Abstract

This research discusses the critical role of kyai's charismatic leadership in mitigating religious intolerance and radicalism in pesantren. Kyai, as the primary leader in pesantren, has a significant influence in shaping the attitudes and thoughts of the santri. This research was conducted based on a field analysis study, followed by literature research incorporating various scientific arguments and information from relevant literature sources. This research was implemented at Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Gasek as a sample object, involving kyai, santri, and the surrounding community. Through his charisma and authority, the kyai can effectively convey the values of religious moderation to the santri. The approach taken by the kyai, which emphasizes the values of deliberation, balance, and tolerance, helps the santri understand religious teachings in a balanced manner and avoid radical attitudes. Islamic boarding schools also play a role in instilling religious moderation values through a well-structured religious education curriculum. Thus, the charismatic leadership of kyai is at the forefront of reducing religious intolerance and radicalism in pesantren, forming a generation of santri who understand religious teachings comprehensively and moderately, and contributing to creating an inclusive and peaceful society.

Abstract

The study aimed to describe and analyze APA psychosocial conditions during online schooling and learning strategies at SLBB. This research was conducted at SLBB & Autis TPA Jember by monitoring the psychosocial situation of autistic children while studying at home to find out what programs or services can support children’s psychosocial support even though it is implemented online. This type of research uses descriptive with a qualitative approach—determination of location using the purposive area. The informant determination technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection techniques were applied with observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, reduction, presentation, conclusion, and verification. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and methods. The study results show a tendency for psychosocial disorders to occur in children while studying online, but it can be overcome with psychosocial services. This disorder affects the behavioral and emotional conditions of children who are increasingly out of control at home. Therefore, to overcome this difficulty, the teacher provides services that can improve psychosocial disorders in autistic students. The services provided include educational suggestions not to consume foods that cause excessive activity, education for independent living so that students can be trusted not to violate rules, and wearing soft clothes. The function of these services is to control emotions by selecting the right teacher so that students want to obey positive commands that are good for them, and students also consume herbal drinks so that emotions can be controlled more. Then the psychosocial services strategies that are used online is to overcome difficulties experienced by students while at home, including selecting or changing homework assignments that can develop students’ interest and talents, home visit, and valuable educational content on TV so that children’s development continues to run optimally and is ready to interact out on time.

Abstract

Permasalahan global terkait kesadaran masyarakat dalam menggunakan jamban telah menjadi fokus perhatian dunia karena dampaknya yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan dan kesejahteraan manusia. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menggunakan jamban sangatlah merugikan, mulai dari penyebaran penyakit-penyakit menular hingga degradasi lingkungan yang mengancam keberlanjutan hidup manusia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh program sosialisasi, kompetensi komunikasi relawan, dan dukungan sarana oleh relawan GERMAS terhadap kesadaran masyarakat dalam menggunakan jamban di perkampungan sekitar Sungai Brantas Malang. Studi ini dengan jenis metode kuantitatif. Lokasi dalam studi ini terletak di perkampungan sekitar Sungai Brantas Malang, dengan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3. Pengaruh Program Sosialisasi, Kompetensi Komunikasi Relawan, dan Dukungan Sarana terhadap Kesadaran Menggunakan Jamban. Studi ini mengeksplorasi dampak ketiga faktor tersebut pada kesadaran masyarakat di perkampungan sekitar Sungai Brantas, Malang. Program sosialisasi, kompetensi komunikasi relawan, dan dukungan sarana secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran masyarakat dalam menggunakan jamban. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa program sosialisasi, kompetensi komunikasi relawan, dan dukungan sarana secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran masyarakat dalam menggunakan jamban.   The global issue of public awareness of latrine use has become the focus of global attention due to its significant impact on human health and well-being. The impact of low public awareness in using latrines is detrimental, ranging from the spread of infectious diseases to environmental degradation that threatens the sustainability of human life. This study aims to determine and assess the impact of the GERMAS volunteers' facility assistance, communication skills, and socialization programme on the general public's awareness of toilet use in the communities surrounding the Brantas River in Malang. Quantitative research methodology was employed in this investigation. The communities around the Brantas River in Malang are the study's location. There were one hundred responders in the study's sample. A questionnaire was used in this study's data collection methods. Using SmartPLS software version 3, the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was used to analyze the data. The Influence of Socialization Programs, Volunteer Communication Competence, and Facility Support on Toilet Usage Awareness. This study explores the impact of these three factors on community awareness in villages around the Brantas River, Malang. Socialization programs, volunteer communication competence, and facility support significantly affect community awareness of toilet usage. The study findings indicate that socialization programs, volunteer communication competence, and facility support significantly influence community awareness of toilet usage.

Abstract

Background. This research analyzes the role of Learning Technology in stimulating student creativity in foreign language learning in higher education. The research background highlights the importance of integrating learning technology in the context of higher education, especially in developing student creativity in foreign language learning. With the rapid development of Learning Technology, this research tries to measure and analyze its impact on student creativity. Purpose. The aim of this research is to identify the extent to which Learning Technology influences the level of student creativity, assess preferences and trends in technology use, and provide recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of technology use in supporting foreign language learning. With a quantitative approach through a survey model, this research combines a comprehensive research design to gain in-depth insights. Method. The research methodology includes creating a questionnaire that reflects key aspects, such as the type of technology used, frequency of use, and perceptions of creativity. Respondents were selected from university students who were actively taking foreign language courses, especially Arabic and English. Distribution of the questionnaire was carried out via Google Forms and WhatsApp groups, ensuring efficient participation. Results. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model allows for an in-depth interpretation of the relationship between the use of Learning Technology and the level of student creativity. The research results highlight students' positive views on the impact of creativity generated by the use of learning technology, especially in collaboration and developing speaking and writing skills. Conclusion. This research provides a solid foundation for understanding the role of Learning Technology in shaping students' foreign language learning experiences. These conclusions provide valuable information for higher education institutions and policy makers to continue to improve the integration of learning technology, create an environment that supports creativity, and enrich the foreign language learning process in the future.

Abstract

Pesantren sebagai institusi keagamaan mendapatkan momentum dalam sistem pendidikan nasional setelah keluarnya Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan nasional. Undang-Undang tersebut menyebutkan bahwa pendidikan keagamaan tidak hanya salah satu jenis pendidikan, tetapi sudah memiliki berbagai bentuknya seperti pendidikan diniyah, pesantren dan bentuk lain yang sejenis kemudian muncul alternatif solusi agar keduanya saling mengisi dan bersama-sama mempunyai tujuan yang sama untuk mencetak santri-santrinya menjadi manusia mempunyai keimanan, ketaqwaan dan mempunyai ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sesuai dengan tujuan undang-undang Negara Indonesia. Dari permasalahan di atas, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian pengembangan pendidikan keagamaan (PPK). Secara umum pengembangan pendidikan kegamaan yang ada di pondok sudah bisa dikatakan eksis dengan kegiatan keagamaan yang terus menerus dilaksanakan dengan meningkatkan sumber daya santri (SDS) baik melaui pendidikan formal dan diniyyah salafiyah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Selanjutnya, penulis menggunakan pendekatan penelitian fenomenologi untuk menggambarkan  secara lengkap. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pengembangan pendidikan kegamaan yang ada di pondok sudah bisa dikatakan eksis dengan kegiatan kaeagamaan yang terus menerus dilaksanakan dengan meningkatkan sumber daya santri (SDS) baik melaui pendidikan formal dan diniyyah salafi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of planning, implementing, observing, and evaluating in nurturing the spirit of edupreneurship in non-permanent teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in other Batu City through digital content creator training. The method used is PAR (Participatory Action Research). The PAR method involves researchers and communities working together to identify and resolve problems. Activities at this planning stage, namely the preparation of training activity materials. This activity was carried out in the form of a focus group discussion (FGD) involving the chairman of the Batu City KKMI, representatives of teachers, researchers, and resource persons. The agreed FGD results. The action stage is actualized with a training event that is divided into two mirrors. First, making learning videos. Both uploads. Observations, observations that have been made in the training obtained weaknesses and strengths experienced by researchers, coordinators, and teachers both in terms of attitudes and obstacles in training such as facilities and infrastructure. Reflection and evaluation activities are in the form of conveying supporting and inhibiting factors during the training activities and giving appreciation to participants

Abstract

This research aims to photograph and explore in depth the sociological phenomenon of the sandwich generation in the traditions of the Madurese community in Jember Regency. Especially those related to the sociological construction of the sandwich generation and the motivation for their upbringing from an Islamic perspective. In the process, this research uses a qualitative with ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews and observation. The data analysis used is ethnographic thematic analysis. The research findings in this study are [1] Sandwich generation in the Madurese community tradition is a construction and socio-religious fact, namely a social phenomenon that arises from the community's religious understanding. [2] Parenting motivation in the sandwich generation is driven by moral compensation, affective and theological impulses. Based on these practices and dynamics, Islam provides guidance that devotion to parents in any community and generation must be carried out sincerely and with full respect.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the application of the Learning Organization in developing the competence of teacher educator resources in pesantren. This research has been conducted at Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School (Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional). The research that has been used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection techniques use interviews with informants, namely, the head of the MBI coordinator, teachers, and some students. Observation involves past participant observation, and documentation includes reviewing data related to professional development carried out by teachers. The findings of this study are as follows: strict recruitment of education personnel who are under the pesantren's national insight and affiliated with Aswaja NU, strengthening the pesantren organizational culture through leadership training via administrative activities, and teachers conducting scientific integration, combining the Egyptian Al Azhar curriculum with the national curriculum. Teachers' professional development must be supported by pesantren, which provides more compensation and discipline in carrying out teachers' duties.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahuai pengaruh father involvement (kedekatan ayah-anak) dan religiusitas dalam keluarga terhadap resiliensi remaja dalam pergaulan bebas. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Melalui angket dan sebagainya kita mengumpulkan data untuk menguji hipotensis atau menjawab suatu pertanyaan. Melalui penelitian deskriptif ini peneliti akan memaparkan yang sebenarnya terjadi mengenai keadaan sekarang ini yang sedang diteliti. Populasi pada penelitian ini pada remaja di UIN di Kota Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling sehingga dalam penelitian ini didaptkan sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa 1) Religiusitas Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Resiliensi Remaja; 2) Religiusitas Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Resiliensi Remaja dan; 3) Father involvement  dan religiusitas dalam keluarga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap resiliensi remaja. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan responden yang berbeda sebagai sampel sehingga tidak terbatas hanya beberapa sampel; dan 2) Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan alat analisis metode analisis lainnya agar memperoleh hasil penelitian yang berbeda.
