Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how specific viral advertising elements affect Millennial consumers' purchasing decisions. We completed these two stages to reach our goal: The authors' initial step involved figuring out how the chosen features affected consumers' overall buying habits. Additionally, in the second phase, the effects of two research initiatives will be compared: ABSOLUT's viral campaign and 4KA's guerilla efforts. 360 respondents filled out a questionnaire about a sample of young clients, which provided the data for the analysis. The collaborative and cooperative millennial generation (1975-2000) Technology should only be used for passionate values and adventurous activities. The eight characteristics listed in the survey section of the questionnaire were innovation, relevance, aesthetics, clarity, comedy

Abstract

RIDA Framework yang dikembangkan oleh CrescentRating merupakan sebuah jawaban atas terhadap tantangan-tantangan yang berkembang tentang bagaiman muslim travel dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip inti pariwisata yang bertanggung jawab dengan kemajuan teknologi terbaru untuk mempersiapkan Traveler di masa depan. Tren wisata halal yang berkembang menjadikan China atau Tiongkok sebagai negara tujuan wisata terutama bagi pelancong dari Malaysia dan Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi persepsi pelancong atau muslim traveler dalam memilih China sebagai tujuan wisata dengan pendekatan RIDA Framework. Sampel penelitian menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu dengan melakukan deep interview kepada responden yang akan melakukan perjalanan ke China. Data yang didapat berasal dari agen perjalanan yang ada di Jakarta dan Bandung serta Traveler Muslim di Guangzhou dan Yunnan, China. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa muslim traveler memilih China atau Tiongkok karena budaya yang dimiliki negara ini sangatlah kental. Kultur masyarakat yang sangat menjunjung adat, istiadat serta budaya turun temurun dari nenek moyang masih sangat terjaga dengan baik. Berdasarkan RIDA (Responsible, Immersive, Digital dan Assured) Framework, pemerintah China sangat mengedepankan wisata budaya yang akan dimiliki oleh para pelancong. Selain itu digitalisasi serta keamanan di China sangatlah baik, para pelancong disuguhi kemudahan (seperti cashless) yang memudahkan pelancong dalam bertransaksi, kemudahan transportasi serta informasi destinasi yang sangat lengkap. Selain itu juga keamanan yang dijamin oleh Pemerintah Tiongkok dengan banyaknya CCTV di setiap jalanan di China.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse and determine the effect of income, savings, education level, number of household members, and household criteria (smoker and non smoker) on household consumption expenditure in Sungailiat District. This study relied on primary data from 100 household in Sungailiat District. Data analysis was performed with multiple linier regression. The results demonstrated and partially income, number of household member, and household criteria (smoker and non-smoker) had a positive and significant effect. Savings showed a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, education level provided a positive and insignificant effect. Simultaneously income, savings, eduation level, number of household member, and household criteria (smoker and non-smoker) affected household consumption expenditure in Sungailiat District. On average, Sungailiat District residents use nearly all of their earnings on consumption. Most consumption expenditures are made to meet food needs. Household with smoker spend more money on consumption than non-smokers.

Abstract

The productivity of red chili in the Central Bangka Regency is still below its genetic potential, where the genetic potential of curly red chili per hectare is 200-220 quintals. This condition raises the assumption that the production of red chili in the Central Bangka Regency is not optimal. The purpose of farmers doing red chili production activities is to make a profit. Still, if the production of red chili is not optimal, it will affect the actual profits obtained by farmers. Therefore, it is important to research the optimization of red chili production in the Central Bangka Regency. This study aimed to analyze the effect of red chili production on the total cost of red chili farming and the optimal amount of red chili production by farmers in the Central Bangka Regency. The research method used is the survey method. The sampling method is simple random sampling with a sample of 34 people. The data analysis method used in this study uses inferential statistical methods. The formulation and objectives of the first research will be answered using the total cost function in cubic form. Furthermore, to answer the formulation and objectives of the second study, an analysis will be carried out using the abc formula (quadratic formula). The analysis results show that the amount of red chili production significantly affects production costs in red chili farming in Central Bangka Regency. Still, the amount of red chili production in Bangka Regency Middle is not optimal. So that farmers can achieve the optimal amount of red chili production, farmers should be able to use production inputs efficiently in their farming.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of expectation and level of performance to determine the level of conformity and indicators that are the main priority for improvement and patient satisfaction to improve service quality and satisfy patients at the Lubuk Besar Public Health Center. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Sampling was determined by the purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that the analysis of the IPA method at the level of conformity of the 5 dimensions of service quality at the Lubuk Besar Public Health Center had a value of 73.74% in the appropriate category only on the responsiveness dimension which was still in the quite especially on the speed and accuracy attributes of doctors treating patients, speed and friendliness of administrative staff, ability to respond and resolve patient complaints. The results of the calculation of the CSI method at the Lubuk Besar Health Center by 70% means that the patient is quite satisfied, but the puskesmas still need to make improvements to the attributes that have low values to improve service quality and satisfy patients. Abstract

Modern retail competition is getting tougher, making Indomaret need to pay attention to brand image, service quality and superior prices in order to attract purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of brand image, service quality and price on Indomaret consumers' purchasing decisions with competitive advantage as intervening variables. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires by Accidental Sampling to 161 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that partially brand image, service quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Partially brand image, service quality, price and competitive advantage have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The mediation test results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by competitive advantage. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by competitive advantage. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by competitive advantage. Keywords: brand image, competitive advantage, purchase decision, service quality
