Abstract

Abstract : The Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PKKM) is a form of Merdeka Campus acceleration to encourage higher education transformation and innovation on the basis of study programs so that learning is 4.0. There are many problems and obstacles for MSMEs in developing to compete and differentiate products sold from products from outside Bangka Belitung. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out Community Service (PKM) activities to overcome this. PKM activities have been carried out to the COMMUNITIES of Air Anyir Village, Bangka Regency. Business Motivation Socialization Training The theme of this outreach is "Reviving the Spirit of Entrepreneurship". This training is carried out so that the residents of Air Anyir Village are able to record and receive money properly, manage business finances, business financial conditions, provide marketing management insight and also entrepreneurial knowledge to increase partner insight. Product Packaging Training With this training, it is hoped that this training will be useful for the residents of Air Anyir Village in increasing their knowledge and abilities about making packaging for a product.

Abstract

Forest implementation as a national developmentasset is very beneficial for life and livelihood. Participation in thelevel of community involvement in the empowerment processaround the Kotawaringin forest area, Bangka Regency, BangkaBelitung Islands Province, as well as an effective communityempowerment strategy or in accordance with the socio-culturalconditions of the community around the forest area have thepotential to improve community welfare and forest sustainability.Empowering local communities aims to determine theimplementation of effective community empowerment models andstrategies for communities living around forest areas inaccordance with local conditions and potential. The communityempowerment method used is the formulation of effectivecommunity empowerment models and strategies for communitiesaround forest areas by planting hybrid coconuts that are inaccordance with local conditions and potential. Various stageswere carried out in empowering the community in the first forestarea, in the form of raising awareness by providing understandingto the community through socialization activities regarding themanagement of production forest areas. The next stage ofplanning is by involving the community in compiling activityprograms for production forest groups, community participationbecomes a learning medium for the community in compiling anactivity program. The results of this empowerment activity areseen from an economic perspective, namely that the communitycan improve the family economy by utilizing forest areas asbusiness products and utilizing production forest areas. Whenviewed from an educational perspective, it is in the form ofincreasing the capacity of human resources, community welfarein maintaining and preserving forest areas. And when viewedfrom a social perspective, namely the creation of cooperation andmutual cooperation between village communities in maintainingand utilizing production forest areas. The expected output incommunity empowerment will be input for communityempowerment around production forests in Kotawaringin, BangkaRegency.

Abstract

Pendidikan mempengaruhi aspekaspek kehidupan manusia mulai dari segi ahlak, moral, pengetahuan hingga penghidupan seseorang di masa depan. Oleh karena itu pendidikan seharusnya menjadi salah satu prioritas utama dalam pembangunan, karena tingkat pendidikan masyarakat sangat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di suatu negara yang berdaulat. Sebagian diantara masyarakat Indonesia mengalami kemiskinan yang cukup memprihatikan sehingga terjadinya mata rantai pendidikan yang terputus. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya kegiatan IbM (IPTEK bagi Masyarakat), penulis mencoba berinisiatif untuk membuat sebuah wadah pembelajaran yang disebut Rumah Pendidikan dan Revolusi Mental bagi mereka yang kurang beruntung karena tidak memiliki orang tua, putus sekolah karena kekurangan biaya dan sebagai tindakan preventif dalam rangka menurunkan gejala vandalisme dan kriminalisme di Desa Balunijuk, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Indonesia. Rumah Pendidikan dan Revolusi Mental yang penulis sediakan dibuat dengan beberapa kluster kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh peserta dengan jumlah maksimal 20 peserta dan batas waktu efektif dua bulan. Metode observasi lapangan, wawancara dan survei langsung digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran deskriptif kualitatif dankuantitatif serta uji Wilcoxon dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 22 untuk mengetahui nilai kemampuan ilmu komputer sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan para peserta. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia masyarakat perdesaaan dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur pendidikan dalam bentuk publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

The quality of public service performance has a broad impact in various parts live, especially to achieve public welfare. Therefore the efforts to improve public services must be conducted continuously by  Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja (DPMPTSP NAKER) of Pangkalpinang. The Efforts to improve the quality of services must be conducted jointly, integrated, programmed, directed, and consistent by paying attention to the needs and expectations of the public, so that the services provided to the community can be given appropriately, quickly, cheaply, openly, simply and easily implemented. The purpose of the Community Satisfaction Index Survey preparation is to find out the performance of DinasPenanaman  Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja of Pangkalpinang which will be used as a basis for making and establishing policies in order to improve the quality of public services.The Survey of Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is made refers to the provisions of  Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Number 14 Year2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing the Community Satisfaction Survey of Public Service  Providers Units of at least 9 SKM Elements. The respondents of the survey were the people who were applying for licensing at DPMPTSP NAKER of Pangkalpinang amounted to 224 people. The Community Satisfaction Index Survey is collaborating with University of Bangka Belitung through the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), which is formulated through a cooperation agreement with the service provider of Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja of Pangkalpinang.Based on the results of the IKM survey with 9 elements, obtained the value of the service element which has the lowest value is the element of Requirement (U1) with a value of 3.193 and the element that has the highest value is the Cost / Tariff (U4) of 3.767. The community satisfaction survey in the DinasPenanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dan Tenaga Kerja of Pangkalpinang with a weighted NRR of 3.374 was converted into the public satisfaction index at a service unit of 84.36, which was categorized into B or good.Keywords: Community Satisfaction Index, Public Satisfaction, Public Service

Abstract

Deshanda Craft is one of the craft businesses in East Kace Village which has been established since 2018. So researchers want to carry out research with the aim of analyzing the value of the creative economy of craft crafts at Deshanda Craft. The results of the study show that the value contained in Deshanda Craft begins with the creation stage where at this creation stage seeks innovative ideas from the internet and then modifies it to make craft patterns, then the production stage where this production stage manages input or materials in the form of nipa palm sticks as raw materials and into flower vases, baskets, tissue holders for the distribution stage in this Deshanda Craft marketed through online media to factories in the form of wholesalers, and this commercialization stage is through providing information to consumers about the products being marketed.

Abstract

Modern retail competition is getting tougher, making Indomaret need to pay attention to brand image, service quality and superior prices in order to attract purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of brand image, service quality and price on Indomaret consumers' purchasing decisions with competitive advantage as intervening variables. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires by Accidental Sampling to 161 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that partially brand image, service quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Partially brand image, service quality, price and competitive advantage have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The mediation test results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by competitive advantage. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by competitive advantage. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by competitive advantage. Keywords: brand image, competitive advantage, purchase decision, service quality

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a scourge of success in a company in maintaining its products andpersuading consumers to make purchases, so this research aims to examine both partiallyand simultaneously the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. TriSakti Lampung Group. The research design uses a quantitative approach with a total sampleof 52 consumers. The sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. While the data analysistechnique used is a questionnaire and tests the questionnaire by testing validity, reliability,and prerequisite analysis tests, namely normality, homogeneity, linearity and multipleregression through partial t tests and simultaneous tests. Abstract

The national contribution of MSMEs in supporting economic growth did not only occur during the 1998 monetary crisis but also during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The pandemic also impacts economic activity, which causes every business actor to be able to create a competitive advantage in his business. In 2020 the President of Indonesia assigned his cabinet to prioritize the potential of the digital economy to drive economic growth. With competitive digitalization, MSMEs utilize information technology through e-commerce and support Bank Indonesia in accelerating the digitization of the payment system as the implementation of the Indonesian Payment System Blueprint (BSPI) 2025 through the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS). This study aims to determine whether using e-commerce and QRIS as digital payment tools can affect or improve the sales performance of MSMEs in Belitung through competitive advantage. This research used quantitative with a survey approach of 150 respondents. The study's results partially show that e-commerce and QRIS positively and significantly affect sales performance and competitive advantage. The results of the study simultaneously showed that the F-value was greater than F-table (52.220 > 3.02), and the probability was significant (p< 0.05). The simultaneous usage of e-commerce and QRIS significantly affects the sales performance of MSMEs in Belitung through competitive advantage.

Abstract

Sentralitas Merek Menjadi Pusat Kehidupan Konsumen. Suatu merek dapat menjadi pusat kehidupan konsumen. Sejauh mana suatu merek mempunyai tempat sentral dalam kehidupan konsumen disebut sebagai sentralitas merek, yaitu hubungan keagamaan antara merek dan konsumen. Meskipun memainkan peran penting dalam bisnis fast fashion, penelitian tentang penyebab dan dampaknya masih kurang. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara harga diri, frekuensi pembelian rata-rata, dan tiga karakteristik psikologis (kesadaran mode, preferensi pembelian jangka panjang, dan harga diri), satu elemen perilaku (sentralitas merek), dan hubungan. Pada sektor quick fashion, kualitas. Desain, metode, dan strategi Pemodelan persamaan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dari survei terhadap 153 konsumen fast fashion. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa sentralitas merek berpengaruh positif berkorelasi dengan kesadaran mode dan orientasi belanja kronis, tetapi tidak dengan harga diri. Penelitian ini memiliki signifikansi besar dalam menggali keterkaitan antara merek dan kehidupan konsumen, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran, meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen, dan membangun hubungan yang lebih kuat dengan pelanggan

Abstract

Bagi pelaku usaha, adaptasi dan melakukan kreasi dengan pendekatan digital kini sudah merupakan keniscayaan. Bila pelaku usaha mampu beradaptasi, bahkan mampu menemukan peluang baru untuk pertumbuhan bisnisnya, merekalah yang mampu tetap survive di era digital. Perubahan perilaku konsumen dengan membatasi interaksi fisik dan mengurangi aktivitas di luar rumah, rupanya menjadi katalis bagi pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Tentu saja itu berlaku untuk pengusaha kecil dan menengah yang sudah terhubung dengan ekosistem digital. Hal ini tidak lepas dari masifnya literasi digital, khususnya yang dilakukan pemerintah melalui Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM. Selain pemerintah, akademisi juga menjadi salah satu peran yang tidak dapat lepas untuk mendigitalisasikan UMKM. Hal yang harus dilakukan oleh UMKM adalah melek digital dengan cara bagaimana strategi branding produk dan pemasaran digital dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan media social.
