Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is one of the media to hone student competence in practicing knowledge and applying the results of research that they have learned during semesters 1 to 6 at the university. Community service activities are a form of community service activities carried out by students so that they have direct experience in the community in applying the knowledge they have gained during lectures. The International KKN program is a description of the implementation of educational, research, community service activities carried out by universities abroad with the aim of increasing student outbound mobility. The low knowledge of English in the community is of course the biggest obstacle in improving the quality of foreign tourist hospitality. In this case, of course, educational programs are needed to improve the understanding of English in the community, especially students who will become the nation's successors who are still quite low in English through the implementation of discussion and presentation methods so that active student participation occurs. With this obstacle, the International Community Service Program feels responsible for providing English language improvement in order to increase the use and understanding of English at the school level. In this case, we conducted a service program of teaching and learning activities in class 2-2 of Thampstamp Wittaya School Junior High School with the aim that these students can understand the use and language of English in everyday life and be able to continue the development of the country.

Abstract

The partner for this Community Service Program (PKM) is Kelompok Pemuda Pecinta Lingkungan (KPPL) that manages the Situ Rawa Gede. Currently, promotional media is still manual, making this tourist attraction less known to visitors. The main issue faced by the partner is that the number of tourists visiting the park has not increased since the COVID-19 pandemic, necessitating an effective and efficient promotional medium to raise awareness the Situ Rawa Gede water park. Additionally, their administrative management and archiving are still in paper form, and their human resources lack knowledge and skills in information systems, particularly in using technology for tourism management. They also lack the necessary infrastructure to support the implementation of an information system. To address these issues, a web-based tourism information system will be developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This web-based system will provide broader benefits to users as can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, including descriptions, photos, locations, prices, and reviews from previous visitors. The methods used include observation, problem identification, problem formulation, and the implementation of activities as a solution, consisting several stages: preparation, assistance, and evaluation of the output.The target of this PKM activity is to realize the concept of smart tourism by increasing tourist visits and enhancing the partner's ability to run the tourism information system application. The outcome of this community service is an increase in KPPL's knowledge and skills, and the partner will have begun utilizing the information system for management and promotional media.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly tight competition, Permata Eye Clinic is required to provide quality medical services and service satisfaction. Unsatisfactory service can have a good impact on patient trust and loyalty, as well as affect the overall image of the clinic. The purpose of the study was to improve the quality of service and improve the performance of Permata Eye Clinic to increase patient satisfaction. The study was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to 45 respondent patients where 15 questions were used. Furthermore, data processing was carried out using the Service Quality (Servqual) method and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine the gap value between expectations and performance and improvements in attributes used to improve the quality of health services. The results of the study showed the average value of Servqual and the average Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), physical appearance (tangible) of 2.78 and 3.83 gap score -1.05, reliability of 2.81 and 4.00 gap score -1.19, responsiveness of 2.78 and 3.90 gap score -1.12, empathy of 2.78 and 4.03 gap score -1.25, assurance of 2.76 and 4.11 gap score -1.36. The conclusion of the calculation of the gap both per attribute and the average per dimension of SERVQUAL and the average Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) shows that all gaps are negative, which indicates that the reality received is still not by customer expectations.

Abstract

The success of a higher education institution is largely determined by its human resources-namely, qualified lecturers and education staff who possess loyalty, dedication to their work, and a continuous desire to improve their competencies. As the main pillar of education, lecturers are responsible for the teaching and learning process, conducting research, and engaging in community service. Lecturer performance and job satisfaction are crucial in determining the quality of learning and education in higher education institutions. This study aims to examine and describe the various factors that influence lecturers' job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is affected by both internal and external factors. Internal factors include salary, benefits, workload, job autonomy, and opportunities for self-development. External factors include relationships with colleagues, leadership, organizational culture, and working conditions. The study was conducted over the course of one year using primary data collected through observations and interviews with respondents selected through purposive snowball sampling. Variables were measured using triangulation. Lecturers who are satisfied with their work tend to be more motivated, creative, and innovative in their teaching. High work motivation among lecturers also generates positive energy and dedication in carrying out their responsibilities as educators, ultimately contributing to the production of high-quality graduates.

Abstract

Mathematics is a basic science that humans always use to help solve all life problems, because to solve problems that require computation such as calculating finances, calculating time differences, most people think that learning mathematics seems difficult, complicated, and boring so mathematics lessons are included in the category of lessons that are less popular with many students. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Scratch application on interest in learning mathematics using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) at SMPIT Islamic City. This study examines performance expectations (Performance Expectancy), effort expectations (Effort Expectancy), and facilitating conditions (Facilitating Conditions) on Scratch on students' Interest in Learning Mathematics. The research sample consisted of 51 7th-grade students of SMPIT Islamic City. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that performance expectations (Performance Expectancy) had a positive and significant effect on Interest in Learning Mathematics (t count = 3.827, p <0.05). Furthermore, effort expectancy does not have a positive and significant influence on Mathematics Learning Interest (t count = 1.140, p > 0.05). Finally, the condition of the facilities has a positive and considerable influence on Mathematics Learning Interest (t count = 2.841, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence Mathematics Learning Interest, with an F count value of 26.386 and an R square of 0.627.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Pengaruh Citra Merek Produk Kacamata Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Optik Cirebon Eye Center (CEC). Dimana yang menjadi repon den adalah konsumen Optik Cirebon Eye Center (CEC) yang berjumlah samplenya 85 responden. Kuesioner yang dibagikan terdiri dari 17 pertanyaan mengenai citra mereka dan terdiri dari 18 pertanyaan mengenai minat beli konsumen. Mempunyai lima pilihan jawaban yaitu sangat setuju (5), setuju (4), ragu-ragu (3), tidak setuju (2), sangat tidak setuju (1). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian survey yang dilakukan penulis melalui observasi lapangan dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari citra merek terhadap minat beli konsumen, dilihat dari persamaan regresi sederhana Y = 34.747 + 0,237x dapat penulis analisis bahwa persamaan tersebut menunjukan suatu pengaruh yang positif dari variabel X terhadap Y, karena hal ini berarti setiap kenaikan variabel X sebesar 1, maka efektivitas pengendalian minat beli konsumen akan terwujud sebesar 0,237. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang peneliti ajukan diterima, yaitu ada suatu pengaruh positif dari variabel citra merekkacamata terhadapminat beli konsumen di Cirebon Eye Centre. Untuk pengujian secara parsial, dari hasil perhitungan SPSS didapatkan hasil T hitung untuk variabel X (kualitas pelayanan) sebesar 1,679 dan dapat diketahui nilai ttabel sebesar 1,663 (dk= n-1, 85-1 = 84) dimana tingkat signifikan sebesar 5% (0,05), sehingga thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel (1,679 > 1,663) maka H1 akan diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dari variabel citra merek kacamata terhadap minat beli konsumen di Cirebon Eye Centre.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis motivasi belajar mahasiswa STIE Triguna Jakarta, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa STIE Triguna Jakarta, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa STIE Triguna Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagai berikut: (1) Motivasi intrinsik yang dimiliki mahasiswa STIE Triguna Jakarta adalah minat yang berasal dari diri mereka sendiri yaitu ingin mencari ilmu dan biaya yang relatif terjangkau, sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik mereka yaitu ingin meningkatkan status pekerjaan yang lebih baik dan ingin mendapatkan ijasah; (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa STIE Triguna Jakarta adalah minat, kurangnya dukungan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh kampus juga mempengaruhi motivasi belajar, model mengajar dosen yang membosankan atau tidak ada tantangan, teman-teman sepermainan di sekolah membawa pengaruh negatif kepada siswa lain agar mengikuti tindakan yang dapat menurunkan prestasi belajar; (3) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa STIE Triguna Jakarta antara lain memberikan angka yang objektif pada tugas harian, ujian tengah semester, ujian akhir semester, dosen memberikan pujian kepada mahasiswa yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan pada saat pelajaran atau saat mendapatkan nilai yang memuaskan setelah ujian atau tugas, memberikan ujian untuk mengetahui seberapa paham mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah yang diberikan dan sebagai evaluasi dosen, memberikan hukuman berupa memberikan tugas tambahan, memberikan masukan kepada mahasiswa yang prestasinya masih kurang standar

Abstract

The new independet curriculum allows students to show off their scientific talents in an environment free of stress, anxiety, and worry thanks to its relaxed and enjoyable learning style. Science learning, an invention of the independent curriculum, combines the scientific and social sciences. In order for children' minds to grow and their imaginations to flourish, science education is crucial. Aiming to foster children's creativity, independence, and psychological well-being, scientific education is methodically designed to facilitate learning via interaction, inspiration, entertainment, challenge, and active involvement. Furthermore, it is anticipated that youngsters can cultivate analytical, imaginative, and inquisitive thought processes. An attempt to tailor the educational experience to the unique requirements of each student is known as differentiated learning. At this time, differentiated learning is not widely used. Content, processes, products, and learning settings were all considered in the researchers' literature assessment. This literature study aims to accomplish three goals: (1) define differentiated learning; (2) describe its principles and characteristics; and (3) examine its applications in scientific education. Books and scholarly papers form the basis of this literature evaluation. The analysis reveals that: (1) students' learning styles can be accommodated by combining differentiated approaches with various models that meet their needs, such as Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL), and others; (2) students find this approach more engaging and it can improve their learning outcomes; and (3) students' interests and learning styles can be met by using this approach in science learning.

Abstract

This service research aims to increase the accountability and transparency of financial management at AMGPM Elim I Branch through simple bookkeeping training and preparation of financial statements. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) with a mentoring approach, which actively involves organizational administrators in problem identification, program design, and evaluation of results. Activities are carried out through interactive lectures, transaction recording simulations, report preparation practices, and assistance in the use of digital templates. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in participants' understanding of the basic accounting cycle, technical skills in compiling simple reports, and awareness of the importance of transparency and ethics in the financial management of non-profit organizations. Participants are also able to apply simple technology-based bookkeeping independently. Overall, the program contributes to strengthening organizational governance and building a culture of sustainable accountability.

Abstract

Pendidikan dasar memiliki peran penting sebagai landasan dalam membentuk karakter, kemampuan literasi, serta keterampilan abad ke-21 yang dibutuhkan anak untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan di masa depan. Namun, sejumlah sekolah dasar di wilayah pinggiran perkotaan, seperti Desa Srimukti, masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi sekolah sebagai ruang belajar yang holistik. Melalui program BSI Explore 2025, mahasiswa melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Srimukti, Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi, kreativitas, serta nilai sosial siswa sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan pembelajaran aktif berbasis pengalaman (service learning). Program ini berlangsung di SDN Srimukti 01 selama tiga minggu, mencakup berbagai aktivitas seperti pembelajaran kreatif, literasi berbasis konteks lokal, pelatihan bagi wali murid, serta pemberdayaan ibu-ibu PKK. Hasil kegiatan memperlihatkan peningkatan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar, bertambahnya pemahaman orang tua terhadap kebutuhan pendidikan anak, serta terjalinnya hubungan sosial yang lebih erat antara mahasiswa dan warga desa. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi lintas elemen mampu memperkuat ekosistem pendidikan dasar di wilayah semirural secara berkelanjutan.
