Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN 04 Lakea Kabupaten Buol melalui penggunaan pendekatan keterampilan proses. Jenis penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas yang bersiklus melalui empat tahap yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 23 yang terdiri dari 14 orang perempuan dan 9 orang laki-laki. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah aktivitas guru dan  siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dalam memahami organ-organ tubuh manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan yang berarti baik pada aktivitas guru dan siswa pada saat proses belajar maupun hasil belajar. Peningkatan itu dapat dilihat pada setiap siklus yaitu pada tes awal daya serap klasikal  58%, lalu mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I menjadi 74,34% dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 82,39%, sehingga tingkat keberhasilan daya serap klasikal berada pada kategori baik. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal dari tes awal 21,73% lalu pada siklus I 69,56% lalu meningkat lagi menjadi pada siklus II 95,65%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa taraf keberhasilan pada siklus II berada pada kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan data tersebut maka disimpulkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan keterampilan proses dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN 04 Lakea Kabupaten Buol. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui Implementasi Program Sosial Bank Indonesia kantor perwakilan wilayah Sulawesi Selatan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan Studi Kasus Pengembangan Desa Wisata Binaan Rammang-Rammang kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, dengan subyek penelitian adalah dua orang pegawai Bank Indonesia KPW Sulawesi Selatan, satu orang Volunter penggerak desa wisata Rammang-Rammang, satu orang ketua kelompok sadar wisata, empat orang masyarakat desa Rammang-Rammang, dua orang pemilik perahu, satu orang kepala desa Salenrang, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan keputusan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah adanya bantuan program sosial Bank Indonesia kantor perwakilan Sulawesi Selatan maka kondisi kesejahteraan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan terutama dalam hal pendapatan masyarakat, infrastruktur daerah wisata, pendampingan masyarakat mengenai pengembangan desa wisata Rammang-Rammang kabupaten Maros.

Abstract

Abstract:  This community service (PKM) focuses on improving students' social media literacy skills through virtual classroom-based learning at PPs UIT Public Health. This determination of increasing social media literacy skills is motivated by the low level of social media literacy skills and information media design among students. In addition, the massive spread of Covid-19 protocol information in the community as well as the new phenomenon of social media users that increased during the pandemic. The goals achieved by this PKM: 1) improve social media literacy skills and information media design among students through virtual classroom-based learning activities 2) invite social media design practitioners as guest lecturers to share knowledge, 3) provide work experience for lecturers and students, 4) design the covid-19 health protocol information media. The method used is through lectures and demonstrations. Demonstration related materials were delivered through interactive dialogue. Furthermore, it is carried out with media design practices and uploaded to social media. This PKM produces health promotion product outcomes. Some of the components that have been achieved include: 1) achievement of the goals of PKM activities, 2) achieving the target material that has been compiled, 3) producing a media design for the Covid-19 health protocol information which is then shared on social media.Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan literasi media sosial mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis virtual classroom di Kesehatan Masyarakat PPs UIT. Penentuan peningkatan kemampuan literasi media sosial ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kemampuan literasi media sosial dan desain media informasi di kalangan Mahasiswa. Selain itu, penyebaran informasi protokol covid-19 dimasyarakat yang masif serta fenomena baru pengguna media sosial yang meningkat di masa pandemi. Tujuan yang dicapai PKM ini : 1) meningkatkan kemampuan literasi media sosial dan desain media informasi di kalangan mahasiswa melalui kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis virtual classroom 2) mendatangkan praktisi desain media sosial sebagai dosen tamu untuk sharing ilmu, 3) memberikan pengalaman kerja untuk dosen dan mahasiswa, 4) membuat desain media informasi protokol kesehatan covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui ceramah dan demonstrasi. Materi-materi terkait demonstrasi disampaikan melalui dialog interaktif. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan dengan praktik desain media dan diupload ke media sosial. PKM ini menghasilkan outcome media promosi kesehatan. Beberapa komponen yang berhasil dicapai diantaranya: 1) ketecapaian tujuan kegiatan PKM berdasarkan evaluasi terlaksana 70%, 2) tercapainya target materi yang telah susun berdasarkan evaluasi terlaksana 75%, 3) menghasilkan desain media informasi protokol kesehatan Covid-19 yang selanjutnya dishare ke media social berdasarkan evaluasi terlaksana 90%.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that are growing and expanding in society. Institutionally, Islamic boarding schools have potential and opportunities to be developed and empowered. In fact, many of their graduates are unemployed and cannot compete in society. This research aims to determine the Islamic entrepreneurship education model as a concept for empowering Islamic boarding schools. Background problem: Previously studied Mostly focused on General entrepreneurship education at the boarding school This Islamic boarding school is not optimal in increasing interest and culture student entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools. Novelty: The current study fills a gap, namely the inconsistencies of previous studies address problems directly, interest and increase the culture of entrepreneurship as an empowerment concept in Islamic boarding schools in increasing entrepreneurship and independence. Method study: Method used in this research qualitative methods. The data collected is analyzed systematically qualitatively using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. Activity in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. Findings/Results: The Islamic Entrepreneurship Education Model reveals that the scope of Islamic entrepreneurship education must include four criteria First character. Second Draft. Third Skills. Empowerment concept includes; identify business potential, capital capacity, and improvements management of Islamic boarding schools. Conclusion Research findings shows the Islamic entrepreneurship education model as an empowerment concept in Islamic boarding schools can increase interest, independence and entrepreneurial culture

Abstract

The problem of financing for small scale fisherman has become a phenomenon that until today has not been overcome, even though it is seen from the potential of fisheries and Indonesian sea which is quite extensive if managed properly it will provide a large contribution to the country. This study aims to (1) understand the phenomena of financing small scale fisherman in Untia village and identify the problems being experienced by small scale fisherman. (2) Finding the suitability of financing should be given to small scale fisherman that Islamic finance. This study uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, data analysis focuses on the problem of research, namely the problem of financing small-scale fisherman in Untia village. As for the results of this study, the problems of small-scale fishermen are grouped into four. If the problem is caused by technical factors then the financing models that can be given is Ijara and murabaha. If the problems caused by cultural factors then the financing model that can be given is qardh. Problems caused by natural factors then the financing models that can be given is qardh education and greetings. If the problem is caused by factors Infrastructure provisioning then the financing models that can be given is the policy through sukuk.

Abstract

During initial observations in June 2024 at UPT SPF SD Inpres Kera-kera, teacher performance was well identified from planning, implementation to learning evaluation. However, there are still gaps that make implementation less than optimal, such as the lack of innovation and new ideas for educational development. Ineffective principal supervision and poor communication also hamper teacher performance. The results of the study indicate that: 1) the influence of entrepreneurial competence of the principal on teacher performance with both aspects playing an important role in improving education in schools. 2) the influence of principal supervision on teacher performance is interrelated, this can be seen from the principal's supervision which includes planning academic supervision programs, implementing academic supervision, and following up on the results of academic supervision effectively playing a direct role in implementing teacher performance at school. 3). Knowing the influence between entrepreneurial competence and principal supervision has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at UPT SPF SD Inpres Kera-Kera, with the results of the multiple linear regression hypothesis test obtained with a significance value of 0.003

Abstract

This synergy model refers to collaboration between technology and business expertise in the context of technopreneurship education. A modern approach through technopreneurship education can help MSMEs adopt an effective financial bookkeeping system, including the use of technology in carrying. This research aims to determine and analyze the synergy and administration model of financial bookkeeping through technopreneurship education which has an impact on increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research was carried out at the Culinary Food MSMEs located in Gowa Regency and Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. The data analysis method in this research uses qualitative data analysis. This research method aims to get general answers about cause and effect by analyzing the factors that cause phenomena in the concepts raised in this research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews with informants from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The steps in qualitative analysis techniques start from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the synergy model that was designed has a positive impact, but the synergy model through technopreneurship education is less effective in being implemented by MSMEs so that the competitiveness of MSMEs is not optimal. Apart from that, MSMEs tend to carry out financial administration manually and irregularly so that bookkeeping administration through technopreneurship does not have an impact on increasing competitiveness. Meanwhile, technopreneurship education is very useful and has an impact, but the competitiveness of MSMEs has not fully increased.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational culture (OC) and human resource development practice (HR) on knowledge assets (KA) and knowledge transfer performance (KT). This type of research is survey research that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The population in this study were all staff in the PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar of 197 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. The results of the study show that OC and HR have a significant impact on KA. KA has a significant impact on KT, while OC and HR are not significant on KT. Finally, the perceived benefits of OC and HR can create positive attitudes about KA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is "To find out the post-pandemic economic growth recovery strategy through strengthening the potential of the village in the agricultural sector. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using an evaluative approach based on research data analysis using a SWOT matrix analysis. This analysis is suitable for determining economic recovery strategies by taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of the agricultural village potential and taking into account external opportunities and threats. The results of the analysis conclude that: a) Strategic application of sustainable farming methods (sustainable farming) is needed in order to deal with the problems of threats faced by farmers caused by a decrease in the quality of soil fertility due to excessive use of fertilizers so that production levels decrease. b) Government policy strategies are needed in the practice of improving post-pandemic economic practices, namely that business people and the government can operate responsibly to gain profits. So that farmers can benefit more from their crops and be more active after their income decreases during a pandemic, so the government can benefit from reducing the cost of rice imports. c) The government needs to carry out a strategy for optimizing the strengthening of village potential in the agricultural sector because villages have sufficient potential because the land in the village is still very large and is indeed suitable for agriculture. With efforts to focus on optimizing village farmers, the welfare of farmers who have so far been under-empowered can improve. They will get the opportunity to further develop with the support and attention from the government. d) Technology application strategy for agriculture so that agricultural products are of the best quality and quantity because actually the high public consumption of food needs is getting higher post-pandemic.
