Abstract

Tahfizh Anak Usia Dini Kuttab Rumah Quran (TAUD KRQ) is an educational institution that concentrates on educating Quran from the early age.  TAUD is a tahfidz program for the 3-6 years old children, enjoyable activities with the Quran is the approach. The expectation of this program is they would have kind of passion and good at memorizing the Quran, so that one day he would become Hamilul Quran, Insya Allah. TAUD KRQ in its implementation to create hafiz (memorizers) of the Quran ideally should have learning facilities and a balanced playing considering TAUD students are the early childhood who are still love to play. To achieve these ideal conditions, TAUD KRQ requires the cooperation from various parties.  The reforms that must be equipped to achieve goals are the improvement of indoor and outdoor learning facilities, information media and motivational instructor. By the Observation, Survey, consultation, training, discussion, and  direct practice method, the results of community service activities are as follows: 1) Issues the aspects of outdoor facilities are assisted by repairing playgrounds, building condition with colors that match as bright and colorful, 2) Issues of Indoor facilities are assisted with the provision of Learning Media like 2 pieces of magnetic blackboard, printers, puzzle games, 20 writing tables and puzzle rugs to play on the floor.  3) Issues human resources are assisted by conducting motivational training for administrators and teachers, 4) Issues of marketing are assisted by creating a Blog.

Abstract

Sepatu ventela merupakan brand sepatu lokal. Melalui kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dan keberhasilan dalam upaya membangun Brand Image melakukan kolaborasi dengan orang ternama membuat sepatu merek Ventela banyak digemari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu ventela pada Mahasiswa Program Studi D4 Manajemen Pemasaran Politeknik Negeri Malang Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dengan variabel bebas kualitas produk (X1) dan brand image (X2), serta variabel terikat keputusan pembelian (Y). Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 116 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji parsial yang diperoleh bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, pada variabel brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada Uji Simultan diperoleh bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Mahasiswa Program Studi D4 Manajemen Pemasaran Politeknik Negeri Malang Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 melakukan keputusan pembelian sepatu ventela dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas produk dan brand image.

Abstract

Implementing religious moderation in Islamic educational institutions, such as pesantren, has received important attention and massive efforts to strengthen moderate religious understanding in a multicultural society. This paper aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation in pesantren in East Kalimantan. This paper is a qualitative research on pesantrens in East Kalimantan supplemented by relevant secondary sources. This paper reveals that the strategic steps taken by several pesantren in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, in implementing religious moderation are in the form of designing and implementing policies from pesantren leaders that support the creation of moderate attitudes and perspectives in the pesantren environment. These policies include instilling an understanding of religious moderation during the debriefing and introduction of new santri, doctrinalization at the graduation ceremony of santri, recruitment of strict and selective teaching staff, management of the pesantren unit curriculum that integrates religious moderation, determination of reference books for learning following the theology of ahlusunah waljamaah, strengthening value education and rules through a special curriculum, and others. This paper proves that the implementation of religious moderation in pesantren in East Kalimantan is not only through formal pesantren curricula but also through special pesantren curricula. Implementing religious moderation in pesantren in East Kalimantan requires policies of pesantren leaders that support the creation of moderate religious attitudes and perspectives in the environment. Thus, implementing religious moderation in pesantren in East Kalimantan cannot be separated from the curriculum and pesantren system.

Abstract

Freeze drying is an effective method for preserving heat-sensitive fruits such as dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) by removing moisture through sublimation. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of blanching pretreatment on the quality attributes of freeze-dried dragon fruit, including moisture content, color, total soluble solids (TSS), and texture. A completely randomized design with two treatments (blanched at 90°C for 3 minutes and unblanched) and three replications was employed. Samples were cut into 1 mm and 3 mm thicknesses and freeze-dried at –50°C and 20 Pa for 24 hours. Results showed that blanching significantly reduced moisture content (final difference ≈1%), but also led to greater color degradation (lower L∗  and a∗  values, higher ΔE) and softer texture compared to unblanched samples. TSS values were lower in blanched samples. In conclusion, blanching enhances drying efficiency but compromises color, texture, and soluble solids retention in freeze-dried dragon fruit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the professionalism of Arabic language educators through the perspective of ethical philosophy and its implications for teacher competency development. The approach used is library research with a qualitative-descriptive method, through theoretical studies and critical analysis of literature related to professionalism, deontological ethics, and Arabic language education. The results of the study show that the professionalism of Arabic language teachers does not only depend on mastery of technical competencies—such as pedagogy, linguistics, and learning methodology—but also on the internalisation of ethical values such as honesty, responsibility, fairness, and cultural sensitivity. Within the framework of deontological ethics, teachers are positioned as moral agents who have an obligation to educate with integrity and social responsibility. The main challenges identified include the incompatibility of teachers' academic backgrounds, the lack of integration of professional ethics in the teacher training curriculum, and bureaucratic pressure oriented towards quantitative results. The implications of this study emphasise the importance of integrating a professional ethics curriculum, moral reflection-based training, and the establishment of a code of ethics and ethical supervision mechanisms as strategies for developing the competence of professional and ethical Arabic language teachers. Thus, the development of teacher professionalism must be directed holistically, covering technical, moral, and spiritual aspects so that Arabic language learning can take place in a meaningful and transformative manner. Abstract

This research was conducted in a tourist area that combines agricultural and heritage (agri-tage) tourism.This study aims to: 1) analyze the influence of tourist attractions on the development of tourism destination , 2) analyze the influence tourism support facilities on the development of tourism destination,3) analyze the influence of image and promotion on the development of tourism destination, 4) analyze the influence of the role of government on the development of tourism destination, and 5) analyze the influence of community engagement on the development of tourism destination. Sekaran Hamlet, Sekarpuro Village, Malang Regency offers cultural tourism potential, namely ancient sites (pre-Majapahit sacred buildings) and agricultural panoramas. The population was a rural community, and the sample size was 373 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The result show: 1) Tourist attractions have a significant effect on the development of tourism destination, 2) Tourism support facilities don’t have a significant effect on the development of tourism destination,3) Image and promotion have a significant effect on the development of tourism destination, 4) The role of government have a significant effect on the development of tourism destination, and 5) Community engagement on the development of tourism destination. Heritage and agricultural attractions have a dominant influence on tourism development, as most respondents considered the Sekaran Site and its history to be the primary draw for tourists. Furthermore, the natural scenery, including expansive rice fields and agricultural activities, directly accessible to tourists, creates a very different atmosphere from many other tourist destinations that prioritize modern entertainment. These factors offer a more in-depth experience and foster educational aspects and awareness of the importance of sustainability. Supporting tourism facilities are not as influential as cultural and agricultural attractions in the development of tourism destination in Sekarpuro Village. This can be explained because educational tourism based on culture and agriculture prioritizes direct experience and interaction with nature and local culture and does not rely entirely on physical facilities such as parking or restaurants. While adequate facilities are still necessary, the primary appeal of this tourism lies in the educational experiences offered by the Sekaran Site and the surrounding agricultural areas
