Salah satu cara untuk meminimalkan atau mencegah berbagai macam masalah seksual remaja yaitu dengan memberikan pendidikan seks yang baik. Penyebutan kata âseksâ seringkali, tapi tidak selalu, mainstrem seseorang mengarah kepada âkata kerjanyaâ atau persepsi mereka menyebut kata âseksâ kesannya sesuatu yang sifatnya vulgar, porno dan seronok, serta sangat menjurus kepada hubungan intim antar dua lawan jenis yang berbeda. Namun, pendidikan seks (sex education) bukanlah mengajarkan siswa bagaimana cara melakukan atau teknik-teknik hubungan kelamin (seks), serta bukanlah yang lebih menekankan pada sisi aman dan sehat dalam berhubungan seks bebas. Fokus tulisan ini adalah bagaimanakah pendidikan seks yang diterapkan di Kelas IX SMP Negeri 19 Mataram?, bagaimanakah penanaman nilai moral keagamaan melalui pendidikan seks bagi remaja?, apa kendala yang dihadapi dalam menanamkan nilai moral keagamaan melalui pendidikan seks untuk remaja di Kelas IX SMP Negeri 19 Mataram?

The purpose of this study was to produce an android-based e-module learning product on the material of the class XI TKJ network operating system and to determine the feasibility of an android-based e-module. This type of research uses R & D Research and Development with the ADDIE research and development model consisting of alaysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (Implementation) and evaluation (evaluation) stages. class XII TKJ SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman, the implementation is in class XI TKJ students. After the development process, media experts and material experts were validated as well as small-scale trials consisting of 5 students. So it can be concluded that android-based e-modules are suitable for use as teaching materials with the results of media expert validation of 86.6% in the very feasible category, the results of material expert validation by 85% in the very feasible category and small-scale trials getting an average percentage by 83.26%.

Businesses focused on sustainable growth would consider intangible assets with unique characteristics that are difficult to imitate in order to provide their business a competitive edge to be the most valuable productive assets. The purpose of this study is to examine the role that the company's intangible assets—specifically, its social and intellectual capital—have in improving overall performance. Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX between 2016 and 2020 make up the study's population. In order to address current hypotheses, the analytical procedure consists of testing the measurement model and structural model. The study's findings demonstrate that intellectual capital directly improves a company's success. But it hasn't been demonstrated that other intangible assets, including social capital, have a direct effect on the firm performance. The results of this model are expected to contribute in improving corporate governance and increasing stakeholder trust in company performance.

This research aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) reporting on investment efficiency with information asymmetry as a mediating variable in Covid-19 conditions. This research was conducted on healthcare companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2021. The research sample consisted of 30 companies with purposive sampling. SmartPLS4 was used to test the data. The research results show that CSR has no significant effect on investment efficiency, but CSR has a significant effect on information asymmetry. In addition, information asymmetry does not mediate the effect of CSR on investment efficiency

This research aims to determine how corporate governance and bankruptcy risk affect financial performance and company value in non-financial companies listed on the IDX LQ-45 Index between 2019 and 2023. This research examines 18 non-financial organizations using the method quantitative methodology. This research uses a purposive sampling technique on companies that meet the BEI LQ-45 index criteria and provides comprehensive financial reports, corporate governance reports, ratios and other relevant data. Secondary data was collected from financial reports published by non-financial companies between 2019 and 2023—quantitative statistical analysis with PLS-SEM to test the research hypothesis. The research results show that, in the LQ-45 Index Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023, Corporate Governance and Bankruptcy Risk had a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Corporate Governance and Bankruptcy Risk has a positive and not significant effect on Company Value, and Financial Performance has a positive and significant effect on Company Value.

The issue of religious tolerance is currently being hotly discussed. Even the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology has listed it as one of the three major sins of education. The problem of religious tolerance is also felt at the PAUD level, including at RA Ath-Thooriq Singaraja. So far, teachers have had difficulty choosing the right way to teach religious tolerance to early childhood there. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and skills to RA Ath-Thooriq Singaraja teachers in making religious finger puppets as an effort to instill a character of religious tolerance in early childhood. The method used in this community service activity is to hold training activities for 12 RA Ath-Thooriq Singaraja teachers. Data from the results of the activity were collected using interviews, observations and documentation in the form of photos of the activity. The results obtained were increased knowledge and skills of teachers in making religious finger puppets after this community service activity was carried out.

Community service activities in Waru Barat village have provided benefits to the community, especially in an effort to provide understanding to people who are still not aware of the importence of social values in the society and a clean lifestyle with several activities that have been carried out. Training and counseling with an overall level of achievement has provided additional knowledge to the community in an effort to support an existence that is based on social values. In general, the community service activities went well because the community response was quite good even though at first they were indifferent to the existence of the service participants. The implementation of these service programs is expected to be useful for the community to have a better understanding of the social personality of the community, and to be able to optimize resources to practice and take advantage of existing opportunities as well as possible.

Preventive efforts are efforts made by a person or agency in fixing existing problems through a prsikis approach. The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office before and during the divorce process to prevent divorce. The research was conducted qualitatively through a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation and observation. The validity of the data by triangulation techniques and sources. The results showed: (1) The efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office before the divorce process took place, namely: first with premarital guidance to prevent problems in the household. Second, with guidance after the marriage contract by giving advice or spiritual showers about marriage. Third, with the guidance of the Sakinah family. (2) The efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office at the time of the divorce process are: first, to approach the husband and wife in a family manner. Second, give advice to prevent divorce. Third, providing guidance, both individually and in groups through conversations to reveal the problems faced.

Breastfeeding technique is one of the factors that affect milk production, if the mother's breastfeeding technique is wrong it will cause the mother to be reluctant to breastfeed because of the pain felt when breastfeeding, resulting in imperfect mammary emptying and causing milk retention. The high incidence of ASI dams at the Tempurejo Health Center in Jember Regency reaches 60% so it is necessary to provide education about breastfeeding techniques to prevent breast milk dams from occurring. This type of activity is in the form of socializing the provision of education on breastfeeding techniques in order to prevent breast milk dams from occurring. The place or location of the activity is carried out in the Work Area of the Tempurejo Health Center which will be carried out in early June - late June 2023 with the target of postpartum mothers who experience breast milk. The results of counseling activities have had a good impact, where postpartum mothers can find out the correct breastfeeding technique to overcome breast milk dams.

Kemandirian anak usia dini terbentuk melalui kolaborasi guru dan orang tua, penting untuk perkembangan karakter, kepercayaan diri, tanggung jawab, serta kesiapan menghadapi pendidikan dan kehidupan social. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan strategi kolaboratif orang tua dan guru KB Islam Ar Royyan dalam mendorong kemandirian anak usia dini, meliputi bentuk, faktor pendukung/ penghambat, dan dampak kolaborasi tersebut. Penelitian kualitatif studi kasus di Kelompok Bermian Islam menggali strategi kolaborasi orang tua dan guru dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian anak melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan analisis data triangulasi. Kolaborasi antara orang tua dan guru Kelompok Bermian Islam diwujudkan melalui tiga bentuk utama. Pertama, kolaborasi digital lewat WhatsApp Group yang menjadi media komunikasi, koordinasi, dan diskusi tematik dengan aturan jelas untuk mendukung perkembangan anak. Kedua, pemantauan kesehatan emosional anak menggunakan Jurnal Emosi Anak yang diisi bersama orang tua dan guru, didukung sosialisasi agar pemahaman optimal. Ketiga, keterlibatan orang tua dalam penilaian autentik anak yang dilakukan bersama secara rutin untuk memastikan perkembangan holistik anak. Kepala sekolah, guru berkarakter, dan pemanfaatan media sosial menjadi faktor pendukung utama. Hambatan meliputi ketimpangan sosial orang tua dan keterbatasan keterampilan bermedia sosial.
