Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the level of learning motivation of students at Al-Hikmah Islamic Junior High School Pondok Cabe Ilir, South Tangerang in the academic year 2021-2022 during the pandemic in learning Islamic religious education. The instrument of this research is a student learning motivation questionnaire. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with survey method. The subjects in this study were Al-Hikmah Middle School students, totaling 59 students. The data analysis technique used is categorization according to Azwar which is based on the ordinal category model. This category is divided into 5, namely very high, high, medium, low, and very low. The results of this study indicate that there are 19 students with 32.2% who have a very high learning motivation category, 37 students who get 62.7%, who have high learning motivation, 3 students who get 5.1%, who have high motivation. learning is in PAI learning. From the results of this study, it can be said that the level of student learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects during the pandemic is quite high.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perspective of students as prospective teachers in the field of Islamic Religius Education in solving student problems together with counseling teachers or school counselors. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach, through direct data collection techniques through obeservations during Islamic guidance and counseling lectures and interviews with students. The research subject were Islamic Religious Education Students, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta, South Tangerang City. The data collection technique used is interviews. The validity of data using triangulation. The data analysis techniques was carried out by going through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that students as prospective teachers in the field of Islamic Religious Education have a perspective on how to overcome student problems together with guidance and counseling teachers or school counselor after attending Islamic guidance and counseling courses that teachers in the field of Religious Education help in various programs Guidance and Counseling service have duties and roles in helping students overcome problems such as: violation

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the role of teachers in developing students' emotional maturity through programs conducted by PAI teachers. (2) knowing the learning strategies for students to remain emotionally mature. (3) knowing the methods applied by PAI teachers. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were PAI subject teachers and junior high school students. The method of data collection in this research is interviews. Data analysis carried out in this study used data reduction steps, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study found that the PAI teacher at Al Wisdom Islamic Junior High School had a program to help students who were experiencing grief. As for the learning strategy for students to remain emotionally mature, the teacher creates a pleasant learning atmosphere in the classroom. PAI teachers also have methods in developing students' emotional maturity by holding discussions with students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perspective of prospective PAI teachers in shaping student development with BK teachers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were students of Islamic Religious Education. The method of data collection in this research interviews. The results of the study found that as prospective teachers who have received Counseling Guidance courses in general, as prospective teachers of Islamic Religious Education, it is very important to always ask the students' progress to the Counseling Guidance teacher. It is very important for prospective Islamic Religious Education teachers to find out about the development of their students to the Guidance Counseling teacher because the Guidance Counseling teacher understands more deeply the behavior of a student. By knowing the development of students, an Islamic Religious Education teacher can find out how the character of the students he teaches, by knowing how the character of the students is, the teacher can more easily determine the right methods and strategies and are easily accessible to students. The partnership between Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and Counseling Guidance (BK) teachers is one of the national education programs.

Abstract

The problem with this research is the role of PAI teachers in an effort to increase learning motivation in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of PAI teachers in an effort to increase learning motivation in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The procedure of this research is through interviews with PAI teachers and instruments as well as interviews with students regarding student learning motivation. The results of the research on the role of PAI teachers in increasing students' learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic are: (1). The role of PAI teachers in an effort to increase learning motivation and responsibility has been carried out but has not been maximized, in an effort to increase learning motivation and responsibilities the teacher acts as: corrector, inspiration, informator, organizer, motivator, initiator, facilitator, mentor, demonstrator, manager class, mediator, supervisor, and evaluator. (2) supporting factors, namely: adequate facilities and infrastructure, awareness within the students themselves, support from parents. (3) the inhibiting factors are: limited interaction between teachers and students, and unfavorable environmental conditions.
