Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh modal sosial terhadap eksistensi industri kecil kerajinan kuningan, 2) pengaruh biaya transaksi terhadap eksistensi industri kecil kerajinan kuningan, 3) pengaruh biaya transaksi yang dimoderasi oleh modal sosial terhadap eksistensi industri kecil kerajinan kuningan di Kabupaten Klungkung. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Klungkung yang mencakup Desa Kamasan, Desa Gelgel, Desa Tojan dan Desa Budaga. Sampel diambil secara kuota sebanyak 75 pengerajin, dan diwawancarai, menggunakan aksidental sampling. Analisis menggunakan Moderating Regresion Analysis (MRA). Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Modal sosial berngaruh sangat signifikan terhadap eksistensi industri kecil kerajinan kuningan di Kabupaten Klungkung.Semakin baik modal sosial maka industri kecil kerajinan kuningan semakin eksis. 2) Biaya transaksi berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap eksistensi industr kecil kerajinan kuningan di Kabupaten Klungkung. Semakin rendah biaya transaksi maka industri kecil kerajnan kuningan semakin efisien sehingga menjadi semakin eksis.3) Modal sosial memoderasi secara signifikan peran biaya transaksi terhadap eksistensi industri kecil kerajinan kuningan di Kabupaten Klungkung. Semakin kuat modal sosial dapat menekan biaya transaksi sehingga aktivitas usaha menjadi efisien, maka industri kecil kerajinan kuningan semakin eksis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the performance of large and medium industries, including the level of technical efficiency, the elasticity of output to input, and find sources of growth in Total Factor Productivity (TFP) of large and medium industries in the province of Bali in 2001-2010. Analytical techniques used in this study is the Stochastic Frontier Production Function using translog function approach with variable time. The results showed that the variables of labor and raw materials significantly influence the output. The level of technical efficiency from year to year has decreased, and not all large and medium industrial classification in the province of Bali has been streamlined in full. Elasticity of output to input level is the largest output elasticity of inputs. And sources of TFP growth in the province of Bali is dominated by scale components and technological changes so that the improvement in the business climate as well as production facilities and infrastructure is expected to increase TFP growth is still considered low.

Abstract

Melihat pentingnya kegiatan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Badung, maka dapat dirumuskan tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1)Untuk menganalisis peran ketersediaan air untuk irigasi, biaya pajak bumi dan bangunan, harga produk pertanian, tingkat kecepatan dalam memperoleh penghasilan, dan ketersediaan saprotan terhadap konversi lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Badung; 2)Untuk mengkaji pengaruh konversi lahan pertanian dan pertumbuhan penduduk terhadap ketahanan pangan khususnya beras di Kabupaten Badung; 3) Untuk mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang diambil selama ini oleh pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Badung dalam menjaga ketahanan pangan khususnya beras. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian, akan dilakukan penelitian di KabupatenBadung dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang petani yang telah mengkonversi atau menjual tanah pertaniannya untuk kegiatan ekonomi lainnya, dengan rincian masing-masing 10 orang di setiap kecamatan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan baik untuk responden petani maupun bagi para informan (seperti dari Bulog) adalah purposive sampling yang dikombinasikan dengan accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ada berbagai metode yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah kombinasi teknik statistik deskriptif baik distribusi frekuensi tunggal maupun tabulasi silang dan teknik statistik asosiatif yaitu teknik regresi linear berganda. untuk melihat pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.Selain itu juga dilakukan analisis kualitatif atau deskriptif berdasarkan hasil indepth interviewyang diperoleh dari informan maupun responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan :1) Ada 3 variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konversi lahan pertanian yaitu ketersediaan air yang memiliki pengaruh negative yang berarti semakin tinggi ketersediaan air maka semakin rendah konversi lahan, persepsi tentang PBB berpengaruh positif yang berarti semakin tinggi persepsi tentang PBB maka semakin tinggi pula kemungkinan konversi lahan yang dilakukan, dan kecepatan dalam memperoleh penghasilan berpengaruh negative.2) pertumbuhan penduduk dan konversi lahan berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan pangan; 3) banyak usaha yang dilakukan oleh Kabupaten Badung untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan seperti program intensifikasi dan ekstensifikasi. Beberapa saran yang dapat disampaikan antara lain: 1) Melakukan pengendalian pertumbuhan penduduk di Kabupaten Badung; 2) keringanan dalam pembayaran pajak PBB, dan pemerintah daerah dapat membantu meringankan beban mereka; 3) Ketersediaan air untuk irigasi sawah para petani menjadi hal yang sangat penting mengingat dari hasil penelitian ketersediaan air berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap konversi lahan pertanian, sehingga perbaikan irigasi seperti yang telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah harus tetap dipertahankan. Abstract

Along with the development of globalization and competition in economy, the economic potential possessed by Sukawati Art Market as a prime tourism shopping spot for tourists gradually slows down, this is due to the development of modern souvenir markets selling similar handmade products as those offered in Sukawati Art Market. Other factors predicted to cause the declining of trend of traders’ revenue are internal factors such as venture capitals used that are mostly the equity capital, varies length of business and uncertain working hours. While external factors, namely, difference of strategic and non strategic business location and inadequate parking facilities are the other important factors affecting the traders’ income of Sukawati Art Market. The aims of this study are: 1) to analyze the effects of venture capital, length of business, working hours, parking and business locations simultaneously to traders’ income of Sukawati Art Market, 2) to analyze the effects of venture capital, length of business, working hours, parking and business location partially to traders’ income of Sukawati Art Market 3), to determine the dominant factors causing trend of traders’ income declining of Sukawati Art Market. The samples used were amounting of 89 respondents from traders of Sukawati Art Market. The results of simultaneous analysis showed that the variable venture capital, length of business, working hours, parking and business location significantly affect the traders’ income of Sukawati Art Market. For the result of partial analysis, the venture capital, length of business, and business location had positive effects on the traders’ income of Sukawati Art Market while variable of working hours and parking partially had negative effect to the traders’ revenue of Sukawati Art Market. Venture capital is the dominant variable affecting traders’ income; therefore, the variable of venture capital has an important role in the efforts to improve the income of traders. Traders expect loan or non collateral credit to improve their business.

Abstract

This research was conducted at BPMPD Denpasar. The goal is to determine the performance of Denpasar BPMPD village aid management has been effective and efficient so that what is programmed is reached, which will be measured from the perspective empar the financial perspective, the perspective of service users, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective either partially as well as a whole by using the Balanced Scorecard approach. Results of the analysis showed BPMPD performance in the management of village assistance in terms of financial perspective shows the performance of the categories with a value of 74.42 percent. Performance from the perspective of service users showed good performance category with a value of 77.08 percent. Performance of the internal process perspective shows excellent performance with 99.50 percent while the value for the learning and growth perspective also shows very good performance with a value of 97.14 percent. BPMPD overall performance in terms of four perspectives with the calculation of the composite index is at a good qualifying performance with value 85.91 percent. In order to improve the performance of the management of village assistance are advised to maximize the planning, implementation and realization of the budget, increasing the dissemination and coordination with the village in order to expedite the disbursement of aid wards.

Abstract

PNPM Independent Urban is one of the programs launched by the government. The program is implemen ted as a government effort to help the community by providing Direct Community Assistance (BLM),one of them is  Environment sector (infrastructure) of the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Independent urban for poverty alleviation with the hope that people can increase labor productivity in order to achieve prosperity.This study uses an intervening variable productivity of society through SEM Partial Least Square (PLS)analysis approach. The location of this study was performed in North Denpasar District. The population used is the recipient community of BLM PNPM Mandiri urban spread in 8 villages and three political district administered by a village chief consist of 98 people.The results showed that PNPM Independent Urban brings positive and significant impact on society productivity.

Abstract

Bali Province Government is focusing to agriculture development through Program of Integrated Agriculture System (Simantri) to support the welfare of farmers. This research has purpose 1) To analyse the influence of farmers characteristic and the companion role towards the production of Simantri business in Badung regency. 2) To analyse the influence of farmers characteristic, the companion role, and the production of Simantri business towards to the success of Simantri in Badung regency. 3) To analyse the indirect effect farmer’s characteristic and companion role towards to the success of Simantri through business production Simantri in Badung regency. Data Analysis Technic used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the assistance of Smart PLS Program. Result of the research showed that 1) Farmer’s characteristic and companion role has positive effect to the production business Simantri significantly in Badung Regency. 2) Thus, farmer’s characteristic, companion role and business production Simantri has positive effect significantly towards to the success of Simantri in Badung Regency. 3) There are indirect significant effect farmer’s characteristic variable and companion role towards to the success of Simantri through business production Simantri in Badung Regency.

Abstract

The development of the tourism sector has an impact on the increase of income per capitaand the increase of people's prosperity. The purpose of this study are 1) To analyze the influence of tourist attraction, facilities, and quality of service to the satisfaction of tourists. 2) Analyzing the influence of tourist attraction, facilities, service quality and satisfaction of tourists to the intention of returning tourists visit. 3) Analyzing the indirect influence of tourist satisfaction that mediates tourist attraction, facilities, and quality of service to the intention of returning tourists. Methods of data collection with observation, in-depth interviews and structured interviews. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from the spreading of questionnaires on 156 respondents in 4 tourist attraction which is subject to retribution, while secondary data, obtained from Badung Regency Revenue Service, Badung Regency Tourism Office, Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS) Badung Regency and Agency Central Statistics (BPS) of Bali Province. Analyzer used in this research is Path Analisys method. The results of this study indicate Attraction, Service Quality and Facilities have a positive and significant impact on Tourists Satisfaction. Tour Attractions and Travelers's Satisfaction Influence Positive and Significant to Tourist Visits Intention. Quality of Service and Facilities has a positive but insignificant effect on Tourist Visits Intention, and Tourists Satisfaction Variables is a variable that mediates the effect of Tourism Attraction, Service Quality, Facilities on Tourist Visits.

Abstract

Economic growth can be used for the welfare of certain areas. The higher the economic growth of a region assumed to residents living in the area more prosperous. Bali province has always increased economic growth in 2006 unless economic growth slowdown caused by the influence of the global crisis. The study consists of three exogenous variables, namely the number of the population, life expectancy and the average length of the school, the intervening variables Per capita GRDP and the endogenous variables of economic growth. The data used in this study of the years 2004-2013 which consists of 10 data points and multiplied by 9 districts / cities. The data is collected, analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis in accordance with the framework of researchers, with the AMOS program. This study aims to: 1). to analyze the influence of the population, life expectancy, the average length of the school, the GDP at constant prices on economic growth, 2). to analyze the influence of the population, life expectancy, the average length of the school to the GDP per capita at constant prices in Bali, 3). to analyze the influence of the population, life expectancy, the average length of the school to economic growth indirectly through the GDP per capita at constant prices in the province of Bali.

Abstract

This study to analyze (1) the effectiveness of the integration program rural development planning with community empowerment national program of rural self-sufficient in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (2) the effect of the implementation of the integration program rural development planning with the national community empowerment program in rural independently on household income target in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (3) the effect of the implementation of the integration program rural development planning with community empowerment national program on employment in rural independent target households in the Badung regency of Bali province. The results showed (1) the effectiveness of the integration program rural development planning with the national community empowerment program in rural independent in the Badung regency of Bali Province effective with the achievement of values ??above 80 percent; (2) The implementation of the integration program rural development planning with national community empowerment program in rural independent positive and significant impact on household income target in the Badung regency of Bali Province; (3) The implementation of the integration program rural development planning with national community empowerment program in rural independent positive and significant impact on employment for the target households in the Badung regency of Bali province.
