Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe how far the function of DPRDs monitoring towards the implementation of Perda No. 6 in 2013 about the implementation of education in Pringsewu. In this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative method with the point of research the commission IV member of DPRD Pringsewu, Departement of Education and the principal with the school committee. Data collecting technique in this research was using interview, observation and documentation guidelines, while the data analysis technique was using credibility test with additional time and triangulation. The result of this research was to show the function of DPRDs monitoring towards the implementation of Perda No. 6 in 2013 about the implementation of education in Pringsewu, especially commission IV to supervise directly and indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana Fungsi Pengawasan DPRD Terhadap Imlementasi Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2013 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian anggota Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Pringsewu, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kepala Sekolah beserta Komite Sekolah.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fungsi pengawasan DPRD terhadap Implementasi Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2013 tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Pringsewu, terutama Komisi IV melakukan pengawasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung.Kata kunci: fungsi pengawasan, pengawasan DPRD, peraturan daerah nomor 6 tahun 2013

Abstract

The problem in this study was the influence of news media coverage hashtag 2019 replace president against (#2019gantipresiden) the behavior tendencies of beginner in the election of 2019 in SMA N 1 Way Jepara. The purpose of this research was to find out how a phenomenon of campaign or mass media coverage can affect beginner voters. This study used descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The subject of this study were all XII grade students aged over 17 years and had identification card. In collecting the data, the questionnaire was used. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the beginner voters who knew and followed the news media coverage of the hashtag 2019 replace president could affect the behavior of beginner voters when they determine their choice in the upcoming elections.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang pengaruh pemberitaan media massa hashtag 2019 ganti Presiden terhadap kecenderungan perilaku pemilih pemula dalam pilpres 2019 di SMA N 1 Way Jepara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana suatu fenomena kampanye atau pemberitaan media massa dapat mempengaruhi pemilih pemula. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan medote deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII yang sudah bersusia 17 Tahun dan memiliki KTP. Teknik pokok dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa, pemilih pemula yang mengetahui serta mengikuti pemberitaan media massa hashtag 2019 ganti Presiden dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih pemula saat akan menentukan pilihannya dalam pilpres mendatang.Kata kunci: media massa, hashtag 2019 ganti presiden, perilaku pemilih pemula.

Abstract

The aimed of this research to explain the influence of communications intensity in family towards the interpersonal communication ability. The method of this research was descriptive correlational. The samples of this research were 36 students. The data was analyzed by using Chi quadrate and questionnaire. The result showed that: there was an influence of communications intensity in family towards the interpersonal communication ability in X grade of students in SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Sribhawono in academic year of 2015/2016. This research prove that when the communications intensity in family more higher, if will be make students interpersonal communication ability will be higher.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh intensitas komunikasi dalam keluarga terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional.Sampel dalam penelitian ini 36 orang.Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh intensitas komunikasi dalam keluarga terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Sribhawono tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi intensitas komunikasi dalam keluarga maka kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa semakin tinggi juga.Kata kunci: intensitas komunikasi dalam keluarga, kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the influence of school culture and school environment on the formation of student character. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using Linear Regression and Multiple Regression. Based on the results of the research that has been done it is known that (1) There is a significant influence between school culture (X1) on the formation of student character (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 49.2%, (2) There is a significant influence between the school environment (X2) towards the formation of student character (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 65.1%, (3) There is a significant influence between school culture (X1) and School Environment (X2) on the formation of student character (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 65.1%. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menguji dan  mendeskripsikan Pengaruh budaya sekolah dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SMP Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier dan Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa  (1)Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya sekolah (X1) terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,2%, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan sekolah (X2) terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,1%, (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara budaya sekolah (X1) dan Lingkungan Sekolah (X2) terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa (Y) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,1%. Kata kunci : budaya sekolah, karakter siswa, lingkungan sekolah

Abstract

The purpose of the research which was about the participation of sundanese in the development of Kota Jawa Village Way Khilau subdistrict Pesawaran year 2014/2015 was to describe how the participation of the sundanese in thedevelopment of the village. The research methods used in this research was descriptive qualitative methods with the subject of research was the community in the village of Kota Jawa Way Khilau subdistrict Pesawaran. In oollecting the data, this research was using questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation techniques, and test the validity was by using the logical validity and reliability testing with product moment. The results of this research was the participation of sundanese in the development of Kota Jawa village Way Khilau subdistrict Pesawaran less of participation. It can be seen from the resuts of research that has been done at present on the discussion in this thesis.Tujuan penelitian tentang Partisipasi Suku Sunda dalam Pembangunan Desa Kota Jawa Kecamatan Way Khilau Kabupaten Pesawaran Tahun 2014/2015 adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah partisipasi suku sunda dalam pembangunan Desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah masyarakat di Desa Kota Jawa Kecamatan Way Khilau Kabupaten Pesawaran. Untuk mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik angket, teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan uji validitas menggunakan logical validity dan uji reliabilitas dengan produc moment. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Partisipasi Suku Sunda dalam Pembangunan Desa Kota Jawa Kecamatan Way Khilau Kabupaten Pesawaran kurang berpartisipasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan yang di sajikan pada pembahasan dalam skripsi ini.Kata kunci : partisipasi, pembangunan desa, suku sunda

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the Community of Jendela Lampung in increasing interest of children's learning in Landfill Hyacinths Teluk Betung Year 2016. The research used descriptive quantitative method with the population of 75 people, data analysis used Chi Square. The results showed : (1) the role of the Community of Jendela Lampung (X) dominant in the category of acts with the percentage 53%, (2) interest in learning (Y) dominant in the category quite interested in the percentage 61%, (3 there was a corelation, significant, and sufficient closeness between the role category Community of Jendela Lampung to increase childrens interest in learning, which means that role of the Community of Jendela Lampung allows the increasing of children's learning interest.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peranan Komunitas Jendela Lampung dalam meningkatkan minat belajar anak di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir Bakung Teluk Betung Tahun 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 75 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) peranan Komunitas Jendela Lampung (X) dominan pada kategori berperan dengan persentase 53%, (2) minat belajar (Y) dominan pada kategori cukup berminat dengan persentase 61%, (3) hubungan yang positif, signifikan, dan kategori cukup antara peranan Komunitas Jendela Lampung untuk meningkatkan minat belajar, artinya semakin berperannya Komunitas Jendela Lampung semakin meningkatkan minat belajar anak.Kata kunci : komunitas, jendela lampung, minat belajar

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and explain about the level of knowledge, emotional tendency, and tendency of act of adolescent in SMK Kartikatama I Metro Selatan Kota Metro toward government regulation no. 23 2002 about children protection and describe the message of government regulation no. 23 2002 about children protection. The research used descriptive qualitative research methods with the samples are 95 respondents. The main technique of data collecting used a questionnaire with attitude scale and to analyze the collected data, it is used percentage formula.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap remaja terhadap ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak di kelas X SMK Kartikatama I Metro Selatan Kota Metro untuk indikator kognisi atau tingkat pengetahuan adalah 51% atau 48 responden dari 95 repsonden cukup baik mengenai ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. Untuk indikator afeksi atau kecenderungan emosional 53,7% atau 51 responden dari 95 responden remaja setuju mengenai ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. Dan untuk indikator konatif atau kecenderungan bertindak, 51,6% atau 49 responden mendukung ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak.KATA KUNCI: Perlindungan Anak, Remaja, Sikap, Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to explain how the influence of civic teachers competence on activity and interest in student learning in MTs Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung. The method that used in this research was descriptive method by using quantitative approach with the sample of respondents were 20. The main technique to submitted the data by used test and questionnaire. Independent variable in this research was understanding the influence of civic teachers competence on activity and interest in student learning. Based on data analysis it obtained the results of that: (1) civic teachers competence has quite good category; (2) student activity in learning has a less active category; (3) student interest in learning has a less interest category. Based on the result of the research then there is the influence of civic teachers competence on activity and interest in student learning in MTs Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimanakah pengaruh kompetensi guru PPKn terhadap aktivitas dan minat belajar siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sampel berjumlah 20 responden. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes dan angket. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi guru PPKn variabel terikatnya adalah aktivitas dan minat belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) Kompetensi Guru PPKn mempunyai kategori cukup baik; (2) Aktivitas belajar siswa mempunyai kategori kurang aktif; (3) Minat belajar siswa mempunyai kategori kurang berminat; (4) Bedasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis yang dilakukan, maka terdapat pengaruh kompetensi guru PPKn terhadap aktivitas dan minat belajar siswa di MTs Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar siswa, kompetensi guru PPKn, minat belajar siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explain how the influence of understanding the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika towards social relationships of students with different tribe at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative method. The subject in this research was the student of grade VIII in SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung, amounted to 302 students with 30 students as the sample. The technique of collecting data was using questionnaires and then the data were analyzed by using Chi Square formula. Based on the result of the research, it showed that the influence was strong and significant between understanding the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika towards social relationships of students with different tribe. It means that, the more student understand the concept of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, the more good social relationships of students with different tribe, so the social relationships of the students will be harmonious.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimanakah pengaruh pemahaman konsep Bhinneka Tunggal Ika terhadap hubungan sosial siswa berbeda suku di SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampungberjumlah 302 siswa dengan sampel 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan rumus Chi Kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan antara pemahaman konsep Bhinneka Tunggal Ika terhadap hubungan sosial siswa berbeda suku. Artinya, semakin siswa memahami konsep Bhinneka Tunggal Ika maka semakin baik pula hubungan sosial siswa yang berbeda suku sehingga akan terjalin hubungan sosial siswa yang rukun dan harmonis.Kata kunci: bhinneka tunggal ika, hubungan sosial, suku.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to explain the difficulties teachers in implementing the thematic learning in the classroom and then provide a solution to the teachers, especially in elementary school 3 Haji Pemanggilan to implement thematic learning in classes I-III. This research uses descriptive method, the research subjects all teacher in elementary school state 3 Haji Pemanggilan.Techniques of data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed using percentage techniques. The results showed that; on indicator of knowledge factor they know but do not understand the concept of thematic learning and its sub-indicators, it is shown by the percentage of 80% of respondents.By 10% of respondents already and understand the concept of thematic learning, and 10% of respondents lack knowledge and understanding about the concept of thematic learning.Then on indicator of interest and willingness factor is as much as 60% of respondents have an interest and willingness in the medium category, and even 30% of respondents can be said to have a low interest and willingness, and only 10% of respondents who have a high interest and willingness.In addition, the indicators of carrying capacity is as much as 40% of respondents said that the carrying capacity of the thematic learning has not been adequate in the several themes of learning, even 50% of respondents said that the carrying capacity of the thematic learning is inadequate and only 10% of respondents who said that the carrying capacity in thematic learning was adequate. Based on the research concluded that the respondent had difficulty in the implementation of thematic learning as influenced by several factors, such as knowledge about the concept of thematic learning, low interest and willingness to understand the concept of thematic learning, inadequate carrying capacity, and socialization are less of education office.
