Abstract

Education isone of the requirement simproving the quality of human resources developmentgoals. Informatics & Business Institute Darmajaya Lampung is a vehicle for improving the quality ofhuman resources. Successin learning can be affected by many factors, one of which is motivation,motivationto foster the spirit of learning so that students are motivated and happy to do the act oflearning. Student learning motivation Informatics & Business Management Institute DarmajayaLampung not optimal inlectures, judging from the large number of students who have not reached2.75 at 51%. This study aimed tomeasure the influence of motivation on student achievementInformatics & Business Management Institute Darmajaya Lampung.The study population wasall the management students of class of 2009, 2010 and 2011during the year 2012 at the Institute of Informatics & Business Lampung Darmajaya of 588 studentswho subs equently obtained a sample of 85 respondents. Hypothesis testing results obtainedamounted to 3,741t value > table 1.664. Motivation means significantly influence studentachievement Informatics & Business Management Institute Darmajaya Lampung. The coefficient ofdetermination value generating the value of r Square of 0.144 indicates that student achievementInformatics & Business Management Institute Darmajaya Lampung influenced by the motivation of14.4%.

Abstract

PT. IndosatTbkis a company which establised as Foreign Stock Investment Company ininternational telecommunication service agency field in Indonesia in 1967. In 1980 the governmenttook over all Indosat stocks. The vission is to provide and develop service product and as thesolution to qualified motivation to give the benefit for the users. The purpose of this research todetermine the influence of discipline toward working productivity of PT. Indosat Tbk employeesBandar Lampung branch. The research place is in Bandar Lampung which is located in PT.INDOSAT at Wolter Mongonsidi Street No. 100, Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung with the number ofrespondents are 40 employees. The analysis used SPSS 16.0. the number of samples are 40respondents by using questionnaire from PT. IndosatTbk employees of Bandar Lampung branch.The simple linier regression analysis is gotten R value = 0,369, R square 0,136 while on t test ofdiscipline variable is gotten as 2,450 > t table 1,684 so the result of this research shows that there isno influence significantly of discipline toward working productivity of PT. Indosat Tbk employeesBandar Lampung branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bunda Asy-Syifa. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat penurunan kinerja tenaga medis, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penurunan kinerja di sebabkan oleh kurangnya pelatihan dan pemberian insentif terhadap karyawan di rumah sakit ibu dan anak Bunda Asy-Syifa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang dengan jumlah sampel penelitian yang sama dengan populasi yaitu sebanyak 55 orang yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang sebelumnya telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada tenaga medis, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Tenaga Medis, terdapat pengaruh secara silmultan antara pelatihan dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja tenaga medis rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Bunda Asy-Syifa. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, pelatihan, pemberian insentif

Abstract

The Joint Business Group (KUB) “Mutiara” has a business in processing filter material into several products such as caps, bags, clothes and slings. Determination of selling prices and marketing (marketing) is a problem faced by KUB Mutiara. The determination of the selling price only takes into account wages without reviewing the market price. The marketing model is done by entrusting the goods to the sales center. This community service aims to provide training for determining selling prices and digital marketing. The method used is counseling and training for KUB Mutiara employees. There are 10 craftsmen and 3 admins who are trained to improve product innovation, pricing and digital marketing training. The results achieved after dedication, product innovation grew by 85%, understanding of price determination from not understanding to understanding, increasing sales by 70%

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan persepsi para karyawan tentang seberapa jauh pekerjaan seseorang memberikan segala sesuatu yang dipandang penting melalui hasil kerjanya. Kepuasan kerja juga merupakan salah satu alasan meningkatnya komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja juga dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan fisik perusahaan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah penurunan kepuasan kerja yang di duga karena kurangnya komitmen organisasi atau keterikatan karyawan pada perusahaan dengan lingkungan kerja fisik yang diduga menjadi faktor penyebabnya melemahnya kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Jaya Berkat Usaha Farmasi Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode sintesa dan menggunakan uji statistik untuk validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji prasyarat analisis, regreais linear berganda, uji t dn uji F. Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh Komitmen Organisasi, dan Lingkungan kerja fisik serta mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang tinggi. Sedangkan hasil uji menggunakan Uji t menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap Kepuasan kerja (Y) Paada hasil uji F didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Komitmen Organisasi (X1), dan Lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) terhadap Kepuasan kerja (Y). Karyawan PT Jaya Berkat Usaha Farmasi Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Lampung merupakan Provinsi yang terletak di pintu gerbang Pulau Sumatera memiliki dua unsure masyarakat adat yaitu Papadun dan Saibatin yang biasa disebut Ulun Lampung. Seiring dengan visi dan misi Provinsi Lampung untuk terus melestarikan adat (budaya) nya termasuk seni Ukir Lampung , maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ukir lampung ini untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan seni ukir lampung melalui pengrajin di daerah Langkapura Kemiling Bandar Lampung dan SMK Ukir seperti SMK Negeri 5 Sukabumi Bandar Lampung. Keberlangsungan kerajinan ukir Lampung ini sehingga dapat meningkatnya peran kelembagaan dalam permodalan UMKM dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal yang berdaya saing, menurunnya angka kemiskinan menjadi 20%, meningkatnya jumlah kegiatan seni dan budaya, meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara dan yang berkunjung ke Provinsi Lampung untuk melihat produksi ukir Lampung dan membeli secara langsung dari tempat produksinya, berkurangnya jumlah penyandang masalah kesejahteraan sosial (PMKS), meningkatnya akses dan kualitas prasarana dan sarana perhubungan terutama untuk pendistribusian hasil kerajinan ukirs. Metode yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, penyajian materi melalui penugasan praktek, refleksi dan penutupan program serta sosilisasi penggunaan E-Commerce untuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada pelaksanaan pelatihan ukir kelompok pengukir baik pengrajin dan Siswa SMK Negri 5 Sukabumi Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce menyebabkan berbelanja secara konvensional sudah banyak ditinggalkan oleh generasi milenial, menandakan bahwa bisnis e-commerce menjadi sebuah ladang bisnis yang sangat potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU) mempengaruhi  attitude to use dan repurchase intention. Data yang didapatkan berasal dari 100 responden. Model penelitian dengan tiga hipotesis ini diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa variabel  perceived ease of use (PEU) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude to use. Pada variabel perceived usefulness (PU) berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude to use, dan variabel Attitude to use berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention

Abstract

Marketing strategies and activities of business marketing in the educational system are limited, much more than in other service and production industries. The components of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence) can change a firm’s competitive position. Therefore, universities have to compete by creating their distinctive point clearly to the public. Moreover, the competitive situation is crucially the main competitive tool. The method in this study used an explanatory descriptive method to obtain a description of marketing performance using social media, to make the decision of prospective students to choose private universities, and to find the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing from the results of data collection in the field. The result of this study showed that the performance of the marketing mix and the use of social media had a significant effect on the decision of prospective students to choose a college. Furthermore, higher education institutions must continue to use various variables in the marketing mix and increase the use of social media in digital marketing.Keywords:Marketing Mix, Social Media, Consumer Decisions, College, New Student

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, any company must do an innovative idea to run a business and market the products. One of them is taking advantage of the MLM business strategy. There are many people who still have a negative stigma about MLM marketing strategies, even though MLM is a marketing strategy. In MLM, the seller benefits from product marketing and compensation from other salespeople under him who are recruited (downline). The MINUHA program is a masterpiece created by the nation's children to raise the economy of the Indonesian people, especially in Lampung through programs to be compiled on the Marketing Plan.
