Abstract

The issues raised are whether the promotion factor and the quality of service to the purchasing decision in Sentra ponsel, Semarang. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of promotion, quality of service on purchasing decisions. A sample of 100 respondents, using anon-probability sampling technique withthe sampling method used is purposive sampling, its sampling with the criteria that the respondentisan adult and has been making purchases online. Methods of research data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that there are positive and significant effect between the promotion on purchasing decisions. there are significant positive and significant correlation between quality of service in purchasing decisions.Keyword :promotion, quality of service, and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Performance is defined as the result of a person's efforts achieved by the ability and deed in certain situations. Another opinion of performance is a result achieved by the worker in his work according to certain criteria applicable to a job. As for the population is Soto Mba Lin as many as 92 employees. the sample used is 92 respondents. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression The result of the research shows that job skill has positive and significant effect to employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work attitude has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

 This study aims to distinguish between conventional banks and Islamic banks before and after Spin Off. The population and samples are Islamic banks in 2011 - 2013 before spin off and 2013 - 2016 after the spin off totaling 5 banks. The design of this study uses descriptive analytics, with the results of the study there are differences in Islamic banks that do spin offs.

Abstract

The magnitude of a person's need to take care of themselves to look beautiful and the growing lifestyle of women, ultimately give a big influence for the rapid development of beauty industry in Indonesia, especially in the form of beauty clinic business.This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect ofservice quality dimensions namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction at Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang.The population in this study is the customer who perform treatment at Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang and aged over 18 years. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique.Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled directly by the respondent. Analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test,, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis significance test. Data processing using SPSS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of service quality such as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and assuranceempathy haven’t an effect on customer satisfaction  and empathy have aneffect on customer satisfaction. Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

In the globalization era, competition need qualified human resources who has competitive advantage, to prepare qualified human resources need qualified education. In the growth of information management and computer, needs human who can handle this technology, so the information management and computer college can answer this challenge. The student who want to study in this college was rapidly growth, so this research focus in factor analysis considered by student to choose information management and computer. This research use 3 information management and computer college in Semarang, with 200 respondent choosed as sample use purposive sample method and data collected, price, location, culture, social class, family reference group, personal traits, process, physical condition, perception, study and attitude. This research test use factor analysis. This research results point to 15 factors and 37 variables with varimax factor rotations times, choose the 11 factor and 31 variable withmanagement and computer college must improve the service mechanism, service quality, qualified college leader, computer equipment to improve the studying activity.

Abstract

Yogyakarta merupakan kota kebudayaan dan sejarah yang dapat dijadikan potensi wisata unggulan sehingga banyak diminati wisatawan. Salah satu candi yang terdapat di Yogyakarta adalah Candi Ratu Boko, namun candi ini belum diminati oleh banyak wisatawan. Hal ini dikarenakan amenitas serta aksesibilitas yang ada di Candi Ratu Boko belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan. Ratu Boko terletak di jalan Jogja-Solo, 3 kilometer ke arah selatan dari Candi Prambanan, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Cara mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi maka pihak pengelola PT Taman Wisata Candi Unit Ratu Boko dapat mengevaluasi kinerja dengan menggunakan pengukuran balance scorecard. Pengukuran balance scorecard adalah pengukuran kinerja dengan skor berimbang, dalam penelitian ini penulis mengukur kinerja PT Taman Wisata Candi unit Ratu Boko dengan menginventirisasi SWOT dan pendekatan balance scorecard. Jenis penelitian ini mengggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, wawancara serta observasi. Hasil dari penelitian dalam mengevaluasi kinerja PT Taman Wisata Candi Unit Ratu Boko dengan menginventorisasi SWOT ditemukan hasil strategi pengadaan atraksi wisata baru, strategi pengembangan potensi usaha masyarakat lokal, strategi pengembangan aksesibilitas dan infrastruktur, serta strategi pemasaran dan promosi. Hasil evaluasi kinerja dengan pendekatan balance scorecard yang terdiri dari perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, PT Taman Wisata Candi Ratu Boko mendapat skor dua yang berarti kinerja PT Taman Wisata Candi Ratu Boko dikategorikan baik.

Abstract

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk optimalisasi pemasaran terhadap produktivitas Kinerja UMKM Usaha jamur crispy di Desa Brangjan Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang. Peningkatan akses pasar melalui platform e-commerce, strategi pemasaran efektif, dan kerjasama dengan distributor merupakan strategi penting bagi UMKM dalam memperluas jangkauan produk dan meningkatkan penjualan. Selain itu, UMKM juga perlu menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, seperti penggunaan media sosial, promosi produk yang kreatif, dan pemilihan segmen pasar yang tepat.
