Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, employee engagement, budaya organisasi, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Bone-bone. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 43 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir (β=0,319, p=0,012), employee engagement (β=0,307, p=0,015), budaya organisasi (β=0,245, p=0,046), dan budaya kerja (β=0,297, p=0,017) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara simultan, keempat variabel berpengaruh signifikan (F=18,742, p<0,001) dengan kontribusi 66,3% terhadap kinerja guru. Pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh paling dominan, menunjukkan pentingnya program peningkatan kompetensi guru secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Background: Labor pain and anxiety, primarily caused by uterine contractions, are common experiences during childbirth and can lead to complications if not properly managed. Non-pharmacological methods such as endorphin massage and nutmeg aromatherapy offer promising alternatives for pain and anxiety reduction. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of endorphin massage in combination with nutmeg aromatherapy in reducing pain and anxiety during the active phase of the first stage of labor.Methods: A quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group was employed. The intervention group received endorphin massage alongside nutmeg aromatherapy, while the control group was given nutmeg aromatherapy alone. A total of 52 laboring women in the active phase of first-stage labor at Labuha Regional Hospital during May–June 2025 were recruited using purposive sampling, with 26 participants in each group. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets. Descriptive statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, and both paired and unpaired statistical tests were utilized. The Mann-Whitney U test was used to assess group differences.Results: In the control group, Wilcoxon tests showed significant reductions in both pain (p = 0.000) and anxiety levels (p = 0.000) following the aromatherapy intervention. The treatment group demonstrated a significantly greater reduction in pain (Z = -6.102, p = 0.000) and anxiety (Z = -3.074, p = 0.002) compared to the control group, indicating the added benefit of endorphin massage.Conclusion: The combination of endorphin massage and nutmeg aromatherapy is effective in significantly reducing labor-related pain and anxiety. This method may be recommended as a supportive non-pharmacological intervention to enhance maternal comfort and care quality during labor, particularly by midwives.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) is a condition arising from insufficient food intake, leading to chronic health issues. Among adolescent girls, factors such as body image concerns and dietary habits contribute to the development of CED. This study aimed to examine variations in students' intake, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors before and after receiving nutritional counseling at Private Madrasah Aliyah Alauddin. Employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, the study involved 49 subjects. Data analysis included univariate tests, normality tests, as well as paired t-tests and wilcoxon tests. The findings indicated that nutritional counseling had a positive impact on subjects’ knowledge and behaviors, though no significant changes were observed in attitudes and dietary intake. The results emphasized the importance of regulating dietary habits. Additionally, the study suggests that, as a follow-up to nutritional counseling, students should actively engage in peer counseling initiatives for adolescents within the school community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi, kerapatan, frekuensi, dominasi dan Index nilai penting untuk tiang dan pancang pada areal KPHP Makbon Kabupaten Sorong.  Dengan menggunakan metode transek atau jalur berpetak dengan luasan 5 ha (50.000 m2 ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada tingkat pancang terdapat 56 jenis vegetasi berjumlah 1136 individu dan tingkat, tiang sebanyak 43 jenis vegetasi berjumlah 692 individu. Komposisi jenis vegetasi yang terdapat pada hutan produksi makbon KPHP Kabupaten Sorong untuk tingkat pancang terdapat 56 jenis tumbuhan terdiri dari 36 family dan untuk tingkat tiang terdapat 43 jenis tumbuhan terdiri dari 38 family dan semua telah teridentifikasi. Jumlah tingkat pancang yaitu 56 jenis dengan nilai kerapatan (K) terbesar terdapat pada jenis jambu (Syzygium, sp) yaitu sebesar 50,8/ha dengan kerapatan relatif (KR) sebesar 22,36%, nilai frekuensi (F) sebesar 2,03, frekuensi relatif (FR) sebesar 22,35%, dominasi (C) sebesar 0,1536, dominasi relatif (CR) sebesar 23,00% dan Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) sebesar 67,72. Jumlah tingkat tiang yaitu 43 jenis dengan nilai kerapatan (K) terbesar terdapat pada jenis jambu (Syzygium, sp) yaitu sebesar 38/ha dengan kerapatan relatif (KR) sebesar 27,46%, frekuensi (F) sebesar 1,52, frekuensi relatif (FR) sebesar 27,44%, dominasi (C) sebesar 0,6262, dominasi relatif (CR) sebesar 25,68% dan Indeksi Nilai Penting (INP) sebesar 80,60.

Abstract

This study examines labor, government expenditure and economic growth in Enrekang Regency. The approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of research used is a correlational research design that is to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Population in this study is the entire community which includes a workforce of 9,588 people and a sample of 99 inhabitants. Methods of data collection by questionnaire research, field and literature. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that labor is not significant to economic growth and government expenditure significant to economic growth in Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan kontribusi Pajak Daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series yang bersumber dari Badan Pusan Statistik Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dinas Pendapatan daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil Analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan pajak daerah cukup efektif dengan perensentase rata-rata di atas 90 persen pertahun. Sementara Kontribusi pajak daerah terhadap pendapatan asli daerah cukup besar yaitu mencapai rata-rata 88 persen dalam 8 tahun terakhir.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence education has on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Makassar City. The research carried out was a type of quantitative research, using secondary data related to education and HDI in Makassar City during the 2012-2022 period. The research results show that education has a positive and significant influence on HDI in Makassar City. This is proven through the results of data processing which shows the education variable coefficient is 3.586 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). In other words, education significantly influences the increase in HDI in Makassar City. These findings emphasize the importance of efforts to improve the education sector as one of the main strategies for improving the quality of life and welfare of the people in Makassar City. Thus, the government and stakeholders are expected to continue to prioritize investment in the education sector to encourage better development in the Human Development Index in the region

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing public interest in Hajj savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Enrekang Branch and the challenges faced in its utilization. The research employs a qualitative case study approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing with source and technique triangulation for validity testing.The findings show that public interest is influenced by trust in the bank, ease of registration processes, economic conditions, promotion, and service quality. The main challenges identified are limited access to branch offices and insufficient public understanding of Islamic banking products and principles. These findings indicate the need for enhanced education and equitable service distribution to optimize community participation in Hajj savings.
