Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas penerapan metode Problem-Based Learning (PBL) yang dipadukan dengan media digital dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS di SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Beringin. Melalui pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keaktifan dan nilai siswa. Rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 68,2 menjadi 82,7, dan partisipasi siswa naik dari 40% menjadi 85%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa metode ini menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan bermakna bagi siswa.

Abstract

Intrapreneurship skill has considered as the alternative learning outcomes of entrepreneurship education. However, entrepreneurship teachers need a complex learning program to develop intrapreneurship among business students. At the same time, The Ministry of Education and Culture of The Republic of Indonesia recommends university teachers implement case methods to deliver complex learning environments and build critical skills among students.  Therefore, this study aims to i) examine the effect of micro small medium enterprise (MSME) cases on the intrapreneurship of business students, ii) investigate the influence of MSME cases on flow experience in entrepreneurship education and iii) investigate the effect of flow experience during entrepreneurship education on intrapreneurship skill.  We used field experiments on entrepreneurship and digital business student in business development courses.  The result indicates that the case method effectively developed student intrapreneurship skill and flow experience during the course positively impacting student intrapreneurship skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2014-2023. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap IHSG, sementara suku bunga berdampak negatif namun tidak signifikan. Sementara itu, nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar AS memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IHSG. Ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pergerakan IHSG, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 65,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor makroekonomi memainkan peran penting dalam dinamika pasar saham di Indonesia, sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan bagi investor serta pembuat kebijakan dalam menyusun strategi investasi dan kebijakan ekonomi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Stambuk 2022 Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja. Namun, secara parsial hanya efikasi diri yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,595 menunjukkan bahwa 59,5% variasi kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa efikasi diri merupakan faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi dunia kerja, sedangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis memerlukan dukungan aspek lain seperti pengalaman dan motivasi untuk berkontribusi secara signifikan.

Abstract

Unemployment among Generation Z is a serious problem that has resulted in increasing poverty rates and weakening labor competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurship education and family support on the entrepreneurial interest of Generation Z students. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through a Google Form-based questionnaire. A total of 80 students from the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan were sampled using a simple random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial interest, as well as family support which has been shown to have a similar effect. Both independent variables together have a significant influence on changes in entrepreneurial interest. This finding emphasizes the need to strengthen practice-oriented entrepreneurship education and family support to encourage the emergence of young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Discovery Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the Economics subject of class XII MAN 1 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Non-equivalent Pre-test - Post-test Control Group Design. The study population was 131 students of class XII IPS MAN 1 Medan in the 2025/2026 academic year. The study sample consisted of 60 students determined through purposive sampling techniques, with 30 students as the experimental class (XII SOS B1) and 30 students as the control class (XII SOS B2). The research instrument was a learning outcome test in the form of a pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using the Independent Samples t-test. The results of the analysis showed a t-value of 10.647 with a significance value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital economic literacy and creativity on the entrepreneurial interest of Economics Education students, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The sample consists of 38 students from the 2022 cohort, selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analysed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, when examined partially, digital economic literacy does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (t = 0.970; p = 0.339 > 0.05), whereas student creativity has a dominant effect and is marginally significant (t = 1.927; p = 0.062). Simultaneously, digital economic literacy and creativity had a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest (F = 3.810; p = 0.032 < 0.05) with a contribution of 17.88%. These findings indicate that creativity is a stronger factor than digital economic literacy in shaping students’ interest in entrepreneurship. The implications of this research emphasise the importance of strengthening creativity-oriented learning through innovative and contextual learning strategies as an effort to enhance the entrepreneurial interest of Economics Education students.

Abstract

His study aims to examine the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on andaliman in supporting the creative economy in Borbor Village, Borbor District. The shift toward a creativity-driven economy highlights the importance of innovation and local resource utilization at the village level. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that andaliman-based MSMEs in Borbor Village have considerable potential for further development. However, several challenges remain, including limited product innovation, reliance on traditional marketing methods, and low utilization of digital technology. Therefore, efforts to develop MSMEs through creative economy approaches such as enhancing product innovation and adopting effective marketing strategies are essential to increase product value and improve community welfare.
