regular headaches, and are unable to rest because the task is too heavy and time-consuming. A high workload is thought to reduce the occurrence of nursing services in inpatients. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of nurse workload on nursing services in inpatient rooms. This is a quantitative approach that employs analytic observational research with a cross-sectional design. The research was carried out at Dr. Fauziah Bireuen Regional General Hospital. The research population consisted of 226 persons, and the sample size was limited to 69 participants using random sampling. At multiple logistic regression 95% confidence level (a=0.05), the data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate using chi-square, and multivariate. Results: Nursing services in Class III Inpatient Room Dr. Fauziah Bireuen Regional General Hospital, influenced by quantitative workload (p=0.000 <0.05) and qualitative workload (p=0.000 <0.05). The most dominant factor affecting nursing services in this study was the qualitative workload variable. Qualitative workload is in the low category, the chance of good nursing services is 37.4 times higher than nurses who receive state the qualitative workload in the high category. In conclusion quantitative and qualitative workloads have an impact on nursing services.

Abstract

A healthy latrine coverage rate of 100% is the goal for the Krueng Sabee Health Center's access to proper sanitation program of the 11 villages in the Krueng Sabee Health Center's service area, 4 villages (36.36%) have access to healthy latrines, while 7 villages (63.64%) do not. The latrine ownership rate at the center is 36.36%, but this figure is still short of the target. Sampling approach used in combination study (mixed methodologies research) 95 samples were randomly selected using quantitative techniques, while 9 informants were chosen using qualitative techniques. Logistic regression tests were used to examine quantitative data on a univariate, bivariate, and multivariate basis. data that has been transformed into a qualitative form for presentation and conclusion-making. Quantitative research results: Logistic regression test results: education level OR= 3,452, income level OR= 80,695, knowledge OR= 4,717, attitude OR= 43,982 and social culture OR= 0.647, income level is the dominant independent variable that influences family latrine ownership with the OR value = 80,695. The results of the qualitative analysis show that the majority of families do not have toilets, due to low income levels. Conclusion: level of education, attitudes, social culture towards ownership. Interview results play an active role in providing information, counseling and explaining the importance of family latrine ownership. Village officials who facilitate support for latrine ownership allocate data on assistance for latrine construction in limited quantities. It is recommended that the Health Service evaluate and integrate related programs in increasing latrine coverage in its working areas.
