Abstract

Performance is form of reached progress by company. Company performance of yielded profit from overall of company operation. Many company in Indonesia having problem degradation of performance, this related with some factor that is business risk, growth strategy, and capital structure. This research aim to know influence between business risk, growth strategy, capital structure, to company performance at company of food and beverage which enlist in Stock Exchange of Jakarta. Population in this research is all company of food and beverage which enlist in Stock Exchange of Jakarta period 2003-2007. Sample in research taken with technique of purposive sampling that obtained 8 company as sample. Data type the used is data of secondary which in the form of financial statement summary company of food and beverage which there are in Indonesian Capital Market Directory 2004 and 2007. Analysis model the used is analysis path use regression standardize Result of research conclude that business risk have an effect on positive to capital structure. Growth strategy have an effect on positive to capital structure. Capital structure have an effect on negativity to performance company of Strategy growth have an effect on negativity to company performance. Business risk not significant to company performance.

Abstract

Turnover Intention is a desire of an individual worker to leave or resign from their current workplace and/or to change their place of work. This study aims to examine the Effect of Meaningful Work, Career Development, and Job Insecurity on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Patra Jasa in Surabaya. The method used is a quantitative method with a total of 55 respondents who are employees of PT Patra Jasa in Surabaya. The data collection technique is by administering questionnaires and testing or analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this research are that Meaningful Work cannot contribute to Turnover Intention. While Career Development and Job Insecurity can contribute to Turnover Intention, apart from that Meaningful Work and Job Insecurity can contribute to Career Development.

Abstract

Gold investment in ANTAM precious metals is considered a safe and profitable long-term investment option. In the digital era, various psychological and social factors such as financial self-efficacy and Social Media Influencer play a key role in shaping individuals’ investment intentions. This study aims to examine the effect of financial self-efficacy and Social Media Influencers on investment intention in ANTAM gold, with Investment Knowledge as a moderating variable. A quantitative method was used, employing a Likert scale to measure the research variables. Convenience sampling was applied with a total of 190 respondents participating in the study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS software. The results show that both financial self-efficacy and Social Media Influencers have a positive and significant effect on investment intention. Furthermore, Investment Knowledge significantly moderates the relationship between financial self-efficacy and investment intention, but does not moderate the effect of Social Media Influencers.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perusahaan alih daya untuk beradaptasi dalam proses rekrutmen, khususnya pada posisi kurir ekspedisi yang memiliki kebutuhan tenaga kerja tinggi dan tingkat turnover cepat. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan jangkauan media rekrutmen konvensional sehingga jumlah pelamar tidak stabil dan proses seleksi awal kurang efisien. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas rekrutmen tenaga kurir melalui pemanfaatan WhatsApp Channel sebagai media penyebaran informasi lowongan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan analisis situasi melalui wawancara, perencanaan program, implementasi berupa pelatihan pembuatan pamflet digital dan publikasi lowongan melalui WhatsApp Channel, serta evaluasi selama dua bulan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa WhatsApp Channel mampu memperluas jangkauan informasi lowongan, meningkatkan jumlah dan kecepatan respons pelamar, serta mempermudah komunikasi antara pelamar dan HR. Secara keseluruhan, WhatsApp Channel terbukti efektif mendukung rekrutmen digital pada perusahaan alih daya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of building and maintaining customer loyalty at the Botani Bina Rahmah Sharia Rural Financing Bank (BPRS), a financial institution that plays a strategic role in strengthening the sharia-based economy and promoting financial inclusion at the micro level. The phenomenon of increasing account openings without a corresponding increase in customer retention indicates challenges in managing long-term relationships with customers. Trust and commitment are believed to be important factors in creating loyalty, but the effectiveness of both is often influenced by the level of customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between trust and commitment and customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of trust on customer loyalty, (2) the effect of commitment on customer loyalty, (3) the effect of trust on loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, and (4) the effect of commitment on loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research approach used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. Data were collected by distributing Likert-scale questionnaires to 100 active customer respondents of BPRS Botani Bina Rahmah. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software to test the validity and reliability of constructs and the relationships between variables in the structural model. The results of the study indicate that trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, while commitment does not have a significant direct effect on loyalty. Customer satisfaction is proven to act as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between trust and loyalty, as well as between commitment and loyalty. These findings confirm that BPRS customer loyalty is more influenced by the level of trust and satisfaction built through service quality and conformity to Sharia values. Practically, BPRS management needs to strengthen contract transparency, improve service consistency, and optimize digital channels to strengthen trust, increase satisfaction, and ultimately encourage sustainable customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study explores the different impacts of e-service quality and customer experience on repurchase intention, with perceived value as a mediator, among digital consumers of Yoshinoya quick-service restaurants in Surabaya, Indonesia. Using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) on data from 148 respondents, the results show that e-service quality does not significantly affect repurchase intention (coefficient = 0.166, p = 0.120), while customer experience has a strong direct effect (coefficient = 0.405, p < 0.001). Perceived value mediates the relationship between customer experience and repurchase intention (coefficient = 0.497, p < 0.001), but not between e-service quality and repurchase intention (coefficient = 0.074, p = 0.217). This study contributes to digital service and consumer behavior literature by showing that perceived value acts as a selective mediator, enhancing the impact of customer experience while reducing the role of e-service quality in technology-based QSR environments. Practically, the findings suggest that QSR managers should view e-service quality as a basic requirement and focus on experiential strategies, such as emotional engagement, personalization, and omnichannel consistency, to improve perceived value and maintain customer loyalty in competitive digital food service markets.

Abstract

Construction projects often face challenges in meeting cost, time, and quality targets. This study aims to analyze: the effect of top management support as a critical factor on project performance, the effect of project team competence as a critical factor on project performance, the effect of green project practices as a critical factor on project performance, and the mediating role of project management effectiveness in these relationships. The research was conducted at CV Adhi Citra Haryo Seto, which managed seven projects during 2023–2025, involving 103 project personnel as respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that project performance at CV Adhi Citra Haryo Seto improves when top management provides consistent support, project teams demonstrate adequate competencies, and green project practices are effectively implemented. These three factors are reinforced through project management effectiveness, where well-prepared planning, structured coordination, and responsive control serve as the bridge that translates leadership support, team capabilities, and green project practices into tangible achievements in cost, time, quality, and project sustainability.

Abstract

Enhancing organizational performance necessitates the effective implementation of talent management and knowledge management strategies to foster competitive advantage through the development of employee skills and competencies. This study aims to examine the influence of talent management and knowledge management on organizational performance, and to investigate the mediating role of employee retention in this relationship.  The study involved a population of 157 managerial-level employees at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, from which a sample of 113 respondents was selected using simple random sampling. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The findings reveal that (1) both talent management and knowledge management exert a positive and significant influence on organizational performance; (2) employee retention does not mediate the relationship between talent management and organizational performance; and (3) employee retention significantly mediates the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance

The underlying phenomenon study This is importance effectiveness internal communication as well role inspirational leadership​ in increase satisfaction Work employees , in particular through improvement motivation sourced work​ from in self employees . Approach research used​ is quantitative with Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique for analyze connection intervariable . Data obtained through distribution questionnaire to 83 respondents who were employees of PT Sanmas Surabaya from various divisions. Each variables measured use indicators that have been tested validity and reliability based on study literature previous research results show that communication organization influential positive and significant to motivation intrinsic and satisfaction Work employees . Likewise , the style leadership transformational own influence positive and significant to motivation intrinsic and satisfaction work . Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memanfaatkan media sosial dengan menggunakan metode partisipatif yang melibatkan mitra dalam semua kegiatan seperti, pengamatan, perencaaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memahami kebutuhan audiens dan mengenali karakteristik konten yang tepat. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kualitas visual, membuat konten edukatif yang sesuai, memastikan konsistensi dalam jadwal postingan, serta memanfaatkan fitur interaksi seperti story, reels, dan siaran langsung. Hasil dari pendampingan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup besar dalam performa akun, termasuk pertumbuhan dalam jangkauan, impresi, interaksi, dan penambahan jumlah pengikut secara organik.
