Abstract

UMKM di Jawa Barat masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan, antara lain kurangnya permodalan untuk mengembangkan usaha, minimnya akses perijinan dan akses pemasaran produk, belum optimal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi seperti e-commerce, serta kurangnya kemampuan para pelaku UMKM dalam manajemen bisnis skala UKM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tim pelaksana mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang terkait dengan tema “Digital Transformation Strategy Competencies Development to Create Sustainable Business for MSMEs in Bandung City”.Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berupa pemaparan materi mengenai bisnis pasar global dilaksanakan pada 26 Oktober 2023. Sebanyak 42 mitra UMKM KADIN Kota Bandung yang menghadiri kegiatan ini memiliki usaha di bidang kuliner, fashion, jasa dan perdagangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah diperlukannya program keberlanjutan dengan bantuan dosen Program Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen Universitas Widyatama dan KADIN Kota Bandung untuk membangun technopreneurship dan kebersamaan antar komunitas UMKM melalui Forum Informasi/ Komunikasi media.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Walaupun UMKM telah melakukan ekspor berbasis e-commerce, UMKM masih mengalami berbagai kendala akibat minimnya kompetensi SDM, yaitu belum dapat memasarkan produk dengan maksimal. Oleh karena itu, pemasaran produk saat ini merupakan kendala bagi pelaku usaha UMKM. Peningkatan kompetensi bagi para technopreneur UMKM Kota Bandung diperlukan agar memiliki keterampilan yang terhubung satu dengan lainnya untuk dilatih dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut sehingga mampu menghasilkan kinerja ekspor terbaik dalam mengelola usahanya berbasis e-commerce. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang berupa pemaparan materi mengenai bisnis pasar global dilaksanakan pada 29 Mei 2022. Sebanyak 40 mitra UMKM KADIN Kota Bandung yang menghadiri kegiatan ini memiliki usaha di bidang kuliner, fashion, jasa dan perdagangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan materi pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja. Tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini adalah diperlukannya program keberlanjutan dengan bantuan dosen Program Pascasarjana Magister Manajemen Universitas Widyatama dan KADIN Kota Bandung untuk membangun technopreneurship dan kebersamaan antar komunitas UMKM melalui Forum Informasi/ Komunikasi media.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the connection between marketing strategy and customer loyalty for GoFood in Bandung. Quantitative techniques are used in this study. Meanwhile, a multiple linear regression analysis approach is used, with calculations performed with the aid of the SPSS version 25.0 application. It may be inferred from the reviewed literature and discussions that the Marketing Mix and Customer Bonding significantly affect the customer loyalty variable. This study's value lies in the fact that it provides new information that can be used to finish the project. and share your thoughts, ideas, and facts with PT. Gojek Indonesia keeps up the high level of service it has always provided and keeps working to increase client happiness and loyalty. This research shows that Customer Bonding and the Marketing Mix together have a substantial impact on customer loyalty at Gofood.

Abstract

Digitalization has brought great changes and affected people's activities, and the convenience provided by digitalization makes people switch to everything digital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of gamification and neuromarketing marketing strategies through User Interface (UI) applications on consumer loyalty. The research method used is quantitative method. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that gamification and neuromarketing simultaneously have a significant effect on Shopee marketplace Consumer Loyalty. Neuromarketing partially has a positive and significant effect on Shopee marketplace Consumer Loyalty. Gamification partially has a positive and significant effect on Shopee marketplace Consumer Loyalty. Based on the research, it can be concluded that this research variable strengthens the existing theory in previous journals about the effect of gamification and neuromarketing on independent variables, especially consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of business opportunities on the business performance of MSME business actors in West Java after the pandemic. The sample used was 123 MSMEs in West Java. This research uses PLS for data analysis. The research results show that business opportunities can improve business performance in West Java. The results of this research have important implications because they show that understanding and exploiting business opportunities can make a positive contribution to the performance of MSMEs in West Java after the pandemic. This provides valuable insight for MSME players and related stakeholders in designing strategies and policies that support regional economic growth through developing a competitive MSME sector. These findings can be an important basis in supporting the development of MSMEs and regional economic recovery, underscoring the importance of opportunity-based strategies in facing economic and environmental changes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance through turnover intention directly and indirectly. The population and sample in this research were all PT Toyobo Manufacturing Indonesia employees, totaling 171 employees. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. Data processing was carried out with the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. Descriptive analysis and verification analysis were the methods used in this research. The results of the descriptive analysis explain that leadership style, job satisfaction, and employee performance can be categorized as good, and turnover intention is categorized as very bad. The results of hypothesis testing state that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. It can be said that job satisfaction has no direct influence on employee performance, but the turnover intention variable has succeeded in mediating the job satisfaction variable so that it can influence employee performance at PT Toyobo Manufacturing Indonesia. The regression equation obtained in this research is Z = 15.170 + 0.116 X1 + 0.089 X2 +(- 0.385) Y.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector plays an important role in the national economy, especially in creating jobs and increasing people's income. Based on this, the implementing team held training and counseling activities related to the theme "Encouraging Mindset Changes and Digital Copyright Protection in Accelerating Digital Transformation to Make Bandung City MSMEs Move Up a Class". Community Service Activities in the form of presentations on global market business were held on July 31, 2024. A total of 15 MSME partners of the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry who attended this activity have businesses in the culinary, fashion, service and trade sectors. Based on the evaluation results, the activity went well and the training material was in accordance with work needs. The follow-up to this activity is the need for a sustainability program with the assistance of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Widyatama University and the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry to encourage mindset changes and protection of digital copyright in facing digital transformation

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee motivation and organizational performance at Puskesmas located in East Bandung City uses a quantitative approach. A total of 220 employees from 18 Puskesmas in East Bandung City participated in the survey, with data collection conducted through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software, which focuses on hypothesis testing and bootstrapping to assess the relationship between variables. This study found that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation, which in turn affects organizational performance and confirms the mediating role of motivation between leadership style and organizational performance, as well as between organizational culture and organizational performance. The statistical results show significant t-statistics and p-values, indicating strong predictive relevance of the model. However, the indirect effect through motivation is relatively moderate, indicating that further efforts are needed to strengthen the relationship in improving organizational performance. In particular, the research results highlight the need for better motivational strategies in Puskesmas to achieve more optimal organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and training on employee performance with work effectiveness as a mediating variable at PT Unicorn Tosan Perkasa. Amid increasing business competition, companies must ensure that employees have adequate competencies and undergo effective training to achieve optimal performance. Despite various efforts in human resource development, employee performance has not fully met the expected targets. Therefore, this study examines how competence and training influence employee performance and the role of work effectiveness as a mediating variable. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationships between variables. The results show that competence significantly affects work effectiveness and employee performance, as does training. Work effectiveness mediates the influence of competence and training on employee performance. In conclusion, the company needs to enhance employee competence and training to improve overall performance and work effectiveness.

Abstract

In recent years, sales in online platforms have received huge attention from generation Z in Indonesia, along with live streaming business model which has undergone rapid development in recent years. Although the way live streaming with consumers has been known as the key to influence consumer behavior, only a few research has studied the style of streaming communication in affecting purchase intentions. Based on the social influence theory, this study attempts to examine the influence of interaction orientation, parasocial relation, and digital influencer credibility on purchase intention. In addition, the present study also investigates the role of product involvement advertised by streamers as moderator. The quantitative approach with the survey is used through samples of 200 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The data is collected online through disseminating questionnaires using Google Form, which is then analyzed using SEM-PLS technique. The findings indicate that interaction orientation positively influences purchase intention and parasocial relation, while parasocial relation positively influences digital influencer credibility, and digital influencer credibility positively influences purchase intention. In addition, product involvement has a moderating role that can strengthen the influence of interaction orientation and purchase intention. This study provides implications for how an interaction can be delivered online and how the involvement of a credible influencer can affect purchase intention.
