Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Search Engine Optimization ,Dan  Media Sosial Terhadap Minat Beli Melalui E- Service Quality Di  E-Commerce.Untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 orang di kota Bandung dengan menggunakan metode  web survey,data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pemodelan structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Search Engine Optimization terhadap minat beli untuk di JD.ID. Media sosial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. , E- Service Quality juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, E-service Quality memberikan pengaruh paling dominan terhadap  minat beli masyarakat pada E-commerce JD.ID di kota Bandung.

Abstract

Dalam memasuki pasar global, SDM UMKM harus dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan besar dan beralih menggunakan platform digital. Oleh karena itu, SDM UMKM Kota Bandung memerlukan penguatan edukasi literasi digital dan penguatan kompetensi SDM lainnya dengan berbasiskan pada kompetensi inovatif bagi para pelaku usaha UMKM untuk dapat memenuhi tuntutan pasar global. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat sebagai salah satu solusi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk webminar “Pengembangan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia UMKM Kota Bandung Berkarakter Technopreneurship Untuk memasuki Pasar Global”.Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 17 Desember 2022. Kegiatan ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan UMKM Kota Bandung mengenai pemasaran global. Diperlukan program keberlanjutan melalui peran para dosen Magister Manajemen Program Pascasarjana Universitas Widyatama bersinergi dengan Kadin Kota Bandung beserta Organisasi Bisnis Internasional untuk mendukung program Dinas Perdagangan dan Indutsri Kota Bandung dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas SDM UMKM Kota Bandung yang berkarakter technopreneurship untuk dapat memasuki pasar global.

Abstract

Tokopedia adalah salah satu e-commerce terbesar di Indonesia. Tokopedia menjadi e-commerce yang paling banyak dikunjungi pada tahun 2022 dengan rata-rata pengunjung mencapai 158,3 juta. Tetapi menurut hasil survei Ipsos mengatakan bahwa 98% masyarakat yang berbelanja online lebih sering menggunakan aplikasi e-commerce melalui smartphone ataupun tablet. Jika melihat dari peringkat dalam PlayStore dan juga AppStore Tokopedia masih berada di bawah pesaingnya yaitu Shopee. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh content marketing dan price discount terhadap keputusan pembelian. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat kota Bandung yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Tokopedia sebanyak 100 responden, data ini didapat dengan menggunakan teknik non probalility sampling. Data tersebut di analisis dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa marketing konten dan diskon harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

MSMEs in Bandung has contributes significantly to the economic growth of the city. However, the number of exports is still low. The problems are minimal human resource performance, limited products, less innovative and less than optimal technological capabilities, thus it is necessary to develop entrepreneurial leadership characters in the global market as a strategy for competitiveness and implementing a learning culture. The aim of this study is to find out how the development of human resources in MSMEs in Bandung has entrepreneurial leadership characteristics in entering the global market. This study is carried out using cross sectional method. The specification of this study is descriptive quantitative analysis, using purposive sampling technique to produce a total of 85 respondents. Data collection techniques is using literature studies, questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results showed that the development of MSME human resources in Bandung with entrepreneurial leadership characteristics with the Cognitive Ambidexterity approach, SEER (Social, Environmental, and Economic Responsibility and Sustainability), SSA (Self and Social Awareness), entrepreneurial leadership and the quality of "Entrepeneurship Leadership" has an average value of Good. However, the ability to complete tasks optimally, always thinking about mistakes that will occur so that the ability to capture and create opportunities has a low average value. Because of this, it is necessary to increase innovative learning in addition to optimizing leadership skills in a timely completion of tasks, decision making and negotiation skills.

Abstract

PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City, West Java, has carried out activities to increase work planning and supervision at work, especially within the Operations Bureau. This study aims to determine how much influence work planning and supervision at the workplace have on the effectiveness of the employees of the Operational Bureau of PT  BPR Kencana in Cimahi City. The research method used in this research is the descriptive-verification research method and the population in this research is the employees of the Operational Bureau, totaling 35 employees. The results showed that work planning variables affect the work effectiveness of the Operational Bureau of PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City by 15.7 percent. Besides that, supervision at the workplace has an effect of 31.8 percent on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Operational Bureau of PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City. Work planning and supervision at the workplace have less influence simultaneously influencing the work effectiveness of employees at the Operational Bureau of PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City.

Abstract

MSME acceleration in Indonesia has an essential role in enhancing the national economy and contributing significantly to Indonesia's GDP. However, in its implementation, there are still several obstacles, including limited connections to digital technology, digital skills, and management. This research investigates the influence of the digital economy and capabilities on business performance through value creation on West Java MSME business actors or enterprises. The research implemented quantitative methods through descriptive and verification analysis, with partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The number of samples used was 127 respondents consisting of experts and practitioners (expert judgment). The sampling technique uses the online sampling method. The research results show that digital economic variables have a significant positive influence on MSME value creation, capability variables hold a direct positive influence on value creation, and also direct and indirect influences on MSME business performance. Value creation variables have a direct influence on business performance. The results of this research can be used to improve digital business in a way that is more appropriate for West Java MSME business actors.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic brought rapid changes in various areas of life, including education and technology. One of the learning media that the deaf can use to improve their ability to compose sentence structures is I-CHAT (I Can Hear and Talk). I-CHAT is a portal that contains applications that function as tools for the deaf in language acquisition. In communicating, mastery of sentence structure is crucial. It is because with the correct sentence structure, other people will better understand what we are talking about, and besides that, communication becomes more effective and efficient. Communication barriers that occur in deaf children are caused by hearing impairment, which ultimately requires deaf children only to use sight to acquire their receptive language. This has an impact on the acquisition of imperfect or partial deaf children's receptive language because not everything they see can be understood. Therefore, if a deaf child makes a sentence, the sentence structure is sometimes wrong. This research aims to determine the use of I-CHAT in the preparation of sentence structures for deaf students at Inclusive School Sukabumi City. This research is experimental with a quantitative approach. The results of the research show that the use of I-CHAT can improve the ability to compose sentence structures for deaf children in Special School Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Military District Command (Kodam) / Kodam Jaya is a military district based in the Special Capital City Region (DKI) Jakarta with its headquarters in East Jakarta City. Kodam Jaya is one of the military districts that accepts prospective personnel who is already a member of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in the DKI Jakarta area and its surroundings. The personnel of Kodam Jaya have high dedication by showing good performance and are able to coordinate between personnel. However, the work performance shown by Kodam Jaya personnel is less committed to work, as evidenced by the reluctance to be transferred to the other sub-units that are still within the Jaya Regional Military Command. Given these problems, this research is to find out the results of the analysis of the influence of the recruitment process and personnel loyalty in determining the work commitment of personnel on duty at Kodam Jaya. This study used a descriptive-quantitative method, with 133 respondents who were known to be from the Kodam Jaya personnel. By using the Slovin formula in sampling, the study uses regression analysis to find out the relationship between variables. The results of this research, it was found that the recruitment process and loyalty can determine the work commitment of Kodam Jaya personnel with high influence. However, the recruitment process has a very low influence on the work commitment of Kodam Jaya personnel.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has put pressure on various aspects, including banking. One of them is Bank BJB, which has not been able to optimally develop the potential of its human resources in facing the pressure of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of studies and analyses regarding the working environment and the work period or tenure in determining the performance of employees of Bank BJB Sukabumi Branch during the Covid-19. The research method used is the descriptive verification method, which produces a study of each variable and the results of the analysis of the relationship between variables that are suspected to have gaps. The sample in this study used the census method, all employees of Bank BJB Sukabumi Branch, 142 employees were the samples in this study. The analysis technique used in this research is the multiple regression hypothesis testing technique. The results showed that changes in employee performance at Bank BJB Sukabumi Branch Office were caused by the working environment and the work period. The finding of this research showed that the working environment and the work period have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition to these two variables, other factors can affect changes in employee performance that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

Successful organizations have main characteristics that differentiate them from failed organizations, namely leadership that is dynamic and effective, strong in vision and firm in attitudes and principles, able to anticipate the future of the organization and take opportunities from existing changes so that it can direct the organization to achieve the goal. deliberately. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on the Employee Performance of Sharia Cooperative (Koperasi Syariah) in South Cimahi Region, both simultaneously and partially. This research is quantitative. The research method used was descriptive and verification to analyze employees of the South Cimahi Region Sharia Cooperative, with a sample of 50 employees. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was found that Leadership Style shows a strong relationship influence on employee performance compared to organizational culture in the medium category. This shows that the better the leadership style, the better the employee's performance. Organizational culture and employee performance will follow. It can be concluded that the transformational leadership style can change the South Cimahi Regional Sharia Cooperative to the concept of struggle. The transformation of the South Cimahi Regional Sharia Cooperative was born from the breakthrough of its leaders who were firm, innovative, and brave.
