Abstract

Menyusui bayi merupakan kodrat wanita di dunia. Menyusui mempunyai banyak keuntungan baik bagi bayi, ibu, dan keluarga. Keuntungan bagi bayi, ASI mampu memenuhi kebutuhan/kecukupan nutrisi bayi sampai usia 6 bulan, ASI memiliki zat antibody yang diperlukan bayi terhindar dari penyakit infeksi dan menular, ASI meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Bagi ibu ASI memberi keuntungan dalam segi kepraktisan maksudnya ibu tidak perlu repot menyiapkan air hangat dan botol untuk menyiapkan minum bagi bayinya. Bagi keluarga ASI memberi manfaat dan keuntungan karena bayi cukup diberi ASI  sampai 6 bulan pertama sehingga menekan pengeluaran untuk membeli susu formula.Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang ASI eksklusif sehingga ibu hamil bisa mempersiapkan menyusui bayi secara eksklusif sejak dini.Di Kelurahan Giripurwo Wonogiri cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif sudah cukup tinggi yakni mencapai 90% dari jumlah total ibu menyusui (pernyataan bidan wilayah). Namun akan lebih baik jika ibu hamil diberikan tambahan informasi tentang ASI eksklusif karena persiapan menyusui secara eksklusif dimulai sejak masa kehamilan.Kegiatan dilakukan di kelas ibu hamil Kelurahan Giripurwo pada 8 ibu hamil yang hadir pada saat kegiatan PKD kelas ibu hamil Purwo Asih. Ibu hamil berjanji hanya akan memberikan ASI saja pada bayinya sampai 6 bulan pertama.Diharapkan kegiatan serupa bisa dilakukan di kelas ibu hamil yang lain di wilayah kabupaten Wonogiri mengingat pentingnya pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi.

Abstract

Problems faced by farmers in the village of North Kubang, District of Sawahlunto, West Sumatera Province is; the unoptimum knowledge of the beef catle farmers. This study aims to improve the farmers knowledge in beef cattle production. The method use was purposive sampling. Quistionaries were used in this study. The result of Kendall’s W analysis showed that mean rank of the farmers’knowledge in forage was 5.38, parent stock 5.22, feeding (consentrate) 4.38, animal healt and reproduction 2.97, marketing 1.85 and stall 1.20. By those result, farmers’stall was chosee as extension activities. In order to better understanding, the extention methode chose was farmer to farmer visit, using power point programe and brochure. Result obtained by extention activities was analyzed by descriptive method. Farmer’s knowledge in stall was 62% (category moderate).

Abstract

The title of this research is: “The Influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to DepositRatio, and Non Performing Financing to Return on Asset at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk”. Thisresearch aimed to know the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and NonPerforming Financing to Return on Asset. The method used in this research is descriptive method ofanalysis and verification method. Data collection techniques using literatureresearch (library research)and documentation research. Analysis of the data used is the classical assumption test first formmultikolonieritas test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and test for normality.Furthermore, using multiple linear regression statistical test, the coefficient of determination andtesting through the F test and t test using SPSS version 20 statistical application for Windows.  Theresearch findings show that Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, and Non PerformingFinancing simultaneously or partially no significant influence to Return on Asset. Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of service quality on customers’ satisfaction; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of service quality on customers’ trust; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of customers’ satisfaction on trust. Type of study is explanatory in explaining the relationship between variables studied by involving 180 customers of four-wheel motor vehicles in Palu with probability sampling technique. Based on the result of SEM testing, the study find that; 1) service quality has positive and significant influence on customers’ satisfaction; 2) service quality has positive and significant influence on customers’ trust; 3) customers’ satisfaction has positive and significant influence on customers’ trust.

Abstract

The aim of this research are to know phenotype and genotype diversity between population of ebony on the forest in Sulawesi specially from Central Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The study was conducted from January to April 2014, extraction of  DNA has been done in laboratory of  Biotechnology, faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Tadulako University and DNA analysis in Kyoto Perfectural University, Japan. PCR-RAPD technique was employed in this study with 4 RAPD primers. Sample from 9 population in natural forest and plant forest in Central Sulawesi and West Sulawesi and all leaf sample taken show different. There were 2 primary that resulting the best amplifying quality in genotype diversity analysis that was TCH05 and AS9870. There is unique bands on DNA fragment from Lende area, has band size 2500-3000bp while from ebony individu sample from other area locus cannot be found. Based on dendogram analysis on distance matrix revealed the 10 genotypes were grouped into two main groups. The first group population from Lende. The second group was further divided into two sub group (2A and 2B). Subgroup 2A consisted of Diospyros kaki. Subgroup 2B included population from Ako, Tibo, Bale, Tompe, Maleali, and Kasimbar.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose –This study aimed to analyze the effect of supply chain planning of operating performance through  anticipating new technologyDesign/Methodology/Approach: The research design used is hyphotesis testing and samples of this study are employees of PT Sinar Horizon Plastik consisting of 150 respondents. Analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS.Finding - The results of the research showed there were positive and significant influence on the supply chain planning on operational  performance. While the anticipation of the new technology can mediated the  effect of supply chain planning of operating performance. Keyword: suplly chain planning, in anticipation of the new technology, operational performance.AbstrakTujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja operasi melalui antisipasi teknologi baruDesain/Metodologi/Pendekatan: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Sinar Horizon Plastik yang terdiri dari 150 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan AMOS.Temuan - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja operasional. Sementara antisipasi teknologi baru dapat memediasi pengaruh perencanaan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja operasi.

Abstract

Marketing performance have attracted many practitioners and academics in the last few years, specifically for SMEs. This research aims to investigate relationhsips among entrepreneurial orientation, networking capabilities, and marketing performance, This is a descriptive research design using online survey. Data were collected employing Google online survey application through social media to SMEs in Indonesia Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square (PLS) has been utilized to examine proposed hypotheses. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation positively influences marketing performance. Further, entrepreneurial orientation performs a positive and significant effect on networking capabilities. Correspondingly, networking capability has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The findings of this study contribute to the body of knowledge in marketing literature by enlarging the linkage between entrepreneurships and social interactions in building relationships. Practical implications for managers, owners, and entrepreneurs of SMEs are acknowledged.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education in addition to providing educational services as well in the form of early childhood nutritional health services implemented through provision of a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet to help growth and support physical and spiritual development, as well as to help develop the potential for spiritual, intellectual, emotional and social intelligence in early childhood through the Provision of Healthy Food. The aims of this study were 1) to find out the mechanism for implementing healthy food at the Muslimat NU Puton Kindergarten in Pekalongan. 2) To find out the criteria for providing healthy food at the Muslimat NU Puton Kindergarten in Pekalongan. 3) To find out the extent of achievement in implementing healthy food at the Muslimat NU Puton Kindergarten in Pekalongan. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results showed that 1) The implementation of healthy food for young children in Muslimat Kindergarten NU Puton Pekalongan is given once a week which is held every Thursday at 10.00 WIB for lunch for children after carrying out learning and playing activities, the menu given every week is different Different, namely in the form of healthy snacks/snacks and main meals so that children don't get bored of receiving healthy food at school. 2) The criteria for providing healthy food to children at the Muslimat NU Puton Pekalongan Kindergarten have not been fully implemented in accordance with the existing criteria, the criteria that have not been implemented are that in the process of making food for cooks they have not used personal protective equipment (PPE) and the food ingredients used have not been fully using local ingredients. 3) The achievement of implementing healthy food at the Muslimat NU Puton Kindergarten in Pekalongan seen from the aspect of increasing children's development according to their age stages, increasing children's weight and height, as well as parental involvement in parenting activities can be said to be successful.

Abstract

Para guru mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran geometri di kelas. Kebanyakan materi geometri disampaikan secara verbal, jarang menggunakan media karena kurangnya ketersediaan media dalam materi geometri. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu guru SD/MI di Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran di kelas khususnya materi geometri. Media Tangram Interactive Game (TIG) merupakan hasil penelitian pada tahun 2016 diharapkan  dapat mengispirasi guru dalam memodifikasi pembelajaran geometri di SD. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi dilanjutkan dengan workshop pengembangan LKS dan media pembelajaran untuk materi geometri berorientasi media Tangram Interactive Game (TIG). Pendampingan oleh Tim Pengabdi dilakukan sampai dengan tahap simulasi LKS dan media yang dikembangkan. Kualitas LKS dan media yang dihasilkan para guru yang merupakan hasil luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat masuk pada kategori baik. Ditunjukkan dengan kualitas LKS dan media yang sesuai dengan materi geometri dan disertai langkah kerja yang runtut. Selain itu LKS yang dibuat memenuhi syarat didaktik 60%, syarat konstruksi 75,75% dan syarat teknis 76,25%.
