Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Reputation and Vendor Reputation of online purchasing decisions with consumer trust as a variable between. This is triggered from the phenomenon of the number of companies engaged in E-Commerce, but many are still failing. By looking at the big prospects in Indonesia, it is hoped that this research can find out what strategies can be done in order to succeed in E-Commerce. This research uses quantitative research method by conducting survey. Sampling method is purposive sampling. Validity and Reliability Test Results using SPSS v 20.0, and the results of hypothesis using path analysis. Corporate Reputation has a significant effect on Consumer Trust, as well as Vendor Reputation also has a significant effect on Consumer Trust. Then Consumer Trust also affects the Purchase Decision online. Keywords: Reputation, Company, Vendor, Trust, decision, buying

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for organic rice at the Indonesian Organic Community (KOI). This study has a type of quantitative research with respondents as many as 270 people who are customers of the Indonesian Organic Community (KOI). The research method will be conducted using primary data with structural equation modelling as a data processing model. This research is expected to produce a deep understanding of the factors that significantly influence the decision to buy other organic products and managerial proposals that are necessary for the development of the organic food business, especially rice.

Abstract

Purpose-The main objective of this research is to study and analyze entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial mindset on organizational performance with innovation as mediation using quantitative descriptive. Design/methodology/approach-Data were obtained from 280 respondents who are furniture entrepreneurs in DKI Jakarta. Data analysis in this study uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM)partial least square (PLS). Findings-The results show that entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset have a significant effect on organizational performance, but not for entrepreneurial culture. Innovation is proven to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial mindset to organizational performance. Implications-Efforts to improve organizational performance can be implemented by encouraging entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial mindset through a series of ongoing training.
