Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and give meaning to the direct influence of organizational culture on personnel performance, organizational culture on job satisfaction and job satisfaction on personnel performance. In addition, it also analyzes and gives meaning to job satisfaction mediating the influence of organizational culture on personnel performance. The research method uses SEM analysis techniques with Smart PLS. The population and sample used were 67 personnel of Patroliairud Subdit Ditpolairud Polda Jatim with a sampling technique using the census technique. The Likert scale used is a scale of one to five. With data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the study explain that organizational culture has an influence on personnel performance, organizational culture influences performance and job satisfaction influences personnel performance. In addition, the results of the study stated that job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on personnel performance. Theoretically, this research contribution is able to contribute to attribution theory where personnel and leaders attribute the cause of good or bad performance, satisfaction or dissatisfaction will affect their reactions, motivation, and subsequent behavior. Leaders must implement and socialize organizational culture in the Patroliairud Subdit Ditpolairud Polda Jatim, able to make personnel satisfied with the work done which ultimately provides a positive contribution to employee performance

Abstract

In entering the globalization era with various challenges that exist it will requires us to adjust to that situation. One way to adjust to this dynamic changes is through innovate. This research include in qualitative research by systematic literature research method that intensive and in-depth. In this research, the author tries to identify, collect, investigate and evaluate all the literature used to inform the readers. The researcher collects all the literature in the form of scientific journals/thesis/dissertation related to the innovative behavior of Civil Servants in Indonesia from the Google Scholar database source and produces 38 (thirty-eight) for screening categorization and only 8 (eight) documents related to innovative behavior of Civil Servants. The author conducts a thematic analysis by explaining in problem boundaries section so the important factors regarding an innovative civil servants could be obtained. From these analysis results, it can be concluded that innovative behavior consists of internal factors such as self-efficacy, openness to experience, creativity and psychological capital. Beside that, there are also an external factors such as job demands and job resources, organizational climate and culture, knowledge management and leadership. Thus, the managerial implications for Civil Services needs to transform the mindset by fostering self-efficacy in their environment so as to try new ways or methods in completing work, as well as being open and willingness to accept new ideas from others and sharpening creativity in solving problems.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Nutrisi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang harus dipenuhi dan harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, terutama pada ibu postpartum dimana masih ada luka perineum ataupun luka caesar, gizi diperlukan dalam proses penyembuhan luka tersebut. Bidan sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang berperan penting dalam penyampaian informasi kesehatan, berkewajiban untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada ibu dengan metode yang tepat. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian KIE dengan pengetahuan tentang nutrisi ibu pada masa nifas di desa Geudong-geudong, kecamatan Kota Juang, kabupaten bireuen. Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total populasi dengan cara kunjungan rumah yang berjumlah 68 ibu. Hasil : Dari hasil uji statistic chi-square antara pemberian KIE dengan pengetahuan tentang nutrisi ibu pada masa nifas diperoleh hasil nilai p value (0,000) <dari α (0,05). Kesimpulan : Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pemberian KIE dengan pengetahuan tentang nutrisi ibu pada masa nifas.Kata kunci : Pemberian KIE, Pengetahuan Tentang Nutrisi Masa Nifas

Abstract

Hallyu merupakan istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan kecintaan terhadap budaya Korea Selatan dan produknya di mata Internasional. Hallyu berkembang dengan cepat ke seluruh dunia terutama Asia, termaksud Cina. Hubungan bilateral yang terjalin diantara kedua negara semakin mempermudah produk hiburan Korea Selatan mulai dari K-pop (Korean Pop Musik), Drama Korea, Film Korea, Album Musik Korea memasuki pasar hiburan Cina. Banyaknya produk hiburan Korea Selatan yang masuk ke Cina membuat Cina menjadi pasar luar negeri kedua terbesar setelah Jepang bagi produk tersebut. Menariknya, pada Agustus 2016 Pemerintah Cina melarang atau memboikot berlangsungnya salah satu konser bintang K-pop (Korean Pop), yaitu EXO yang kemudian diikuti dengan dikeluarkannya peraturan tidak tertulis yang ditujukan untuk stasiun televisi Cina agar tidak menayangkan produk hiburan yang berkaitan dengan Korea Selatan pada November 2016. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kulitatif dan trade-peace model sebagai kerangka teori diperoleh tiga alasan yang melatarbelakangi pemboikotan produk hiburan Korea Selatan oleh Cina pada tahun 2016 yaitu, untuk melindungi produk hiburan dalam negeri Cina, adanya pesan atau pengaruh implisit dalam Drama Korea Selatan, serta sebagai upaya balasan terkait THAAD (Terminal High Altitude di Area Defense) Korea Selatan.

Abstract

Improving the quality of midwifery education is essential to ensure competent graduates capable of contributing to the reduction of maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. This study aims to review the challenges and strategies for strengthening the quality of vocational midwifery education through a narrative review of 14 national and international articles. Using a thematic analysis approach, the literature was synthesized to identify key issues affecting educational quality. The findings indicate several major challenges, including variations in lecturer and clinical preceptor competencies, limited laboratory and clinical learning facilities, theory–practice gaps, inconsistent implementation of internal quality assurance, and difficulties in applying competency-based curricula. Strategies for improving quality include strengthening QA and PDSA cycles, implementing ISO 9001:2015, optimizing simulation-based learning, enhancing educator capacity, and integrating interprofessional collaboration competencies. This review highlights the need for systemic and continuous efforts to improve the quality of midwifery education in Poltekkes.

Abstract

Rendahnya pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai Diabetes Melitus Gestasional (DMG) serta belum terlaksananya Pemantauan Mandiri Kadar Glukosa Darah (PMKGD) menjadi permasalahan utama di wilayah Puskesmas Samarinda Kota, meskipun kasus DMG menunjukkan peningkatan dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya upaya peningkatan literasi kesehatan dan keterampilan ibu hamil melalui edukasi dan pelatihan terstruktur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu hamil mengenai DMG dan PMKGD di wilayah Puskesmas Samarinda Kota. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi edukasi partisipatif mengenai DMG dan pelatihan praktik penggunaan glukometer. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre–post test pengetahuan serta observasi keterampilan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, dengan kategori “baik” meningkat dari 10% menjadi 80%, dan seluruh peserta mampu melakukan PMKGD dengan benar. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan literasi kesehatan ibu hamil dan mendukung pencegahan komplikasi DMG. Program serupa direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan dalam Kelas Ibu Hamil sebagai deteksi dini berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of business ethics in the governance of urban community savings and loan funds and its implications for non-performing loans in Airlangga Village, Gubeng District, Surabaya. Community-based savings and loan funds serve as an economic empowerment mechanism that relies on trust, responsibility, transparency, and accountability in their management. Nevertheless, loan default remains a significant challenge that may threaten program sustainability and weaken trust among members. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving fund administrators, borrowing members, and other relevant stakeholders. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and thematic conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that business ethics principles have generally been integrated into the governance of community savings and loan funds, particularly in terms of honesty, responsibility, and deliberative decision-making. However, several challenges persist, including inadequate borrower eligibility assessment, low repayment discipline, and the influence of close social relationships that often reduce objectivity in lending decisions. These conditions contribute to the emergence of non-performing loans and create ethical dilemmas for administrators when carrying out collection activities and imposing sanctions. The study concludes that strengthening ethics-based governance is essential through improved transparency, consistent enforcement of regulations, and enhanced financial literacy among members. These findings provide practical insights for community savings and loan managers in developing more sustainable, accountable, and ethical financial management systems while maintaining the social values that underpin community-based financial institutions.

Abstract

Background : Global Breastfeeding Scorecard report that evaluates breastfeeding data from 194 countries, the percentage of infants under six months who are exclusively breastfed is only 9.79% (9 countries). Meanwhile, in Indonesia exclusive breastfeeding for 0-6 months is only 50.67%. Several factor inhibiting exclusive breastfeeding such as lack of breast care during antenatal and physiological conditions of the breast before or during breastfeeding. Pregnant women have difficulty expressing breast milk on the first day until third day after giving birth. One of the alternative method to speed up the breast milk production time is using hypnobreastfeeding and breast exercises.Methods: Quasi Experiment with Static Group Comparison design. Hypnobreastfeeding and breast exercises are independent variables. Breast milk production time is the dependent variable. The research sample was third trimester pregnant women whose breast milk has not come out at the Clinic Samarinda City. Total sample are 38 respondents and used purposive sampling. Samples were selected by according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Technique analysis data bivariate used Chi-Square.Result: ρvalue (0.016) < α (0.05). The relative risk (RR) is 5,152.Conclusion: The combination of hypnobreastfeeding and breast exercises is effective on breast milk production time in third trimester pregnant women at the Clinic Samarinda City. Researchers suggest that health workers can provide training on hypnobreastfeeding and breast exercises to pregnant women whose breast milk has not come out (from 28-36 weeks of gestation), training can be done from 36 weeks of gestation.
