Abstract

Indonesia has abundant natural and human resources that have the potential to become a developed country. However, all this has not made it a prosperous country. The digital era, provides many conveniences, thus changing the pattern of human life. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated students' maturity and mental development. This makes education managers and students increasingly realize how important it is to be an independent human being by being an entrepreneur. However, in order to accelerate the preparation and development of students' ability to become trustworthy entrepreneurs, it is necessary to collaborate with universities. This school which is oriented towards Islamic education, wants to develop a sharia entrepreneur. For that, the Islamic Entrepreneur Boarding School collaborates with the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Trisakti to carry out community service activities, in order to motivate students to become sharia entrepreneurs, who can provide mutual benefits. This activity is carried out using the extension method. Participants of this activities were representatives of groups of students from the school. Community service activities have been carried out well, because they can motivate and increase the knowledge and insight of students. Growing knowledge and insigh, not only from the conventional entrepreneurial side, but also from the sharia point of view that can increase mutual benefit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai mediasi dari hubungan antara implementasi manajemen rantai pasok dan kinerja UMKM di Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini implementasi manajemen rantai pasok digunakan sebagai variabel independen, kinerja UMKM digunakan sebagai variabel dependen dan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel mediasi pada hubungan antara implementasi manajemen rantai pasok dan kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM manfaktur yang telah menerapkan manajemen rantai pasok di Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 215 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen rantai pasok memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja UMKM, praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara implementasi manajemen rantai pasok terhadap kinerja UMKM yang dimediasi praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat manajerial, yaitu memberikan kesempatan bagi para peneliti lain untuk memperdalam pengetahuan serta konsep teori yang telah diperoleh dalam bidang manajemen khususnya program studi Manajemen Operasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Orientasi Belajar terhadap Kinerja Inovasi melalui Integrasi Rantai Pasokan pada perusahaan rotan di Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 127 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Orientasi Belajar pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Inovasi, Orientasi Belajar pengaruh positif terhadap Integrasi Rantai Pasokan, dan Integrasi Rantai Pasokan pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Inovasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Anteseden Dan Konsekuen Praktik Rantai Pasok Ramah Lingkungan Pada Perusahaan Susu Di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 257 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Manajemen Lingkungan Internal terhadap Praktik Rantai Pasok Ramah Lingkungan, terdapat pengaruh positif Kerjasama Dengan Pemangku Kepentingan terhadap Praktik Rantai Pasok Ramah Lingkungan, terdapat pengaruh positif Praktik Rantai Pasok Ramah Lingkungan terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh hubungan karyawan, pertukaran pengetahuan, fleksibilitas rantai pasok, orientasi organisasi, kinerja rantai pasok terpadu terhadap fokus pasien/pelanggan. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada karyawan medis dari rumah sakit swasta Mitra Keluarga Group. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang dimiliki menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan hubungan karyawan, pertukaran pengetahuan, fleksibilitas rantai pasok, orientasi organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja rantai pasok terpadu, kinerja rantai pasok terpadu berpengaruh positif terhadap fokus pasien/pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan teruntuk melakukan analisis terkait dengan pengaruh manajemen kualitas total pada kinerja operasional yang dimediasi oleh organisasi pembelajaran terhadap perusahaan manufaktur yang ada di Cikarang. Pengambilan sampel yang ada pada riset ataupun penelitian ini yakni dilakukan dengan cara mempergunakan metode Probability Sampling dengan melakukan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Data sebanyak 145 sampel diperoleh dengan cara melaluinya penyebaran angket ataupun kuesioner pada direktur, supervisor, manajer, serta juga staf yang ada di dalam bagian operasional perusahaan manufaktur di wilayah Cikarang. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan pada riset ini yakni SEM dengan mempergunakan program aplikasi AMOS versi 21 serta juga mempergunakan aplikasi Statistical product and service solution (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil daripada penelitian ini memperlihatkan yakni bahwa adanya efek maupun pengaruh yang poisitif serta juga signifikan manajemen kualitas total pada organisasi pembelajaran. Hasil berikutnya juga memperlihatkan bahwasanya terdapat pengaruh positif serta signifikan organisasi pembelajaran pada kinerja operasional. Hasil hipotesis yang berikutnya juga memperlihatkan pengaruh positif serta signifikan manajemen kualitas total pada kinerja operasional secara langsung maupun dengan mediasi organisasi pembelajaran pada perusahaan manufaktur yang ada di wilayah Cikarang. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kemampuan manajemen kualitas total berpengaruh positif terhadap organisasi pembelajaran pada perusahaan manufaktur untuk menghasilkan produk dengan kualitas yang baik dengan biaya produksi yang lebih terjangkau.

Abstract

The importance of knowledge management integration in increasing organisational flexibility in the midst of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which demands rapid adaptation and responsiveness, requires organisations to continue to innovate in the dynamics of change. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between knowledge management and organisational flexibility and provide practical recommendations to optimise the application of knowledge management to improve organisational responsiveness. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study as the main source of data. The results revealed that effective integration between knowledge management and organisational flexibility can provide a significant competitive advantage. However, in its implementation, there are obstacles such as cultural resistance and technological limitations. The conclusion of this study confirms that a thorough and integrated application of knowledge management is the key to increasing organisational flexibility in the digital era. The implication of these findings is the need for organisational commitment to build a culture of knowledge sharing, adopt technologies that support knowledge management and align strategies with overall business objectives to ensure success in the face of change and maintain competitiveness in a dynamic market.

Abstract

Uncertainty in demand is a common problem that always occurs in various businesses, this is inseparable from market trends that continue to change so that the wants and needs of consumers also change. The role of companies in overcoming demand uncertainties and maintaining firm performance is an issue that is debated among scholars. Therefore, this study investigates the moderating effect of demand uncertainty on the relationship between strategic supplier partnerships-supply chain responsiveness, customer relations-supply chain responsiveness, and postponement -supply chain responsiveness and operational performance in the 7 largest food and beverage companies in the Indonesia, which is in Jakarta. in Jakarta because the researchers come from the Jakarta and know enough about the condition of the development of food and beverage companies in the area which is the research objective. Seven hypotheses were formulated and tested using correlation and regression statistical techniques on data collected from 150 respondents through a questionnaire survey and purposive sampling technique. The findings, strategic supplier partnerships, and customer relationships positively and significantly affect supply chain responsiveness, while delays negatively and significantly affect supply chain responsiveness, and supply chain responsiveness also has a positive and significant impact on operational performance. In addition, demand uncertainty positively moderates the relationship between strategic supplier partnerships and supply chain responsiveness, and positively moderates the relationship between customer relationships and supply chain responsiveness. However, demand uncertainty negatively and significantly moderates the relationship between postponement and supply chain responsiveness. Based on these findings, managers are expected to be able to reduce the effect of demand uncertainty so that operational performance can be improved.

Abstract

The green industry is a national priority target, with one of the indicators being the application of a circular economy. The application of a circular economy to the entire supply chain process is an effort to extend the service life of materials so that sustainability arises. The application of circular supply chains needs to be supported by digital technology to improve processes. This study aims to analyze the effect of circular supply chain practices on corporate sustainability performance and the moderating effect of Big Data. The hypothesis testing using SEM analysis tools. The number of samples used was 140, who are currently working or have worked in companies that have implemented a circular economy. [KM1] The results of the study show that Circular Supply Chain Practices do not influence on Corporate Sustainability Performance, so the moderating effect of Big Data is not supported. Therefore, managerial parties need to implement a circular supply chain in the company's business processes. Managers need to provide technical training related to designing environmentally friendly products and educational strategies to customers regarding the application of a circular economy. Nonetheless, this study also has limitations, in that it consists of only one variable, Circular Supply Chain practices, which affect Corporate Sustainability Performance. Thus, the next researcher should add other variables that can affect Corporate Sustainability Performance, such as the purchasing realized absorptive capacity variable. [KM1]Refer in research method section for my comment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of information sharing, supply chain collaboration, and supply chain agility on supply chain performance in the food and beverage industry in the Greater Jakarta area. The main focus of this study is to evaluate the extent to which information sharing practices and collaboration between supply chain partners, as well as the ability of the supply chain to respond to change, affect overall supply chain performance. The method used was a survey with SME respondents in the food and beverage sector. The results showed that information sharing has a significant positive influence on supply chain collaboration and supply chain agility, which in turn improves supply chain performance. This research makes an important contribution to the development of supply chain management theory and practice, particularly in the context of SME in the food and beverage sector.
