Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam riset ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran elemen Komunikasi di Tempat Kerja kelas XI MPLB di SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar, kemandirian belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. Riset ini masuk ke dalam jenis riset Eksplanatori (eksplanatory research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari riset ini yaitu siswa kelas XI MPLB SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya yaitu sejumlah 70 siswa. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner/angket, dan dokumentasi hasil nilai siswa pada ulangan harian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan berbantuan media software Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 27. Hasil dari riset ini yaitu: 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar; 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar; 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar; 4) terdapat pengaruh signifikan fasilitas belajar, kemandirian belajar dan motivasi belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Hipotesis1, Hipotesis2, Hipotesis3, dan Hipotesis4 dapat diterima.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan Buku Ajar Manajemen Keuangan Dan PerbankanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang didukung oleh buku ajar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran guna menghasilkan lulusan yang dapat menyelesaikan persoalan di dunia kerja salah satunya kegiatan administrasi keuangan dan kegiatan perbankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran RPS, kelayakan validasi buku ajar dari ahli bahasa, materi, dan kegrafikan serta mendapat nilai efektif untuk diimplementasikan dengan perolehan skor sebesar 83,20 dari hasil post-test dibandingkan dengan skor pre-test 78.40 yang memiliki kenaikan sebesar 4,80. Kata kunci: Model SCSS; Buku Ajar; Administrasi Keuangan; Perbankan; ADDIEAbstract: Development Of Textbooks On Financial Management And BankingThis study aims to develop learning tools supported by textbooks to improve the quality of learning to produce graduates who can solve problems in the world of work, one of which is financial administration and banking activities. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE development model. This study produces RPS learning tools, the feasibility of textbook validation from language, material, and graphics experts and gets an effective value for implementation with a score of 83.20 from the post-test results compared to the pre-test score of 78.40 which has an increase of 4.80. Abstract

Abstrak Pekerja migran Indonesia di Malaysia menghadapi tantangan literasi keuangan, yang mengakibatkan pengelolaan keuangan kurang optimal meski remitansi yang dikirim cukup besar. Hal ini memengaruhi stabilitas ekonomi mereka dan keluarga. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan pekerja migran melalui Training Financial Administration yang bekerja sama dengan Aliansi Organisasi Masyarakat Indonesia di Malaysia (AOMI Malaysia). Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta dengan metode pelaksanaan meliputi pretest, pelatihan tatap muka, posttest, dan pendampingan daring. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman keuangan peserta, terutama pada kemampuan pengelolaan aliran kas dan perencanaan investasi. Secara deskriptif kualitatif, 75% peserta menilai pelatihan ini sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka, sedangkan secara kuantitatif, hasil posttest menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman rata-rata sebesar 30% dibandingkan pretest. Program ini diharapkan membantu pekerja migran mencapai kesejahteraan ekonomi yang lebih baik melalui pengelolaan finansial yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: administrasi finansial; pekerja migran; AOMI Malaysia Abstract Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia face financial literacy challenges, which lead to suboptimal financial management despite substantial remittances sent home. This affects their economic stability and that of their families. This community service program aims to improve financial literacy among migrant workers through Financial Administration Training in collaboration with the Alliance of Indonesian Community Organizations in Malaysia (AOMI Malaysia). The training involved 25 participants and included methods such as pre-test, in-person training, post-test, and online mentoring. Results showed a significant increase in participants' financial understanding, particularly in cash flow management and investment planning. Qualitatively, 75% of participants found the training highly relevant to their needs, while quantitatively, post-test scores demonstrated an average improvement of 30% over pre-test results. This program aims to support migrant workers in achieving better economic well-being through sustainable financial management. Keywords: financial administration; migrant workers; AOMI Malaysia

Abstract

Objective: Service quality refers to the evaluation or overview of the extent to which a service meets or exceeds customer expectations. Continuous improvement is the most important part of achieving better performance. Of course, stakeholder expectations and desires are increasing and it is necessary to fulfill these needs so that the organization is always fit with the environment. Method: This research is included in quantitative research and uses the Servqual service quality measurement method. Respondents in this study were the Academic Community of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Unesa. Results: The results of this study, namely lecturer services, show that the level of conformity with expectations felt in the responsiveness aspect is 85.95%. Therefore, overall the total conformity between reality and expectations from the lecturer satisfaction survey is 88.85%. The results of the study on student services show that the total conformity between reality and expectations felt by students is based on the average of the mean of the five dimensions of the satisfaction survey, which is 94.63%. The results of educational staff services show that the total conformity between reality and expectations felt by educational staff from the satisfaction survey is 94.99%. This shows that overall the quality of service at FEB Unesa is very good, there are only a few items that need improvement in service improvement. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the simultaneous use of the SERVQUAL method to analyze service satisfaction from three main stakeholder groups (lecturers, students, and education staff) in one faculty of higher education.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the Wali Songo religious tourism area hold strategic potential in driving local economic growth and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Purpose: This study aims to formulate strategies to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs through the utilization of financial technology (fintech) innovations and the strengthening of business administration as key leverage instruments to support the achievement of the SDGs Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in its integrative approach, which emphasizes the synergy between fintech innovation and practical business administration within the unique local context of religious tourism. It directly links these efforts to SDG indicators, particularly financial inclusion, inclusive economic growth, and poverty reduction. Results: The implementation of QRIS and digital payment platforms has accelerated MSME transactions. Access to funding through fintech lending has expanded business capital. Abstract

Financial literacy plays an important role in decision-making and financial management, both individually and in groups. The TDA (Tangan Di Atas) Malang community plays a role in national economic growth efforts which is the same as financial literacy, namely contributing to economic growth and state development through improving service quality. Good financial literacy in entrepreneurs will make the business more focused and clear to achieve wealth. This activity aims to support economic growth through financial literacy education so that TDAP Malang members can improve their understanding and have the knowledge and skills of good financial management. The methods used in overcoming financial literacy problems are the lecture method and the demonstration/simulation method. The lecture method is in the form of delivering theories and concepts about current financial management. While the demonstration/simulation method shows how to manage finances in the form of applying Ms Excel software. It is known that the distribution of the latest education level of the participants at the S1 (undergraduate) education level is 85%. At the high school / vocational high school education level by 11% and the smallest presentation at the Diploma education level (D1 / D2 / D3) by 4%. Some types of businesses run are mostly engaged in food and beverage with a percentage of 63% and services / trade at 37%. The implementation team also identified the age/length of the business that had been established. Divided into 3 parts, namely businesses that run less than 1 year (< 1 year), 1-5 years, and more than 5 years (> 5 years). It was found that 52% of businesses established were more than 5 years old, 44% had been established between 1-5 years, and 4% were less than 1 year old. This service activity provides an understanding and implementation of financial management to TDAP Malang to support economic growth and support the sustainability of MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Plotagon pada elemen “Komunikasi di Tempat Kerja” guna meningkatkan keaktifan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, validasi ahli, angket respon siswa, serta pretest dan posttest. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor 91,25% dan ahli media 86,25% yang termasuk kategori sangat layak. Respon siswa terhadap media menunjukkan skor 96,9% dengan kategori sangat positif. Efektivitas media dibuktikan melalui peningkatan nilai pretest sebesar 57,75% menjadi 87,75% pada posttest, dengan N-Gain sebesar 80% (kategori tinggi). Keaktifan siswa meningkat dari kategori “aktif” menjadi “sangat aktif”. Media Plotagon dinyatakan efektif, menarik, serta relevan dengan karakteristik generasi Z. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa media ini dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif dalam mendukung pembelajaran abad ke-21 yang interaktif dan kontekstual.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang efektifnya metode evaluasi konvensional guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik, terutama karena penggunaan soal LKS dengen level kognitif rendah (C1-C3) dan penyajian secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan, dan efektivitas media evaluasi Quizwhizzer. Menggunakan model ADDIE, penelitian RD ini melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, dan peserta didik sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi, lembar tes, dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Analisis data meliputi hasil persentase validasi, angket respon, analisis butir soal, dan N-gain score untuk uji efektivitas. Hasil menunjukkan Quizwhizzer “sangat layak” dengan validasi ahli materi 92,5%, ahli media 95% dan respon peserta didik 84,70%. Efektivitas media terbukti dengan peningkatan hasil N-gain score kelas eksperimen (75,5%) yang lebih tinggi 12,8% dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol (62,7%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media evaluasi Quizwhizze yang dikembangkan layak digunakan, mendapatkan respon positif, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses evaluasi.
