Abstract

Healthy students or Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) Islamic boarding school settings are a combination of educational institutional settings and household settings aimed at cultivating PHBS for students. The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine and analyze the behavior of students towards complying with a clean and healthy lifestyle at the Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Islamic boarding school, Subulussalam City. This type of research is a descriptive analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The research population was junior high school students at the Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Islamic boarding school, Subulussalam City with a total of 132 students. sampling using the total population method. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it is known that patient success has an influence on knowledge, attitudes, family support, infrastructure and teacher/cleric support with a value of p = 0.000, meaning that there is an influence of knowledge, attitude, family support, infrastructure and teacher/cleric support on adherence to a clean and healthy lifestyle. From the results of the multivariate analysis, it is known that the most influential variable in this study is the family support variable with an OR value of 6.020. The conclusion is that family support is the dominant factor influencing compliance with a clean and healthy lifestyle at the Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Islamic boarding school, Subulussalam City.

Abstract

Salah satu cara Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di rumah tangga merupakan upaya untuk memberdayakan anggota rumah tangga agar tahu, mau dan mampu mempraktikkan PHBS serta berperan aktif dalam gerakan kesehatan di masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan PHBS dalam tatanan rumah tangga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cot Ie Jue Kabupaten Bireuen tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei analitik dengan desain cross secsional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cot Ie Jue Kabupaten Bireuen dengan jumlah ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 4.524 orang dengan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling sebanyak 98 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan analisis multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh sikap (p=0,000), sarana dan prasarana (p=0,000) dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,004) dan tidak ada pengaruh pengetahuan (p=0,070), pendapatan keluarga (p=0,122), aksesibilitas (p=0,050) dan penyuluhan kesehatan (p=0,071) terhadap pelaksanaan PHBS tatanan rumah tangga. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan PHBS tatanan rumah tangga adalah sarana dan prasarana (p=0,000) dengan Exp (B)=21,740. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh sikap, sarana prasarana dan dukungan keluarga dan tidak ada pengaruh pengetahuan, pendapatan keluarga, aksesibilitas dan penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap pelaksanaan PHBS tatanan rumah tangga.

Abstract

Motivation is the process of willingness to perform a high level of effort to achieve organizational goals conditioned by the ability of the effort to satisfy some individual needs. Although in general motivation refers to the effort made to achieve each goal. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the work motivation of health workers at Gunungtua Health Center, Padang Bolak District, North Padang Lawas Regency. The research design used Analytical Survey method with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all health workers, especially midwives, namely 59 people, all of whom were sampled. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression.The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of attitude p = 0.001, responsibility p = 0.003, career path p = 0.000 and work environment p = 0.001 on the work motivation of health workers at Gunungtua Health Center, Padang Bolak District, North Padang Lawas Regency, while the dominant factor is career path p = 0.000 and 95% CI = 5,389-316,539 with Exp (B) 41,303.The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of attitude, responsibility, career path and work environment, while education and leadership have no influence on the work motivation of health workers, the most dominant career path influences the work motivation of health workers at Gunungtua Health Center, Padang Bolak District, North Padang Lawas Regency. It is recommended that the Gunungtua Health Center to increase the work motivation of health workers must be able to prepare, place their health workers in the right work position according to their field and must provide work encouragement and career development for health workers by implementing a planning system and participation in the implementation of promotion activities.

Abstract

Keselamatan pasien merupakan prinsip dasar dari pelayanan kesehatan yang memandang bahwa keselamatan merupakan hak bagi setiap pasien dalam menerima pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi penatalaksaan standar operasional prosedur handover, komunikasi terapeutik, dan lingkungan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan. Jenis penelitian metode kuantitatif merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 pasien di Rumah Sakit Haji dan semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat, chi square dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara evaluasi penatalaksaan standar operasional prosedur handover terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan p-value 0,000<0,05, nilai OR = 18,125 dan nilai koefisien regresi 0,410, hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan p-value 0,000<0,05, nilai OR = 7,138 dan nilai koefisien regresi 0,255, hubungan antara kesehatan lingkungan rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan p-value 0,000<0,05, nilai OR = 5,571 dan nilai koefisien regresi 0,120. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara management evaluasi standar operasional prosedur handover, antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dan lingkungan kesehatan rumah sakit dan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Haji Medan.Kata Kunci : Handover, Komunikasi Terapeutik, Kesehatan Lingkungan,  Kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Haji Medan. Patient safety is a basic principle of health services which views that safety is the right of every patient in receiving health services. The study aimed to determine the evaluation of the management of standard operating procedures for handover, therapeutic communication, and environment health on patient satisfaction at Haji Hospital Medan. The research was quantitatively analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The stuay population was 52 patients in Haji Hospital. All were taken as the sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used bivariate analysis, chi-square and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were based on the relationship between evaluation of the standard operational management of handover procedures on patient satisfaction with p-value 0.000<.05, OR value = 18.125 and regression coefficient value .410; nurse therapeutic communication relationship to patient satisfaction with p-value .000<.05, OR value = 7.138 and regression coefficient value .255; The relationship between hospital environment health and patient satisfaction with p-value 0.000<.05, OR value = 5.571 and regression coefficient value .120. Abstract

Introduction: A person is considered elderly if they are 60 years of age or older, regardless of gender. The Riau Province Central Statistics Agency projects that 482,933 persons will be among the elderly in 2022. According to data spanning from January 2023 to March 2023, there was a 20% monthly decline in the average number of senior individuals visiting Health Care for the senior. Seniors who receive fewer visits from senior Health Care may find it more difficult to keep track of their health and may exhibit signs of degenerative illnesses brought on by compromised physical components. Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that affect how often the elderly in the West Dumai Health Center Working Area use Health Care. Method: In this study, stratified random sampling and quantitative techniques with a cross-sectional design were used. There were 973 respondents in the research population, and 91 respondents made up the research sample. In this study, a questionnaire is used. This study was conducted from September to October 2023. Univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses were used. Logistic regression and the chi-square test were the statistical tests that were employed. Result: The research results showed that there was an influence of Education p value=0.000, Occupation p value=0.010, Knowledge p value=0.000, Attitude p value=0.001, Family Support p value=0.016 and no influence of Distance to Health Services p value=0.627 with the use of Health Care for the elderly. Based on the results of the logistic regression test, the most influential variable is attitude with an Exp(B) value of 7.276. Conclusion: The study's findings indicated that while the distance between health services and the use of Health Care by the elderly in the West Dumai Health Center Working Area is unaffected, education, employment, knowledge, attitudes, and family support are. To keep an eye on the elderly's condition, it was desired that health professionals, especially those at Community Health Centers, would provide more counseling and education on the value of Health Care for the elderly and routinely visit Health Care for the elderly at least once a month.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that 165 million children under the age of 5 in the world will be affected by malnutrition if efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting continue on an ongoing basis, this is projected to be 127 million in 2025. Data from the Glugur Darat Health Center, the incidence of stunting in 2023 was 5 people cases, while 24 people experienced malnutrition. The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence the reduction in the incidence of stunting among toddlers in the Glugur Darat Health Center Working Area, East Medan District, Medan City. The research design uses quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers at the Glugur Darat Community Health Center, East Medan District, Medan City, namely 6,672 toddlers, with a sample size of 99 mothers who had toddlers. Data analysis uses univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of food provision, personal hygiene, parenting patterns, utilization of health services on reducing the incidence of stunting among toddlers in the Glugur Darat Health Center Working Area, East Medan District, Medan City. Meanwhile, the most dominant factor is food provision. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of food provision, personal hygiene, parenting patterns, utilization of health services on reducing the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Glugur Darat Health Center Working Area, East Medan District, Medan City. It is recommended that the Glugur Darat Health Center be able to create interesting education for mothers with toddlers so that they want to monitor their children at the puskesmas or posyandu, such as conducting workshops/demonstrations on how to provide good and correct and nutritious food for their children, as well as how to process it. diverse and nutritious food so that children get good nutritional intake as an early effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and improve family health.

Abstract

Toddler age is a period of rapid growth and development, a state that is vulnerable to nutrition and susceptible to disease. Diarrhea in toddlers if not treated seriously can cause pain, to severe dehydration or fluid loss that ends in death. The current diarrhea control program is more prioritized on diarrhea control programs for toddlers. This research method is cross-sectional with a population of mothers and toddlers with a sample size of 175 respondents. The results of this study showed the influence of the mother's education level (p-value 0.011), exclusive breastfeeding (0.003), socio-economic (0.008), hand washing habits (0.007) on the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the Tanjung Sekayam Health Center Area, Sanggau Regency. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of the mother's education level, exclusive breastfeeding, socio-economic, hand washing habits on the incidence of diarrhea. It is expected that health workers will carry out health promotion activities about the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers to prevent infectious diseases that will result in stunting.

Abstract

Rumah sakit memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam upaya mempercepat peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Terciptanya kualitas pelayanan mutu tentunya akan menciptakan kepuasan terhadap pengguna layanan. Pelayanan dibentuk berdasarkan 5 prinsip Service Quality (Serqual) yaitu Reability,Assurance, Tangible, Emphaty dan Responsives. Dari beberapa hasil studi menyatakan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap beberapa pelayanan di Rumah sakit Indonesia masih cukup rendah. Pada saat melakukan survey awal di Rumah sakit Margareth Medan pada 10 responden didapati hanya 8 yang mengaku puas dengan pelayanan yang menggunakan system jaminan dan 2 diantaranya merasa tidak puas akan hal tersebut,Jenis penelitian ini merupakan survei kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian dilakukan Rumah Sakit Tere Margareth Medan pada tahun 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang datang berobat ke Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Umum Tere Margareth Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan menggunakan rumus slovin dimana sampel berjumlah 83 orang.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada Ada pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap variabel yang diteliti dengan melakukan uji Chi-Square, yaitu : Reabillity P value = 0,001, Assurance P value= 0,012, Tangibles P value = 0,001, Empaty P value = 0,003, Responsives P value = 0,001. (< 0,05). Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien berdasarkan hasil uji regresi logistik adalah variabel Empaty dengan hasil akhir p Value Sig 0,000 dan Exp(B) atau Odd Ratio tertinggi yaitu 23.658. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh reability, assurance, tangible, empaty dan responsives dengan kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit Tere Margareth Medan tahun 2024. Saran rumah sakit perlu meningkatkan ketepatan waktu, keramahan kesopanan, kebersihan fasilitas umum, rasa peduli yang sama rata serta memberikan informasi yang jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh pasien.

Abstract

Untuk membenahi permasalahan pembangunan kesehatan dilakukan melalui peningkatan kinerja pelayanan kesehatan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) baik jumlah, jenis, kualitas maupun distribusinya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengadaan pendidikan, perencanaan kebutuhan, pendayagunaan dan pembinaan dan pengawasan mutu pengembangan SDM di UPTD Puskesmas Langsa Barat. Metode penelitian kualitatif metode studi kasus. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) dengan para informan penelitian yaitu kepala puskesmas, KTU, KepalaPenjab UGD, KIA-KB, Poned, Rawat Inap, Gudang Farmasi, Poli Wanita, Poli Pria, Poli Anak, MTBS, Poli Mata, poli Gigi, dan Usila sebanyak 15 orang. Analisa pengumpulan data menggunakan data reduction, data display, dan conclusion or verification.Hasil penelitian bahwa perencanaan pengembangan diberikan pelatihan dan refresing namun kondisi SDMK masih belum terpenuhi akibat adanya kekurangan dan kelebihan kualifikasi pendidikan, pengadaan pelatihan untuk pengembangan SDMK terbatas pada tenaga kesehatan dan distribusinya masih belum merata pendayagunaan pengembangan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan dan tidak ada tugas belajar, pembinaan dan pengawasan mutu melalui tercapinya indikator SPM dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas insentif, pengembangan melalui pelatihan,diskusi dengan dokter, kekompakan sesama sejawat, kerjasama dengan lintas sectoral, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana, penambahan staff dan pengurangan beban kerja petugas. Diharapkan pemerintah daerah/Dinas Kesehatan Langsa Barat melakukan kordinasi dan kerja sama untuk menetapkan penghitungan kebutuhan SDM dan perencanaan pengembangan SDMK sesuai dengan jumlah dan kualifikasi SDMK.Kata Kunci: kesehatan, sumber daya manusia, kinerja petugas                                   To fix the problems of the development of health is done through the improvement of the performance of health services and the expansion of the human resources (HR) the amount, type, quality and distribution. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the informant research is the head of the health centers, KTU, the Head of the Penjab ER, KIA-KB, Poned, hospitalization, Pharmacy Warehouse, Poly Woman, Poly Man, Poli Anak, MTBS, Poly Eyes, poly Teeth, and the Usila by 15 people. Analysis data used data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification.The results showed that the planning of the development of the training provided and refreshing, but the condition of human resources still have not been fulfilled due to the advantages and disadvantages of educational qualification, procurement training for the development of SDMK limited to health workers and the distribution is still not evenly distributed utilization of the development was implemented through training and no task learning, coaching and quality control through tercapinya MSS indicators and to improve the performance of the officer incentives, development through training, discussion with the doctor, the compactness of fellow peers, cooperation with cross-sectoral, fulfillment infrastructure, the addition of staff and a reduction in the workload of officers.Expected local government of Health Centre coordinate and work together to set the counting needs of human resources and development planning SDMK in accordance with the number and qualifications of SDMK.Keywords: health, human resources, officer performance

Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan memberikan kontribusi hingga 80% dalam keberhasilan pembangunan kesehatan. Menurut data laporan capaian kinerja pegawai kesehatan di Indonesia tahun 2019 masih belum tercapai dengan baik, dimana dari target capaian kinerja 100% hanya sekitar 54% saja yang tercapai. Masalah yang terjadi di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Langsa yaitu pegawai yang sesuai dengan bidangnya masih terbatas dan sebagian besar beberapa seksi terpaksa menggunakan pegawai yang lain yang mampu memberikan bantuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis manajemen kepegawaian memengaruhi capaian kinerja Dinas Kesehatan Kota Langsa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif. Karakteristik informan kunci adalah kepala bidang pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit, kepala bidang kesehatan masyarakat dan kepala bidang sumber daya kesehatan, sedangkan informan utama yaitu pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif menggunakan metode Triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriftif kualitatif dengan tahapan data triangulasi teknik, sumber dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan, pengarahan dan pengendalian sudah berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan pengorganisasian belum berjalan secara efektif. Kejadian yang terjadi pada variabel pengorganisasian yaitu pegawai merangkap 2 atau 3 program pekerjaan, yang sebenarnya bukan dibidangnya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pengarahan dan pengendalian sudah berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan pengorganisasian belum berjalan secara efektif.Diharapkan perlu meningkatkan pengorganisasian kepegawaian meliputi pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan, pengelompokan tugas-tugas dan membagi-bagikan pekerjaan kepada setiap pegawai, penetapan pembagian tugas (subsistem) sesuai dengan tupoksi para pegawai serta penentuan hubungan-hubungan antar pegawai.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Pegawai, Kinerja Kerja, KesehatanHealth workers contribute up to 80% in the success of health development. The purpose of this study was to analyze personnel management influencing the performance of the Langsa City Health Office. The research design used was qualitative research. Characteristics of key informants are the head of disease prevention and control, head of public health and head of health resources, while the main informants are employees. Qualitative data collection techniques using the Triangulation method. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive with data triangulation stages of technique, source and time. The results showed that planning, directing and controlling had been going well, while the organization had not been running effectively. Events that occur in the organizing variable are employees concurrently 2 or 3 work programs, which are not actually in their fields. The conclusion of this study is that planning, direction and control have been going well, while the organization has not run effectively. (subsystem) in accordance with the duties of the employees and the determination of the relationships between employees.Keywords: Management, Employees, Work Performance, Health
