Abstract

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan pendapatan desa khususnya desa wisata salah satunya adalah dengan memberdayakan potensi alam yang dimiliki oleh desa tersebut. Pemberdayaan potensi alam dengan melalui pengelolaan potensi yang ada secara berkesinambungan yaitu mengolahnya menjadi suatu daya tarik wisata diharapkan bisa menambah pendapatan desa yang nantinya secara otomatis akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa. Konsep pemberdayaan potensi alam menjadi daya tarik wisata dengan pengelolaan berkesinambungan menjadi dasar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian STIEPARI Semarang yang dilaksanakan di desa wisata Mandiraja kabupaten Pemalang. Kegiatan di awali dengan survey ke lokasi untuk mengidentifikasi dan menverifikasi potensi alam yang ada di desa tersebut yaitu adanya curug Sidok yang merupakan potensi andalan desa wisatakemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan focus grup discussion dan ditutup dengan kegiatan pelatihan kepada masyarakat desa wisata Mandiraja yang terdiri dari kelompok sadar wisata serta masyarakat desa yang akan dilibatkan dalam pengelolaan Curug Sidok sebagai daya tarik wisata. Untuk pengelolaan yang berkesinambungan, kedepannya ditargetkan adanya sinergi yang berkelanjutan antara STIEPARI dengan desa wisata Mandiraja dalam pendampingan pengelolaan Curug Sidok sebagai daya tarik wisata serta pengelolaan homestay sebagai pendukung destinasi wisata di Desa Mandiraja.

Abstract

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling on travel decisions in Demak Regency and to determine the effect of brand image on decision making traveling in Demak Regency. This type of research is qualitative and the research design aims to test hypotheses or explain the influence between variables (Indriantoro, et al., 2002:89). The population of this research is all consumers who travel in Demak Regency. Sampling was done by convenience sampling technique, namely collecting information from members of the population who are happy to provide information. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that Brand Labeling has a positive contribution to Tourism Decisions in Demak Regency. Brand Image contributes positively to tourism decisions in Demak district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: (1) To test and analyze the effect of price perceptions on customer satisfaction of BRT Trans Jateng. (2) Testing and analyzing service quality on BRT Trans Jateng customer satisfaction. The subjects of this study were Trans Jateng BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) consumers in 2023. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The population in this study is unknown. This study used a random sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Price perception has a positive effect on customer satisfaction for BRT Trans Central Java. (2) Service quality has a positive effect on BRT Trans Jateng customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge on family financial management behavior, 2). To determine and explain the influence of financial attitudes on family financial management behavior, 3). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on family financial management behavior. The population in this study were residents of Kaligangsa Kulon Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency who were 17 years old and over and totaled 5879 people. The study was conducted based on probability sampling techniques, simple random sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Financial knowledge does not affect family financial management behavior, 2). Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior, 3). Financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Indonesia is one of the cornerstones of the Indonesian economy. Semarang Regency has a lot of business potential which is the main source of livelihood for the local population. The purpose of this activity is to provide training for Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) in Jembrak Village regarding business ethics, bookkeeping of financial transactions, marketing of goods and services, product packaging and labeling, and taxation (E-Filing). The implementation method in this activity includes providing material on simple financial bookkeeping and mentoring programs on entrepreneurial activity and simple financial bookkeeping. The main target in this service activity is the business actors of UMKM in Jembrak Village and the wider community in general. The material presented by STIPARI Semarang lecturers in training on the topic of business ethics and simple bookkeeping takes approximately 120 minutes, followed by a question and answer session in three sessions. With this service activity, the authors provide recommendations for holding similar education to other different communities and the need for continuity of activities and evaluation after the community service activities are carried out, so that UMKM actors in Surabaya can contribute to the development of UMKM in Indonesia.

Abstract

English proficiency is becoming an increasingly essential skill in the global era. However, many elementary and middle school students, as well as their parents, are still unaware of the long-term benefits of mastering this language. This community service program aims to improve children's English skills through the socialization and training of using the Basic English eBook in EPUB format in Gajahmungkur Village. The program involved 15 parents, who were introduced to the importance of English and trained on how to use the eBook as a self-learning tool for their children. The results showed a positive response from participants, who found the eBook to be an engaging and accessible learning solution. However, some parents faced difficulties in using digital technology, indicating the need for further guidance. Overall, this program successfully raised awareness among parents and provided an effective learning tool to support their children's independent English learning at home.

Abstract

Margosari Village, Limbangan District, Regency has abundant natural potential, including sugar palm trees which are used to make palm sugar. Palm sugar producers are monitored by the local Village Government in the Margosari Village Palm Sugar Center. This quality and original production of palm sugar is not matched by an adequate selling price. This service activity which is packaged in the form of training is intended to provide education and training on processing palm sap and with a touch of product innovation so that it can increase the selling price of palm sugar. Training on cooking palm sap with the addition of red ginger juice, turmeric, ginger, galangal, lemongrass and producing a finished product in the form of spiced ginger flavored palm sugar in one drink portion size. The training participants are partners of the Service Team who are SMEs palm sugar producers. The training method uses the participatory learning and action (PLA) method. Participants are actively involved in training activities. The training consists of stages of pre-training evaluation activities, presentation of material, explanation of the tools and materials needed, demonstration of making products, discussion of training production results and post-training evaluation. The training activity ran smoothly from start to finish. It is hoped that the results of the training will continue so that partners will be interested in continuing production and making it a commercial business that is more profitable than producing palm sugar traditionally. After the training activities, the service team is still providing assistance so that the results of the partners' independent production are better. Assistance continues with consultations from partners regarding the net weight of the product and determining the selling price, and how to market the finished product to a wide audience. This positive partner response will be interesting to continue providing services to the community with other themes that are in line with the service roadmap in managing SMEs, such as assistance with attractive product packaging, business legal aspects, and digital-based marketing.
